Destul de mult uneori, si adesea e posibil ca ceea ce gasesti sa nu fie ceea ce cautai.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ca sa iti cresti sansele sa gasesti rapid rezultate relevante pentru tine -&amp;#160; si chiar sa poti gasi acul cand cauti in carul cu fan, foloseste&amp;#160; fraze&amp;#160; de cautare care iti intorc&amp;#160; rezultate exacte. Iata cateva:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. foloseste ghilimelele pentru fraze exacte. Daca pui fraza pe care o cauti intre ghilimele, motorul de cautare reduce numarul de rezulatte si iti aduce pe pagina doar rezultatele care sunt o potrivire exacta cu ceea ce ai scris intre ghilimele.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt; Daca vreau sa gasesc pensiunile din Costinesti, pot sa scriu &lt;a title="Rezultate pensiuni Costinesti" href="http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&amp;amp;rlz=1G1GGLQ_ENZZ272&amp;amp;q=pensiune+costinesti&amp;amp;btnG=Search&amp;amp;meta="&gt;pensiuni Costinesti&lt;/a&gt; (click pentru rezultate) ceea ce aduce 275.000 de rezultate in care gasim si pensiuni, si hoteluri si vile si termenul generic cazare. Cand scriem fraza cautata intre ghilimele &lt;a title="Rezultate cautare &amp;quot;pensiuni Costinesti&amp;quot;" href="http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&amp;amp;rlz=1G1GGLQ_ENZZ272&amp;amp;q=%22pensiune+costinesti%22&amp;amp;btnG=Search&amp;amp;meta="&gt;“pensiuni Costinesti”&lt;/a&gt;, avem doar 2200 de rezultate, iar siturile listate contin in titlurile lor exact fraza cautata de noi, o garantie in plus ca vom gasi pe pagina ceea ce cautam.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. poti sa cauti in interiorul unui site. Bineinteles ca sfaturile sunt din perspectiva americana, si imi e tare greu sa vad care e legatura intre piata si modul de gandire american si practicile din Romania. Oricum, oricat de irelevante par, asta macar arata distanta care separa cele piete. Deci: &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ca sa iti transmiti catre un investitor in mod optim ideea de afacere, GK recomanda sa respecti regula 10/20/30.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;10:&amp;#160; prezinta in maxim 10 sliduri. Continutul fiecarui slide:&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Titlu / Problema / Solutia / Modelul afacerii / Magia ascunsa – asta ar insemna sa arati cum e produsul tau special, diferit fata de altele similare / Marketing si vanzari / Concurenta / Echipa / Proiectiile – previziunile pentru viitor / Stari si termene limita&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;20: prezentarea efectiva a slidurilor sa nu depaseasca 20 de minute. Intr-adevar, cercetarile arata ca durata de concentrare a oamenilor, chiar pe subiecte care ii intereseaza nu este mai mare de 20 de minute – dupa care o pauza este necesara; prin urmare recomandarea nu e lipsita de baza stiintifica!&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;30: foloseste fonturi de 30 in prezentare …motivul – investitorii adesea au probleme de a citi fonturile mici, din cauza – uneori – a varstei mai inaintate…:-)&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Si alte sfaturi:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;angajeaza oameni infectati&amp;#160; - evident – apucati de virusul muncii tale – asta mi se pare cel mai tare in contradictie cu practicile din Romania – din cate stiu eu se angajeaza pe cunostinte, si nu pe valoare…iar dedicatia nu prea e una din valorile apreciate de angajatori, nu?&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;angajeaza oameni mai buni decat tine – ei, cum suna asta? riscant nu? Din perspectiva antreprenorului care conduce afacerea – nu. Dar ce te faci daca cei de ‘sub comanda ta’ folosesc alte principii? Dificila chestiune…&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;nu le cere oamenilor tai sa faca lucruri pe care tu nu le-ai face – la fel, din perspectiva antreprenorului mi se pare posibil de replicat in Romania, dar din cea a managerului angajat nu prea …ca doar de ce ai subordonati – ca sa faca ce nu nu vrei, nu ai chef , sau nu stii…&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Sfaturile de final nici nu cred ca sunt relevante pentru Romania, avand in vedere ca mediul oferit de piata antreprenorilor nu exercita presiuni asupra lor sa le adopte :&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;reduceti curba de invatare – asta ar presupune sa ai o cultura organizationala in care sa se puna problema invatarii continue, si sa ai in acelasi timp preocuparea ca utilizatorul tau final sa aiba un produs pentru care sa nu trebuiasca sa faca un curs special pentru a-l folosi.&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;imbratiseaza-ti evanghelistii – sau sa ii pretuiesti si sa le acorzi atentie celor care te vorbesc de bine si iti fac reclama gratuita….