I bought a Plantronics 370 for a Christmas gift. Gave to a family member and it was DOA. Attempted to call N1 wireless several times and only received an answering machine message informing me their inbox was full. Once I finally got someone on the phone 2 weeks later the informed me that they would not exchange replace or upgrade my earpiece for me. I did explain there answering machine was full so I could not leave a message. There reply call plantronics and have them exchange it for you. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Thanks for the comment. At the time I don’t which is easier. Rewriting my styles that I wrote nearly six months ago and in bad need of being rewritten or going back to IntenseDebate and finding a solution to my spam issues. Actually, I’d much prefer to use IntenseDebate. Spam aside though, I never could figure out how to style it the way I liked. That was one thing I was willing to ignore, the spam just got way out of control and I did indeed have 4,000+ comments waiting for moderation that were all spam except for 3 legitimate comments.

I ordered a pair of Motorola s9-hd. after three weeks they malfunctioned. Contacted N1 for replacement and they referred me to Motorola, even gave me the phone number. Once in touch with Motorola they refused to honor the 1-year warranty because N1 Wireless is not an authorized seller of Motorola products. N1 wireless is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM N1 WIRELESS.
