One thing about the successful use of ozonated olive oil to treat Ringworm as recounted in the above Post that should not be ignored is that it involved mixing the ozonated oil with oregano oil. As oregano oil is a strong natural anti-fungal and is often useful when used by itself in treating Ringworm, it is clear that the two products when mixed and used together produced a synergistic effect making each much more potent or powerful in eradicating the fungal infection in such a short period of time.

Nice point.

Technology and internet are almost indistinguishable nowadays, and it can be used in classrooms to great advantage, but as you correctly mentioned proper guidance is needed as to what one should read / see at least at the start and that is where the 'human' factor comes in. It can definitely augment the traditional education system. Knowledge being never ending, computers and internet can get you fast access to all the information.

This is where local bodies, for e.g. regional chapters of the IEEE Society may pitch in to provide the resources and proper impetus and guidance.

Good question.

Personally i go for the body composition scales as long as you've got a decent set of scales and use them on a hard floor. Skin folds to me are as you say invasive and the last thing you need is your clients worrying about their fitness testing before they even get the results. Skin folds take reasonable accuracy and practice to get spot on. I like the scales because they're more efficient, not invasive, gives more than just body fat % and no matter if it's slightly wrong it will still gives us the main thing we want – the information telling us if we've improved or not!

I've found the scales to be consistant and i personally avoid skin fold testing as much as i can. If i wanted an extra measure i would go for a waist to hip ratio over the clients clothes (but prefereably over the skin).

Also i find that over 66% of women aren't interested in a “body composition test” until you mention that all they need to do is step on some scales and hold some handles.