&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;da voie utilizatorilor sa iti testeze produsele/serviciile&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;cauta persoanele care influenteaza si asculta-i&amp;#160; pentru ca - ‘viitorul este inventat de public, nu de vorbitor’ – nu stiu cati din antreprenorii romani gandesc asa in clipa de fata…&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;nu-i lasa pe mascarici sa te intoarca din drum – exemple: &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Thomas Watson – presedinte IBM in 1943 a spus: ‘Cred ca exista piata pentru poate 5 calculatoare’&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Western Union – 1876 – ‘Acest telefon are prea multe lipsuri ca sa fie considerat mijloc de comunicare. Dispozitivul nu are nici o valoare pentru noi’&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Ken Olsen&amp;#160; - 1977 – ‘ Nu exista nici un motiv pentru care cineva si-ar dori un calculator in casa’&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Guy Kawasaki - ‘E prea departe de casa, si nu vad cum poate asta sa fie o afacere ‘ – raspunsul lui la propunerea de a fi CEO pentru Yahoo – in perioada de start-up.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Cam astea sunt sfaturile lui Guy Kawasaki catre tanarul antreprenor. Ei bine, ce e scris mai sus NU este un model de afacere. Speranta nu plateste facturile sau salariile – ale tale si ale oamenilor tai.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Guy recomanda sa iti faci un model de business  - in primul rand sa fie specific; pentru asta incepi te gandesti ‘cine este clientul care are banii tai in buzunarul lor’. Dupa ce iti cunosti clientul, si stii cui te adresezi, incepi sa te gandesti cum ajungi la el. Modelul de business recomandat de GK este simplu (chiar spune sa nu iti pierzi timp incercand sa inventezi altceva): produci, vinzi, aduni banii.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ce e important - sa iti personalizezi modelul, sa explici cum iti conectezi produsul cu clientul real. Asta se obtine raspunzand la o intrebare: CUM.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;cum poti sa creezi ceva ce ii atrage atentia clientului tau? &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;cum poti sa comunici cu clientul tau in si sa afli daca intr-adevar e interesat de produs inainte sa investesti o avere in ceva ce nu se va vinde? &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;cum stii unde sunt ‘locurile’ (reale sau virtuale) in care se aduna clientii tai? tu esti pe acolo? &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;cum incasezi banii dupa ce ai vindut  produsul?&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Iar in final recomandarea lui este: ‘intreaba o femeie ce crede despre produsul tau’. Explicatia lui pentru sfatul asta nu au fost datele demografice - care sustin ca femeile iau cel mai mare procent din deciziile de cumparare, ci datele de comportament; astfel, spre deosebire de barbati care sunt mereu ‘pusi pe omorat ceva, in special concurenta’, femeile pot percepe valoarea de piata a unui produs care nu rupe neaparat gura targului, dar ar putea avea succes, suplinind o nevoie, tendinta, fitza. Acum o sa sari sa spui ca nu accepti ideea de mediocritate si nimic ce e sub ‘excelent’ nu merita atentia. Din pacate, mai ales daca esti la inceput – si asta e contextul discutiei- e imposibil sa iesi pe piata cu un produs perfect: ce e important e sa fii pe piata cu o versiune a produsului tau (aplicabil mai ales in cazul produselor informatice) si apoi le dezvolti pe parcurs si oferi varianta 1.1, 1.2, 1.3…etc…ai prins miscarea. Si abordarea asta e chiar sustinuta de psihologi care considera ca avantul dobandit prin reusite mici in urma pasilor mici produce mai multa dezvoltare decat o singura reusita mare realizata pe o perioada mare.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff;"&gt;Pune afacerea pe bazele unui  BIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; (borne  - kilometrice, ipoteze, sarcini). Pentru ca inainte de initiativa ta nu exista nimic, trebuie sa aduci in afacerea ta &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;blockquote&gt;   &lt;ul&gt;     &lt;li&gt;       &lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;bornele&lt;/strong&gt; – toate actiunile trebuie sa fie masurate si limitate in timp, &lt;/div&gt;     &lt;/li&gt;      &lt;li&gt;       &lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ipotezele&lt;/strong&gt; – de ex: cate telefoanele  de vanzare iti propui sa dai zilnic – toate ipotezele trebuie testate&lt;/div&gt;     &lt;/li&gt;      &lt;li&gt;       &lt;div align="justify"&gt;defineste o &lt;strong&gt;sarcina&lt;/strong&gt;: de ex: inchiriaza un birou; sarcinile fac ca bornele si ipotezele sa devina reale.