Nice post Jim!
I agree, if you don't do the right things for your body, how can you expect to perform at your best?
How far can you go without gas and oil in your car?
Thanks for sharing :-)

Don't know how much longer I will be able to afford to drive the way things are going. Between my partner and I we are spending about $100 on gas per week. The Congress needs to do something about this. Its unbelievable. With prime driving season right around the corner you know prices are only going to increase. Guess I will be taking my bike to work.

Great post Jim!
Many small businesses think they create trust with their employees and clients. But when you talk to both parties, there is a gap in what the owner thinks and what is reality.
You have to earn trust, and that is where ownership often drops the ball.
Thanks for sharing your insight :-)

Fantastic article Jim, packed with some great information. We are on a commercial lease property on net lease. Although our attorney takes care of all the agreements etc, your article is truly a great read and gives insight on so many facets of commercial leasing. You have explained everything in an easy to understand manner and very helpful.

It is good to travel on holidays and the best part is to plan out how you want to commute. It is significant to decide on options like planes, trains and automobiles beforehand. It helps to save time and make trips comfortable. People can enjoy themselves by deciding on the miles that they want to travel and finalize their tour based on their budget.

Technology has made it so easy to stay connected I find it hard to unplug and really take a vacation. Laptops can go anywhere, WiFi is so widely available, and smartphones keep getting smarter. I end up checking my email everyday which leads to followups, phone calls, or me just being distracted for an hour a day or so while I'm supposed to be on vacation. The family decided on camping this year, partly to keep me offline I think. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm nervous about the withdrawals. :)

Just saw this post and find it fascinating and not a surprise. I talk to small business owners and entrepreneurs every day, and find that they are like the cowboys of the old west. "Just leave me alone, get out of my way, and I'll make it a better world." Glad to see that so many business owners "get it".

I actually like the fact that we aren't limited to the local market anymore. If someone researches products & services for themselves and finds a great source w/reasonable prices, they're going to keep buying from them. Isn't that the way it should be?

On the other hand, the focus on mostly price forces companies to possibly reduce product quantities/services in order to keep their costs down. Sometimes, the little mom&pop shop won't keep up with the times, and find they get left behind. It can be a little sad to see that happen sometimes.

I am trying to find some data that supports my assumption that many small business owners play golf
Can you send me any sources
that can define how many owners do play golf?
Thanks

There are many benefits to joining a network also. First of all, it should be free to join. There should never be any fees involved to begin promoting a product. Usually the merchants are a charged a fee to participate in the program. As an affiliate you can expect great tracking of your sales, reporting tools, and being paid on a regular scheduled basis. The pay periods vary from one network to another. Some pay once a month, while others pay once every two weeks.
