I think there's a huge scandal hidden deep in the government-suppository industrial complex, whereby the government generates as much rectal pain as possible and suppositories generate much evil profit which generate sales taxes that feed the government, which then generates even more rectal pain…. well, you get the idea.

She should look into it immediately, create a blue ribbon task force headed up by Chuck Schumer and Barnie Frank (who are both leaders in government/rectal issues), and probably create some kind of consumer subsidy for hemorrhoid medication that will be applied to the top 10% of earners which pay about 60% of all federal income tax.

But really, I'd settle for her focusing on hiring a new wardrobe consultant who'd make her get rid of those ridiculous wide belts she wears right under her boobs.

It certainly constitutes a problem and most likely some sort of a polyposis syndrome. To make an accurate diagnosis other things most definitely have to be taken into consideration. Familial polyposis usually has more than a hundred polyps. If it is less than 100, but you have a relative with FAP, it is likely FAP. It could also be attenuated FAP, if you have a relative diagnosed with colon cancer before the age of 55 who also had multiple polyps. There is also Gardner syndrome and Turcot syndrome. Patients with FAP are usually diagnosed by 30 and have polyps by 35. This diagnosis is not just putting you at a high risk for colon cancer, it is inevitable 95% have colon cancer by the time they are 50. Simply removing the polyps and changing your diet will not help this condition.

You and your doctors want to know exactly what you are dealing with. This information is important to your relatives as well. Get a second opinion and consider getting one from a teaching facility or a cancer hospital. You can find more information from the National Cancer Institute. I have included their link below. Heartbreakingly beautiful. Played it for ex-father-in-law who was dying of cirrhosis of the liver. His wife had died of pancreatic cancer a year or so before. We both cried, one of those moments… He thanked me for the song and a few weeks later he died. Bad live and a broken heart indeed. Glad I go out of the booze game before I ended up like they did. Always remember them when I hear this song. Pure genius by TW for touching the heart of anyone who has lost love and had a few drinks…