&lt;/div&gt;     &lt;/li&gt;   &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;p&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:#0000ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fa-ti un produs de nisa&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; Asa cum a spus mai inainte, nu poti sa iti faci toti potentialii clienti fericiti. Prin urmare, solutia lui GK este: vino cu un produs unic, care sa faca pentru clientii tai ceva ce nimeni altcineva de pe piata faca pentru ei. Nu e vorba de inovatie venita din inalta cercetare, ci de functia pe care Smart –ul o ofera intr-un oras aglomerat – de exemplu: se strecoara usor in trafic si nu are nevoie decat de vreo 2 m pentru parcare. Pentru asta cei de la Smart nu au reinventat intregul concept de masina, ci l-au adaptat pentru o anumita functie. Un &lt;a href="http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/venture_capitalist"&gt;Venture Capitalist&lt;/a&gt; este un investitor care sprijina afacerile care se afla la inceput, afaceri care de obicei au un nivel mare de risc, dar si rezultatele pot fi peste medie, in cazul in care afacerea progreseaza asa cum se doreste. Cu alte cuvinte, un aventurier al afacerilor, cel care isi risca banii in lucruri nedemonstrate, niciodata, de nimeni, fara sa aiba convingerea ca nu pierde banii. O afacere de inceput este asa cum spune &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnaLQiQL9ec#t=21m14s"&gt;Eric Reis&lt;/a&gt; o necunoscuta totala: cei implicati nu stiu care sunt problemele, si nu stiu care pot fi solutiile. Intr-o lume a afacerilor in care singurul lucru pe care il doresc managerii este certitudinea, un&amp;#160; investitor aventurier este o ‘poama rara’.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Si, asa cum am incercat sa explorez in disertatia mea, la baza oricarei atitudini sta o anumita schema mentala. Am fost curioasa sa aflu care sunt convingerile cuiva care a lucrat cu &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Wozniak"&gt;Steve Wozniak&lt;/a&gt; si &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs"&gt;Steve Jobs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;#160; (parintii calculatoarelor personale).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In articolul de azi – 3 din cele 10&amp;#160; sfaturi ale lui Guy Kawasaki: &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;descopera-ti menirea ca afacere, defineste-ti afacerea prin &lt;strong&gt;ce faci&lt;/strong&gt;, nu prin ce &lt;strong&gt;livrezi&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;De exemplu: In final produsul vandut de Nike nu este altceva decat un conglomerat de bucati de plastic si panza care alcatuiesc niste banali pantofi de sport – asta livreaza ei. Ce fac in schimb – dau oamenilor posibilitatea sa fie liberi/ei insisi/in miscare/etc.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;De ce e nevoie de asta? Pentru ca in functie de menirea ta declarata, vei atrage anumiti oameni catre afacerea ta – ca angajati sau colaboratori, care iti vor influenta rezultatele; mai clar: daca scopul tau este sa faci bani, vei atrage in jurul tau rechini, care probabil ca nu vor putea sa iti sustina efortul de creativitate, si implicare pe care o afacere de inceput a cere.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ma intreb, in Romania, stii vreo afacere care poate in mod sincer sa se defineasca prin ceea ce face, nu prin ce livreaza? Exista in discursul de marketing al romanilor altceva decat ‘preturi minore’? Nu vorbesc de reclamele de televizor&amp;#160; ale firmelor mari, ci de producatorii nostri autohtoni, care nu au bani sa cumpere idei de &lt;a href="http://www.lovemarks.com/index.php?pageID=20020"&gt;lovemarks&lt;/a&gt;, ci sa le genereze chiar ei? Daca stiti sau aflati de careva, sa-mi spuneti si mie, nu fiti egoisti cu informatia!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. &lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;fa o mantra&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Guy da ca exemplu misiunea declarata a unei firme- &lt;a href="http://www.wendys.com/"&gt;Wendy&lt;/a&gt;’s care avea ca misiune ‘sa livreze servicii si produse de calitate superioara clientilor sai si comunitatii prin inovatie, leadeship si participare’. Cum suna pentru clienti asta in comparatie cu ‘Fast food sanatos’? Care te face pe tine ca si client sa dai atentie si sa intelegi ce vor oamenii aia de la tine?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Asta e mantra: ce rezultat are clientul din folosirea produsului tau. Spune concis ce obtine de la tine. Sfatul lui este sa exprimi mantra in 3 cuvinte. Asta e tot. Ce poate fi&amp;#160; mai convingator pentru clientii tai decat asta?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Innebuniti de limbajul de lemn care a patruns si in managementul romanesc, adesea auzi despre misiune, obiective. Aiurea. Sunt cuvinte absolut fara nici o incarcatura de real. Ca si client o stii, o simti in fiecare zi, nu e nevoie sa iti demonstrez asta cu studii stiintifice. Cine va reusi sa depaseasca minciunea si falsitatea&amp;#160; folosirii acestor cuvinte, vor face o diferenta in piata. Si ca urmare, in portofelele lor. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Dau la intamplare ‘misiune si obiective’ – &lt;a href="http://http://www.garanta.ro/despre_noi/misiune_obiective.htm"&gt;primul rezultat&lt;/a&gt; ne spune ce vor ei sa faca. Daca pe tine te convinge in vreun fel, inseamna ca avem creierele construite diferit. Echipa ideala vazuta de Guy e alcatuita din 3 – unul care face produsul, unul care stie sa-l vanda si unu’ care colecteaza banii. Cred ca intr-adevar o afacere reusita este rezultatul unei echipe, chiar daca publicul vede in fata doar o singura persoana.