C-SLIDE Web Cam Covers

I just received my webcam covers from C-SLIDE. They came in an envelope via first class mail. The product does exactly what it advertises. They are much more elegant than electrical tape. They have a little plastic slider that physically obscures the webcam. The FUD on their website is rather amusing.

Networking a Dymo LabelWriter 450 Twin Turbo USB Label Printer

Recently Amazon had a phenomenal deal on the DYMO Label Writer 450 Twin Turbo label printer. Dymo sells a network print server for them for about $100. I thought this was a wee bit expensive for a simple print server.

By a fluke I ran across the Buffalo LPV3-U2 print server. It works perfectly with the Dymo label printer and costs half the price. 

The LPV3-U2 is super simple to set up and takes up very little room.
