Site for a gov-funded and university-run program to improve an African nation's ability to train farmers and agriculturalists.

Main goal: the program will post a bunch of info about itself, as well as news articles. They'll also use it to post official reports and, eventually, to post resources that educators and agriculturalists will use in their work.

Is everything clear? Is the text set for reading comfort? Are any of the user interfaces confusing? (Note: some comps are scaled smaller.)
