There seem to be a problem in the line 15, server.csr doesn’t exist, however ssl.csr does.. Is this just me, or is this another typo.. ?

As a publisher, I like the control you get over what ads appear on your site. I like how I can manually check each site before allowing the ad to run. I have one site that gets a lot of traffic from schools, so that’s very important to me.

As an advertiser, I like how I get statistical info about sites before bidding on them. And if you look around, you can find some great deals that make it really worthwhile and dirt cheap to get a decent amount of traffic for the few pennies you’ll end up paying.

But as a publisher, that also means you don’t make all that much on your ad slots, no matter what. The majority of my ad slots are paying me an average of about $0.03/day. But they do work better on sites where adsense doesn’t perform well, and with traffic that is blind to adsense.

And as a site visitor, I’d have to say they are not the typical spammy/scammy ads I am used to seeing everywhere. There are a great many cool blogs and web comics using PW to promote themselves. I would probably be correct if I said that the majority of PW ads are not trying to sell you anything. They are just asking for some traffic to the advertiser’s site. I don’t feel guilty clicking them because I know my click isn’t going to cost the advertiser more money, since he’s paying by day and not by click.

mysql.pid holds process id on the system on which mysql is running..

mysql.sock is where the sockets are created and wait for the connection from the client…
