Yes, Crystal and Siobhan were definitely the best of the women, and while I didn't like the song he sang, Michael gave the best performance. But I hated Lee's version of "Fireflies". His voice is too strong and textured to sing such a delicate song. I thought it was an awful match. This is the second time in 3 weeks he's taken a quiet pop song and tried to make it sound like Nickelback, and I wish he'd stop. Some songs can be bombastic, but "Chasing Cars" and "Fireflies" can't survive it - they're not written as stadium anthems. That's just my opinion, of course. Still want to marry him, LOL. When the most exciting singer is Jewel 2.0, I'm not expecting much. None of the guys has really got my attention, and while I think Crystal is the best of the women, Simon was right - you can hear that kind of voice playing for tips at subway stations.
