2012 is the National Year of Reading, a special year dedicated to YOU, the reader. In celebration the Library has created this blog to keep you up to date with all things reading related. The Library will be holding a series of special events to celebrate the year and you can keep up to date here.

Free English Classes

We're holding FREE English classes for basic and intermediate levels. Monday's and Tuesday's from 10am-12pm at Campsie Library and Thursday's from 10am-12pm at Lakemba Library. TumbleBooks

A collection of animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by adding animation, sound, music & narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.

yourtutor Online Tutoring

yourtutor is an online tutoring service | Get Help with your homework from trained, professional tutors! yourtutor is available for students from Years 4 through to 12, Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm during school terms. This service is free of charge and is generously supported by the Canterbury Bulldogs Leagues Club and Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club.