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ma intreb pe cine a avut &lt;a href="http://http://www.gecad.com/mission/"&gt;Radu Georgescu&lt;/a&gt; alaturi atunci cand si-a pornit afacerea. Sa fi fost singur? Sa isi fi condus afacerea cu gratia unui mare boier, analizand si cunoascand stiintific fiecare pas ce urma sa fie facut si reducand riscurile la minimum inainte sa puna ceva in practica? Ma indoiesc. Acum nu iti trebuie decat sa convertesti fisierul in format video.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Pentru asta exista cateva optiuni, toate se bazeaza pe softuri care capteaza ecranul.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Prima recomandare pe care o auzi de la oricine este: foloseste  &lt;a href="http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp"&gt;Camtasia&lt;/a&gt;. Am folosit si eu o varianta de trial, si nu pot decat sa recomand programul. Din pacate vine cu un pret pe eticheta de 299$. Daca bugetul si mai ales intentiile tale de folosire a programului pe termen lung iti permit, o astfel de investitie este buna.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;O varianta gratuita ar fi &lt;a href="http://camstudio.org/"&gt;Cam Studio&lt;/a&gt;, varianta cu care eu – una - nu ma impac. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ce iti recomand cu mare insufletire este insa programul  &lt;a href="http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/index.html"&gt;Debut&lt;/a&gt;, oferit gratuit de NCH Software. impreuna cu o multitudine de softuri adiacente de editare, de inregistrare audio, de transmisie online.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Acum:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. descarca softul de captare de ecran Debut – &lt;a href="http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/index.html"&gt;aici&lt;/a&gt;;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. instaleaza programul in calculatorul tau;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;3. ia-ti un microfon;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;4. urmareste filmuletul din articolul de azi inainte sa faci prima captare de ecran. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Atentie&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;: Ce faci acum, vei face de fiecare data cand vrei sa obtii un filmulet inregistrand ce se intampla pe ecranul calculatorului tau, indiferent ca este vorba de un PowerPoint sau alt program - de exemplu o transmisiune a unei televiziuni online.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Oadata Debut instalat, ai cateva optiuni: &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;sa convertesti prezentarea fara audio, sau &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;sa faci un voice-over, adica sa te inregistrezi in acelasi timp cat iti derulezi prezentarea.&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Daca ai facut un filmulet fara sunet, poti sa adaugi o linie melodica atunci cand filmul este deja incarcat pe Youtube, cu o variante de royalty free. Nu incerca sa folosesti un format audio pentru care nu ai dreptul de utilizare – este foarte posibil ca proprietarul de drepturi sa nu fie de caord cu asta si sa iti ceara sa iti retragi filmuletul. Mai multe discutam in articolul urmator referitor la incarcarea pe YouTube.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Daca vrei sa convertesti prezentarea si sa adaugi si audio, este simplu:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. iti deschizi fisierul PowerPoint – cu prezentarea in forma finala&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. deschizi Debut&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;3. iti selectezi regiunea din ecran pe care vrei sa o captezi in film – incearca sa eviti sa captezi intreg ecranul – pentru ca fisierul final va avea o dimensiunea prea mare – si nu uita, fisierele de incarcat pe YouTube trebuie sa aiba o limita de marime - sub 100MB.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;4. pregateste-ti microfonul&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;5. faci click pe butonul record – apare o fereastra in care iti scrii numele filmuletului; imedit ce ai scris numele, se aude un semnal sonor si incepe captarea&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;6. pe parcursul inregistrarii o sa ai nevoie sa  te opresti; pentru asta foloseste tasta F6 (pause); dupa ce ai luat pauza de care ai nevoie – pornesti din nou captarea cu F5 (record). Cand ai terminat, click pe F7 (stop).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Inregistrarea este disponibila imediat in fereastra care se deschide. Daca esti multumit, treci la incarcarea filmului. Inainte sa iti scrii primul cuvant pe slide, iti structurezi prezentarea:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. defineste care este &lt;strong&gt;scopul &lt;/strong&gt;pentru care faci filmuletul. