		<description>Hey John, Unfortunately that's not the case.  Our break-even occurs sometime after 6 years from installation.  Tax credits make up the majority of the payback; after 6 years the tax credits run out and only energy generation savings are left.  

Because of how cheap energy is around here, that last 5% could take another couple years to pay off through energy generation alone.  However, given that energy costs are likely to increase by then, it's hard to say for sure.</description>
