Hi Francis,

Not only is it possible, it's probably one of the most common reasons why normal healthy men experience premature ejaculation. While it's common to become excited with the anticipation of being in a sexual situation, sometimes this feeling can become too overwhelming and have an adverse effect on performance.

Could PE be caused by anticipation to have intercourse with a particular woman or partner? Too much anticipation of making out with a woman that you desire could be responsible?

Hi J,

Video performance has a lot to do with the speed of your Internet connection. You may find better playback if you let the videos buffer first. First allow the video to play for a few seconds and then click pause. Wait a few minutes (or longer) until the video is sufficiently buffered and then resume play. This should enable a more steady download into your browser.

Hello, I am currently 19 years of age.

For the past 5 to 6 years, the size of my penis has remained the same. About 4.5 to 5 inches long and 3 inches in girth when erect.

Could I start penis enlargement? And does a person's ethnicity affect their "size"?

I been through the same thing, if anything he should be giving you more oral than anything because you're pregnant but if that don't work just tell him either you start giving me oral or you wont receive any more oral until the baby is born trust me he'll come around quick.

While the most recently published study does make mention of girth enhancement (see this report), it does seem that at this stage research has been more heavily focused on penile length increases over thickness. I believe that subsequent studies will most likely address penile girth enhancement in greater detail.

Personally I would like to see a study that examines the effect of combining penis exercises with an extender device to calculate total growth as it appears the best results are obtained in this manner. The SizeGenetics System for instance uses this particular dual-system method.

Research on penis extender devices, in as much as medical journal coverage goes, is still in it's infancy. We'll continue to keep an eye out and report on all new findings.