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Iata cateva: &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;le arati potentialilor tai clienti un produs sau un serviciu nou&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;anunti un discount/ o promotie&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;explici cum se poate folosi produsul tau&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;demonstrezi ce nivel de profesionalism poti genera, aratand o marturie a unei lucrari prestate sau de la un client care ti-a folosit produsul&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;–in cazul nostru alegem sa prezentam o marturie – cum arata o lucrare facuta de noi; nu uita sa iti anunti clientul si sa ai acceptul lui pentru asta.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. iti pregatesti &lt;strong&gt;scriptul&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;foloseste &lt;strong&gt;schema problema - solutie&lt;/strong&gt;, arati care era situatia inainte de interventia ta, si ce neplaceri genera; apoi arati ce solutie ai dat tu, cu ce rezultate. Toate astea le pui in scris. Crede-ma este destul de dificil sa tii sub control ce ai de spus si sa controlezi programul, prin urmare scrie toate cuvintele ca sa nu fii nevoit sa re- inregistrezi atunci cand memoria sau inspiratie iti joaca feste. &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;foarte important este sa pastrezi un stil conversational: evita cuvintele de dictionar, ocoleste formularile savante, spune ce ai de spus asa cum ai vorbi cu clientul tau fata in fata.&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;ritmul prezentarii tale se integreaza in : cine? ce? de ce? unde? cand? ( nu m-ai fi urmarit mai usor daca spunea in loc de ‘ritmul prezentarii tale se integreaza’ doar ‘nu uita sa raspunzi la intrebarile’) ?&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;3. iti pregatesti materialele necesare – de exemplu te hotarasti ce foto folosesti, daca vrei sa iti inserezi un logo.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;4. pregateste-ti &lt;strong&gt;oferta de final&lt;/strong&gt;, cu care sa ii atragi pe cei care te urmaresc sa te contacteze, nu doar sa iti vada mesajul.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;5. atentie, pastreaza durata filmului la &lt;strong&gt;maxim 3 minute&lt;/strong&gt;! Daca adaugam faptul ca toate platformele de bloguri permit incarcarea de filmulete direct pe serverele lor; si daca ne amintim si de televiziunile online, care mai nou alearga dupa stiri video de la utilizatori…. ca sa nu mai vorbim de variante oferite de telefoanele mobile…..Intelegi ca este o absoluta nebunie video &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Si e pacat sa fii antreprenor, sa ai ceva interesant pentru clientii tai, si sa nu vorbesti pe limba lor: adica sa nu folosesti filmuletele ca sa iti transmiti mesajul.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Impreuna vom folosi in continuare platforma gratuita oferita de Google prin YouTube.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In filmuletul de azi facem un cont de YouTube folosind aceeasi ‘Amenajari Diana’. La fel fac si clientii tai.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Utilizatorii sunt fascinati de formatul video. De aceea ar fi pacat sa ai un produs sau un serviciu senzational si sa nu il prezinti in format de film. Este simplu si rapid sa faci un filmulet, iar sfaturile din articolele urmatoare te vor ghida.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Daca vrei sa iti faci o campanie de prezentare prin video este suficient sa inveti cateva lucruri de baza care te ajuta sa tii partea de tehnica sub control. Invata sa iti produci primul filmulet. Dupa asta doar mesajul si imaginatia ta sunt limita! Bineinteles ca m-a uimit ora, si l-am intrebat de cateva ori daca este sigur ca este 1 am si nu cumva ora 1 pm.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Mie mi s-a parut senzationala initiativa, si am asteptat curioasa o confirmare. Intr-adevar, reprezentatia s-a tinut la 1 a.m, cu nu foarte multi spectatori in sala. Ora si ziua mie mi s-au parut foarte interesant alese, si doar pentru asta si daca as fi putut, m-as fi dus sa particip la asa o experienta unica.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Bineinteles ca primul lucru pe care l-am intrebat a fost: au un blog? &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Folosesc platforma blogger – si asta e foarte convenabil! &lt;a title="http://tspodul.blogspot.com/" href="http://tspodul.blogspot.com/"&gt;http://tspodul.blogspot.com/&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Acum, ce recomandari as avea la prima vedere?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;1. logo-ul teatrului este prea mare si ma deranjeaza sa vad altceva decat titlul primului post, ma obliga sa derulez in jos si asta personal nu-mi place.