Thank you for sharing the details of your mouse costume. I googled "pink mouse costume' and after many disappointing links, I have to say I am so very glad to have found your page. Thank you again...you have given me a better idea than the felt ears on a headband. LOL

Dear Costume Dept.

I am so honored that you took the time to show me the details of the iole costume. I recognized the iole the minute I saw her. The tiny little embroidered iole on your munchkin gi. It was your trademark and now your pride!!! Pipsqueak was a living, breathing iole...a personification of that beloved little "rat".

I was delighted to read your entry. I had no idea. I thought Squeak had been practicing with the grandgirls all along. She stole the show, as little ones do. She is a natural actor!! I was impressed that she sang every syllable, with the others, like she had practiced all along. One minute, she was sucking her thumb, the next belting out the finale.

I so enjoyed the fashion show. Your talent with puppet making, since teendom has served you well.

It was such a fantastic experience...being there with my loved ones including Delta, M., Joyce A....

having a reserved seat, personal navigation system (M.)

I was happy to get off the hook. totally forgot about fleurs, but able to shop for fleurs and take a little load off you.

I do hope you have that wonderful sense of accomplishment and creativity and gratitude/recognition from others. It is well deserved.

Your offsprigs were a source of pride for me. They did a beautiful job. The social aspect was worth the travel. If they were nervous or uncomfortable, they certainly did not show it. There costumes were perfect in color, fit, and details. I love using what I have, then embellishing and seeing you do the same, only better..

T. came by and I was able to redirect her through Alex. rather than her original plan to go through Natchitoches. It was sad to see her go. I told her it was like being left in Hi., all over again. She'll be back.

I hope you girls were able to get out, last night. I would have loved to, but was pooped and still had to drive home. I would have made arrangements to spend the night, and the next day off, given advance notice. You were surprised as I was...a dinner invitation from T. is rare.

Love and later,
MOM

Yes, Amen! You're so creative and talented, 'Ailina. I can't wait to see the pics!

Pray for me, if you can...I am going to attempt planning my school year and I'm so stressed and nervous. Hubby and I had a talk (for once) and I just really need to do this. Thanks! I'll pray for you, too. :)

Also, if I were interested in learning how to sew, do you have any suggestions as to where to begin?
