These creatures are called bigfoots. Another name for them is sasquatch. Yes the two terms are synonymous, they refer to the same animal. Sasquatch is a Native American term. The term bigfoot refers to the fact that these creatures are so shy and elusive (despite their massive size) that the only thing most people saw of them was the huge foot prints they left behind. Thus the term bigfoot.

I don't know whether bigfoots exist or not. But I hope they do, because I think they're really neat.

I am going on a partially cross country Amtrak train trip this summer. We will be going through some really remote and rugged mountainous areas. I am hoping and praying that if God really did create these creatures, that He will allow me to look out the train window and see one, or better yet a bunch of them; maybe a family, a couple of really huge ones and a few smaller ones: mom, dad, and the kids. Maybe I'll even see a mama bigfoot breastfeeding her baby bigfoot. Boy, wouldn't that be fun.

i came across this blog by doing a search on house centipedes, they have been starting to come out again, its that time of year. i enjoyed your deathmatch post but wish u had taken some pics of it.

anyways, i hate these creepy crawlies. i have a cat and she will hunt them down and kill them. if you tolerate cats and hate these bugs then get a cat.

Just found one of these multiple-legged freakish creatures in my basement. I didn't stick around to see its next move. But i found your post incredibly amusing. I however will not be playing with them, although I hope he eats all the spiders because those are even worse!
