I smoke cigarettes and have tried to quit numerous times with patches, losenges, the gum, alternative stuff like books, yoga, herbal teas and even made a doc app to try some meds but I can’t take them due to some mental issues I have which I cant take meds for either lol (been there done that, tried them all & they didn’t work or made things worse) So I smoke to relive myself from stress. Anyway all im saying is that just cause someone smokes doesnt mean they do it to stay slim or cause they dont care about their health. I try to be healthy not just to look good but so can I think more clearly and feel the best I can. If I truly didnt care about my health i’d live on protein shakes to remain thin or something like that. Anyway I think only a formor smoker or someone who smokes and has tried to quit knows how hard it is especially if its a “crutch” to relieve stress. I think Jen started young when they didnt know it was bad. The longer you smoke the harder it is to quit. Also maybe now its a stress reliever for her??? Anyway I think people should cut her some slack about her smoking.

reading these kind of posts always makes me more motivated to get up and work out because it’s not just a celebrity saying she works out once or twice and eats whatever she likes…jennifer works her butt off and she looks so good for it!!

I think she may not include a lot of strength training with her regime? Not good for the bones! But she looks good and she sounds healthy and yeah she probably does have food delivered to her and all that but looking good is her job. I believe that you can achieve that without having a chef or personal trainer ti each their own.

I love her face, always thought she was uniquely beautiful but that dress is awful. The material is very bad too. That was a charity type party where Obama was present, she could have worn something more decent!
