1. First and foremost … your diet must have a lot of fiber, eat a bowl of salad for lunch every day and salad with every heavy meal, this will make your bowel movement consistent and you will be able to clean yourself easier simply because your bowels will naturally be cleaner because of the amount of fiber passing through every day.

2. It is always better to have anal sex shortly after you have been for No 2. The bowels are clean, easy to wash in 10 minutes with a dousch attachement.

3. To have quality anal sex you have to actually monitor yourself, your No2, how often you go, when, what foods make your No2 liquid .. then avoid that food.

It is easy! Take your time … otherwise … it is dangerous to have anal sex with poop in your bowels.

An hour or so before the occasion, I go through an entire ritual of brushing my teeth and shaving my face. Then I take a dump, trying to make sure every bit of fecal matter is gone.

Next I hop into the shower and shampoo my hair and use body wash to be completely and holistically clean on the outside of my body.

Next I put a little body wash or shampoo on a finger and lubricate the outside and inside of my anus. Then I take my favorite anal toy/dildo and completely swathe it with body wash and insert it moving it in and out to basically clean the rectum. I pull it out and rinse it in the shower. Usually there is hardly any fecal matter at all on it, and it is a little bit soapy. I repeat this two or three times, finally inserting and removing it under the shower until it comes out perfectly clean.

I then douse the dildo/sillicone penis with lube. I prefer either the light or thick Probe available at condomdepot.com, mainly because it is edible and very slick. I then insert it making sure that I have a nice coat of lube on the entire length of my inner rectum before the start of any anal activity, because this cleansing process will pretty much remove the natural lubrication produced by your rectum. More will be produced between now and then (an hour or so later. And be sure to use more Probe anyway. You can never use to much of any lubrication in anal sex).

I do this a few times during the week anyway, especially when I want to take a leisurely shower. This also prepares me for the act as my anus and rectum get acclimated to intercourse when I use the toy. Very relaxing, and you become used to the action and activity.
