		<description>I am an out of shape woman 47 years old never worked out 195 pounds at 5/5.  I am doing Insanity.  Its week 2 day 6.  I am sticking with it.  You're right when you say its 80% mental.  If you have the mental strength you can do it.  I am not as fast as the people on the dvd, I do less reps, but I do every single exercise with them, I never walk away, I never press pause, sometimes I stop for extra water but I finish every single exercise and every single dvd.  I am following the nutrition plan all the way as well.  I have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks.  You cant skip a day.  I will finish this program and do more rounds until I am at my goal weight and optimum fit level. I disagree with the reviewer below that says its not that hard....its harder.  even the people on the video are drenched in sweat and have to take extra breaks. You gotta be insane to do insanity.</description>

I am asthmatic and one of the best ways to treat asthma is cardio as intense as your asthma will let you.  That said, this is an EXCELLENT workout for athletic asthmatics like myself to really kill off any asthma problems holding you back in your normal routine.</description>
