Hi Marlene, I am guessing you are talking about the new construction that is slated for the Bay Meadows area. They are just starting to lay the infrastructure at the site now, so it will be at least next year if not 2012 before the homes are ready. It will really depend on how fast the developer completes the project but no date has been set yet. We will definitely be covering it when it happens and when we know more. Thanks for your comment!

Neighborhood Scout itself is worthless. There is better information in the Internet for free, for example at http://www.city-data.com/. They will automatically renew your subscription and won’t refund. I had to close my credit card to get rid of these parasites.

Love the walk score! One of the better innovations to hit real estate recently. Every real estate agent should list the walk score on their property sheets.
