Incognito mode is pretty easy to get to using the shortcut key (Ctrl-Shift-N). But, yea, Firefox is still tops for configurability and web development, for that matter. I'm using the 3.1 beta now, and I really like it. Startup is still slow, but page load is closer to Chrome's.

I really like Chrome now, but am not fond of the thumbnail homepage of recent pages visited, and of the annoying way they buried the incognito mode. They recently made it a little easier to get to with the command line -incognito added to your shortcut target properties. Anything for a little more security on the web. It's fast too. But for configurability I still think Firefox is tops.

It looks like they have made it compatible with Suse 10. Not sure if that means it actually works or not. Have you tried to install it from the RPM's? The instructions are in the readme file. I'll take a look around my computer... I may still have the iso for the version I downloaded. If so, I'll link it from the article.

It seems that the Microsoft folks have taken it upon themselves to remove the vmadd version that had the install script. The new one only had .rpm files. Any idea how I could get that installed?

Hi Philip - thanks for your kind post and for implementing the contextual widget on your site.

You hit on an interesting point that we're just starting to understand - the power of the widget to drive discovery. Kinda like stumble upon but with more context and relevance. We've gotten really strong feedback from the sites deploying our widget and it will be interesting to see what happens as we scale out the number of content pages offering Sphere It.

Thanks again for partnering with us. Best.