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;2. arhiva ar trebui sa fie pozitionata sus in dreapta, astfel incat sa pot sa accesez rapid articolele care a intereseaza, sau imi atrag atentia;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;3. nu exista nici un RSS in bara laterala– in afara de Atom in subsolul articolelor – prin urmare, daca vreau sa fiu la curent cu noutatile, imi e destul de dificil sa o fac pentru ca nu ma pot abona la actualizari; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;4. nu exista nici un instrument de social media, deci daca ar vrea sa atraga trafic – cu rezultatul de a-si atrage mai multi spectatori – eu ca vizitator nu am nici o posibilitate de arhivare online/social bookmarking– digg, stumble sau delicious macar; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;5. nu exista nici o legatura cu facebook sau twitter&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;6. pentru ca este vorba de o trupa de teatru, ca vizitator mi-ar placea sa vad profilul fiecaruia dintre artisti – fie publicat aici fie un link catre portofoliul lor de linkedin sau paginile personale de facebook.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;7. pentru piesele puse in scena as vrea sa aflu mai multe – despre autor, de ce au fost alese sa faca parte diu repertoriu, cateva idei/reflectii ale regizorului si actorilor…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;8. fiind vorba de o trupa de teatru, mi-ar placea sa vad si altceva decat afise, – un extras video sau audio dintr-o piesa, cateva interviuri scurte, un happening (opinie personala – cele 2 filme podaresti postate fac mai mult rau decat bine); as fi preferat ca interviul cu Catalin Naum sa fie video sau audio decat transcript..&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;9. din motive necunoscute mie, comentariile nu sunt incurajate – si asta face sa nu beneficieze de valoarea feedback-ului….&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In concluzie, blogul este in stadiul Web 1.0, nefiind inca conectat la tendinte; rezultatul fiind acela ca eu ca vizitator nu aflu prea multe.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In finalul analizei, nu stiu care este scopul administratorului de site, dar cred ca ar trebui sa isi extinda putin eforturile catre a deveni interactiv. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;E pacat sa se iroseasca traditia si faima Teatrului Studentesc Podul……&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ca sa fii la curent cu postarile, aboneaza-te la articolele urmatoare prin &lt;a href="http://www.google.com/ig/add?source=bstp&amp;amp;feedurl=http%3A%2F%2Fconexiunideafaceri.blogspot.com%2Ffeeds%2Fposts%2Fdefault"&gt;RSS&lt;/a&gt; sau prin email.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="wlWriterEditableSmartContent" id="scid:0767317B-992E-4b12-91E0-4F059A8CECA8:c8bd3b28-be3a-412f-8280-52666e4e9f4b" style="padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; float: none; padding-bottom: 0px; margin: 0px; padding-top: 0px"&gt;Technorati Tags: &lt;a href="http://technorati.com/tags/teatru+studentesc+podul" rel="tag"&gt;teatru studentesc podul&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;a href="http://technorati.com/tags/social+media" rel="tag"&gt;social media&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;a href="http://technorati.com/tags/analiza+blog" rel="tag"&gt;analiza blog&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Nu pastra informatia doar pentru tine!

Afli cand clientii tai sunt multumiti de tine, dar la fel de bine afli si daca sunt dezamagiti. E ceva obisnuit – spune lumea, dar pe mine nu ma incanta, asa ca ma pun pe treaba: dieta si exercitii. Cu dieta m-am lamurit: legume si fructe multe, peste, orez, taiat dulciuri (of), taiat fainoase.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Acum, sa imi gasesc un loc unde sa transpir: o sala de fitness. Gata. M-am hotarat. Nu-mi mai trebuie decat sa imi gasesc sala, si sa imi programez antrenamentele.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Intru pe google si caut: ‘sala fitness calarasi’. Sunt o internauta isteata si stiu ca imi este de ajuns sa ii spun lui google ce caut si unde; restul e treaba lui sa-mi aduca rezultatele cautarii.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Sa vedem ce se intampla: primul rezultat- pe util21.ro – o sala Izocon SA- un numar de telefon si atat. N-am rabdare. Trec la urmatoarele rezultate. Al doilea rezultat – e o pagina care nu se deschide. Al treilea e iguideonline calarasi – o pagina total alba.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;La al patrulea- un portal se pare –www.salafitness.ro gasesc CoryGym Calarasi – cu foto si chiar un &lt;a href="http://www.salsacalarasi.ro/"&gt;site&lt;/a&gt;. Ura! am un site…care in mod ciudat se numeste salsacalarasi.ro….oare e o sala de fitness acolo?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In fine, mergem pe site: se incarca repede si o muzica latino porneste automat…ma intreb daca plateste drepturi de autor pentru asta…si ma cam deranjeaza, pentru ca adesea imi ascult propriile alegeri muzicale, si acum e o adevarata cacofonie ade sunete …daca vreau sa ma mai uit pe situl asta trebuie sa imi opresc muzica mea…si asta nu-mi convine deloc..&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Mda, se pare ca am nimerit prost..ei fac cursuri de dans. Imi vorbesc despre dansuri, poze cu dansuri, muzica latino - ce-oi cauta eu pe situl asta? Ies.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Caut in continuare.