I didn’t think I would be interested in this topic, but it turns out to be fascinating.

Very good-looking blog. However, I respectfully suggest breaking your paragraphs into no more than 4 or 5 lines long. Research shows that people are more likely to stay around and read short paragraphs, because they are so much easier to read.

I think I will have a salad then brush my teeth. When you think about skin care it must go back to when there was first skin. I wonder if Adam and Eve got sunburned?
Keeping our bodies in an alkaline state rather than an acidic one can add so much to how our skin reacts. Did you know that the skin is considered an organ? I never really thought of it as anything but skin. It is the largest organ in the body. Our cells have memories and damaged cells will reproduce damaged cells. It takes time to correct that. Remember to let any pimples heal on their own because breaking them open only causes more harmful bacteria to enter the wound. Soon you will have pimple or zit buddies where there might have only been one.

Scrubbing your face is not good. Treat it gently and do not rub rub rub in those moisturizers or creams. Let the skin absorb it.

Find the foods that will decrease the acidic quality of your body. I have some ph strips I bought at a health food store, and I run too high acidic, too. It is an ongoing battle with today’s over processed foods and our always in a hurry lifestyle.

Grab the orange not the orange juice. There is way too much sugar in the juice because it takes so many oranges to make the juice, and then all the fiber and good parts are gone. Oxygen destroys the vitamin C, so you better drink it fast.

Exactly, Fiona. That is the purpose for this blog. I intend on giving out information about all the different types of treatments available, hopefully with some statistics on how they work, and let the readers decide which is the right treatment for them.

Is there really a ‘best acne treatment’? I believe that each individual will react differently to the variety of treatment types around. So perhaps there is not a best acne treatment for all, but rather it is more about the complex task of each individual finding the best acne treatment for them…??

Great resource of natural remedies for acne. I never would have thought that tooth paste would help. Salt and vinegar seems to be sood for many things – does it help with wrincles as well?
