Sometimes, as a residence living in KL, repeatedly day after day of shopping at the same shopping centers and same amusement centers are indeed boring with limited new choices for a break away that within driving distance.  I am not sure the majority but to me personally if KL is in Penang that will be very good.  After busy weekdays, a nice, relax and break away weekend holiday is within touch.

 High rise, high margin, high price and of course high quality expected for this new Twins at Damansara Heights.  Love at a first sight to me is the grand architecture outlook of the building.  It is outstanding amount all nearby buildings together with Menara Millennium that is also unique in a sense setting another high standard in the area.  In the next decade, probably those who build box will no longer in the business.  Twins at Damansara Heights intensified the battle between KLCC, Mid-Valley, Bandar Utama, Mont' Kiara and up coming Bangsar South.

We have a desert in town?  Oasis Ara Damansara, a project launched by Sime Darby Brunsfield located opposite Saujana Golf &amp; Country Club.  It is a huge commercial hub and probably the largest in that area.  To a certain extend, it will bring a lot of energy back to this area that used to be so busy due to it previous International Airport Function.  Indeed, the entire township also planned with residential projects that Sime has played into a mid to up market segment.  No doubt, it is an Oasis in this area that is repositioning by Sime.