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Ei, cam asa arata sirul gandurilor mele de client in cautarea unei sali de fitness. Din intamplare stiu ca cei de la Cory Gym au ca prima afacere sala de fitness, e adevarat cu o multime de alte servicii satelit – masaj, sauna, si cu un serviciu aliat, dar in cu totul alta directie – dansuri de societate.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Este evident ca prima greseala este promovarea a doua servicii diferite pe acelasi site. Un client care nu stie despre ce e vorba si cauta informatii despre sala de fitness nu le va gasi prea usor. De aceea va pleca destul de repede.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Acum in ce priveste grafica: eu am o problema, si nu pot sa citesc textul rosu, mai ales daca este mic si pe fond gri. Un motiv destul de serios ca sa nu ma chinui sa citesc oferta din pagina &lt;a href="http://www.salsacalarasi.ro/cory-gym/"&gt;cory gym&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Galeria foto imi arata un loc curatel dar pustiu. Iar galeria video, daca nu exista nici un video, n-ar trebui inclusa deloc. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Nu vad nici o recomandare de la clientii actuali, nu stiu daca alti clienti au gasit serviciile de calitate sau nu. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In ce priveste instrumentele de social media nici nu se pune problema – lipsesc cu desavarsire. N-am reusit sa identific keywords in meta-tags legate de activitatea salii, prin urmare cam greu sa gasesti situl, daca nu ar fi inscris pe portalurile de nisa. Harta care ne arata locatia este folositoare localnicilor, dar din punctul de vedere google map – care i-ar putea aduce o pozitionare foarte buna pe ‘local business’ – este absolut irelevanta. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Concluzionand, acest site ne arata ca antreprenorul a inteles ca trebuie sa aiba o prezenta web, si a platit candva ( in februarie 2008) pentru un site. Din pacate situl prezinta niste informatii statice (as indrazni sa cred ca nu a fost actualizat din momentul in care a fost creat), iar structura nu ajuta situl sa fie pozitionat in google (si prin urmare sa fie gasit de clientii care au nevoie de serviciile respective). Compara cu &lt;a href="http://www.mysportsclubs.com/default.htm"&gt;mysportsclubs&lt;/a&gt; si intelegi care e diferenta.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In final, scopul analizelor mele nu este altul decat sa te faca pe tine – antreprenor - sa intelegeti ca daca ai hotarat sa fii pe internet, atunci scopul principal este ca cei care au nevoie de serviciile si produsele tale sa te gaseasca si sa-i convingi ca alegandu-te pe tine fac o afacere buna. Toata prezenta ta online trebuie sa ajute implinirea scopului ; daca nu il atingi, atunci inseamna ca trebuie sa schimbi ceva in abordarea ta. Nu uita ca un potential client pe care l-ai convins prin situl sau blogul tau, este mult mai dispus sa faca afaceri cu tine atunci cand te intalneste in carne si oase, decat daca nu ar fi stiut nimic despre tine pana atunci. Ai dreptate sa fii putin iritat –‘exact asta imi lipsea’ – imi inchipui ca trece prin mintea ta. Mai ales daca ai platiti deja sa iti faci un site.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Imagineaza-ti ca un blog este in materie de situri ceea ce este un film in comparatie cu o fotografie. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Asemeni unei fotografii, un site este adesea o secunda suspendata in istorie ( sau ‘uitare’ sa fie un cuvant mai potrivit?): un site este o pagina care contine adesea aceleasi informatii pe care clientul tau le poate gasi oriunde altundeva: in ‘pagini aurii’ varianta tiparita, in reviste sau ziare, in inregistrarile tale de pe diverse platforme online – platite sau gratuite. Probabil ca in afara de datele tale de contact, situl tau ii aminteste clientului tau cu ce te ocupi, si&amp;#160; - in functie de cat de vesel a fost creatorul tau de site – posibil – ii spune in ce zi a saptamanii este!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Acum, ce diferenta poate sa faca un blog pentru afacerea ta? &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Un blog arata ca afacerea ta e vie, ca traieste in acelasi timp odata cu clientul tau.&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;Un blog este activ si dinamic. Un blog te diferentiaza de ceilalti concirenti ai tai asa cum nici o alta tactica de marketing nu poate s-o faca.&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;     &lt;div align="justify"&gt;In plus, un blog te ajuta nu doar sa iti raspandesti mesajul – construit exact asa cum vrei tu; iti permite sa poti discuta cu clientii tai – prin comentariile la articolele tale. Probabil ca cineva de la google a stiut asta, de aceea avem o optiune care ne usureaza imens activitatea pe gmail: putem sa ne alegem limba de lucru ca fiind limba romana! &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;In filmuletul de mai jos ai sa vezi cat de usor este sa treci pe versiunea in limba romana. Nu iti ramane decat sa faci aceleasi modificari pe propriul tau cont. