Hey Rob, if you have an Epson Artisan then look on the “Main” tab in the printer driver and change the “Source” to CD/DVD. Here’s a screenshot:

What print settings are you using. I do not see a place select the cd/dvd tray

I’m glad it worked for you! Epson really should make this easier to figure out, but I guess it’s not so bad once we learn…

Thank you so much! I expected the files to be .PSD but they opened fine in Photoshop as .TIFF and .JPG. I just got an Artisan 730 and am happy with it except for the Epson Print CD software. As a Photoshop user I just wanted to layout my CDs in Photoshop and leave the quirky Print CD software behind. The first hint you gave was I needed to choose A4 size paper since the CD/DVD media type isn’t selectable with my default US Letter size. Then I figured I’d have to try to develop my own template to figure out where to put the CD image but you have done that for me! Thanks!
