		<description>Marguerite, you are right. That is why it is so important to link projects and the business through programs. And, as you say, it is not always immediate cost that is an issue, sometimes, a short-term cost (for a project for example) can lead to a long-term revenue (for the business) if you look at the big picture.</description>