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Nu uita sa faci cateva teste. Poti sa imi trimiti mesajele tale pe adresa de email din filmulet. Toate aplicatiile gratuite care te ajuta sa te iti faci produsele si serviciile cunoscute iti cer sa iti faci un cont, sa te inscrii. In orice proces de inscriere ti se solicita o adresa de email. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Pentru ca este (inca) 13 februarie, inainte de orice vreau sa fiu sigura ca ai o adresa de email.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Adresa de email trebuie sa fie accesibila de oriunde, nu numai de la calculatorul de acasa, sa iti permita sa atasezi fisiere si sa fie usor de utilizat.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Eu iti recomand sa alegi intre o adresa de google mail sau una de yahoo. La urma urmei, poti sa ai doua adrese de email – nu este nimic neobisnuit – important este sa le verifici frecvent.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Personal prefer un cont de gmail deoarece imi permite sa imi fac o pagina personala de igoogle, si in plus imi permite la o apasare de buton sa imi accesez blogurile, analizele de trafic pe google analytics, pot sa folosesc rapid google docs si feedburner-ul. In plus am analizele de webmaster tools care de la un anumit punct inainte devin relevante pentru utilizator.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Cu pledoaria facuta, nu-mi ramane decat sa te invit sa iti faci o adresa de gmail pentru afacerea ta. Exact! ‘sa gasesti clienti noi’.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Stii si tu mai bine decat oricine cat de confuz si uneori neputincios te simti cand cifrele de la contabilitate iti arata ca trebuie sa vinzi mai mult. “Cui? te intrebi? Cum dau de oamenii care sa imi cumpere produsul? Si asta inca rapid”&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Solutii pot fi multe. Dar cel mai rapid este sa incepi acum, de aici: de la calculatorul tau. Exista o legatura directa intre nivelul vanzarilor tale si comunicarea pe care o ai cu clientii tai, astfel cu cat te intalnesti sau vorbesti mai des cu ei, cu atat probabilitatea ca el sa cumpere de la tine este mai mare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Daca esti o firma cu resurse financiare serioase, poate ai un departament de marketing si PR - autonom, cu un buget dedicat si schema organizatorica proprie. Reclama pe ‘stil’ vechi este costisitoare, fie ca publici reclama in reviste si ziare, sau difuzezi  spoturi la radio sau tv. Prin costuri reclama clasica este prohibitiva, iar firmele cu bugete mici s-ar putea considera condamnate in competitia cu ‘pestii cei mari’. Si totusi, nu e asa. Chiar in vremea marketingului de corporatie, au existat tehnici si tactici numite ‘de gherila’ , iar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.gmarketing.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Jay Conrad Levinson&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; a fost ‘tatal lor’ – poate ca nu le-a inventat el pe toate, dar a fost un fel de Vasile Alecsandri al folclorului de marketing existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guerrilla_marketing"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Wikipedia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; defineste marketingul de gherila ca fiind un sistem neconventional de promovare, prin care inventivitatea suplineste  lipsa bugetelor .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Daca faci comparatia  intre marketingul de corporatie si cel de gherila, de fapt diferenta nu sta in bugete, in banii cheltuiti, ci in felul in care relatia, conversatia cu clientul are loc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px 15px 5px 0px; display: inline;" src="http://omniideas.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/word-of-mouth-marketing.jpg" align="left" width="84" height="110" /&gt; Marketingul mare se bazeza pe faptul ca isi expune mesajul – cine il vede sau cine il aude, cine il intelege si cine ii urmeaza indemnul – ei, bine, asta e o mare necunoscuta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;In schimb in marketingul de gherila mesajul este &lt;img style="margin: 10px 10px 0px 15px; display: inline;" src="http://www.hotelmarketingstrategies.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09/community.jpg" align="right" width="128" height="99" /&gt; parte a unei conversatii, al  unui dialog: marketerul este mult mai aproape de client – adesea in relatie unu la unu – si poate sa  isi croiasca partea de discurs tinand cont de clientul sau, si nu bazandu-se pe o mare masa amorfa si nediferentiata numita  piata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Daca as fi scris blogul de fata inainte de aparitia internetului (o imposibilitate  in fapt) probabil ca subiectul ar fi fost exact acesta: raspandirea ideilor de marketing de gherila, destinat evident, micului antreprenor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Pentru ca suntem insa in 2009, ar fi pacat ca tu, mic intreprinzator sa nu folosesti la maximum toate &lt;strong&gt;oportunitatile GRATUITE&lt;/strong&gt; de comunicare cu clientii tai oferite de internet.
