<p>NutriGenics Group provides marketing and management support to the health, nutrition and weight loss industry. Our fast-paced in-house marketing and strategic digital group seeks a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and proven track record in managing a web community including social media, content development, writing and editing for the web, blogs and forums.</p>
<p>The Web Community Manager (WCM) will be responsible for developing and managing all web-based content development and execution to create a superior user experience that will consistently lead the industry. The WCM will be responsible developing the voice for all aspects of online presence for several websites in the health and nutrition industry and the social media arena. Responsibilities include managing the community content, crafting site email newsletters and online e-outreach campaigns. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site community content, candidate will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site and brand standards with regard to new content or promotion development.</p>
<p>The content manager will work closely with technical, business development, and marketing members of our organization and must be able to successfully work with a degree of ambiguity as the role is shaped and developed. Tasks require strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities / Community Content Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create, develop, copyedit, proofread and manage all content for multiple websites (requires working with content management software)</li>
<li>Assist in developing content strategy, processes and editorial calendar</li>
<li>Oversee the creation and distribution of all web-based and mobile content types: information, articles, video, podcasts, training, blogs, and tools</li>
<li>Establish content creation, ingest, management, and distribution processes and protocols</li>
<li>Coordinate integrated web and interactive marketing projects across sites</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties</li>

<p>Will work with assigned departments/departmental stakeholders to plan, develop and execute an array of strategically sound online marketing deliverables to create affinity with key targets/audiences. The successful candidate will be an expert in creating active and engaging social community networks based on our lifestyle offerings hosted on our collective websites. The candidate will be instrumental in creating the websites that deliver the Vail Resorts brand experiences and drive engagement and ultimately planning and booking to the bottom line. Proven expertise in display advertising, SEO/SEM and other emerging platforms in capturing interest and demand will be critical to activate involvement and transaction in our collective products and offerings.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>    * Online Business Strategy: Develop Vail Resorts&#8217; collective strategy to leverage the Internet for the marketing and sales of its portfolio of services and products.<br />

Experience managing the development of marketing plans, print advertising, Internet marketing plans, promotions and collateral materials is preferred. Experience with online video generation.<br />
    * Four-year college degree is required;focus in marketing, computer science, behavioral science or research is beneficial.  Masters-level degree preferred.<br />
    * Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level audiences.<br />
    * Experience managing staff and proven success in leadership.
