RnB singer, Usher was in court in Atlanta this Monday. He is in a legal custody tussle for his sons with ex-wife Tameka Foster. There was drama in the courtroom when Usher broke into a deluge of tears after Foster’s attorney claimed that he parties instead of being present for his children. The cunning lawyer displayed photos of Usher at a party in Europe taken in February this year.

As Usher tried explaining the nature of the photos, the judge saved him by asking his legal representative to speak on his behalf. While Usher, 33, is demanding increased visitation rights, Tameka is pushing for full custody. Tameka would not hope to be in any mother of the year awards if Usher’s allegations about her are true.

He said that she frequently changes caretakers and also has a history of violent conduct. The couple got married in 2007 and separated just a couple of years later.

It seems that Jennifer Lopez’s upcoming summer tour will cause her to leave “American Idol”. She is scheduled to kick off her Latin American concert tour with Enrique Iglesias this summer and her program will clash with the debut of Idol’s auditions.

The 42 year old Latina hottie revived her flagging career with her stint on the hit reality show. Last year, she also hinted that she was planning to leave after just one season but in the end, the plans came to naught. This year, some rumors are surfacing that she could be holding out for more cash. But that could hardly be possible since Forbes magazine just named her the most powerful female in showbiz. Jennifer Lopez leaving American Idol would mean she is letting go the said US $ 20 million per season paycheck.

J-Lo herself says that being a judge on the show and having a family is tough balancing act. “It’s just like any working mum’s dilemma”, she told E! Online. Fox TV is yet to comment on this story. Many viewers would be hoping that she doesn’t walk out because she brought glamour to the once dull show.

Prince Harry has been awarded the 2012 Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership Award in Washington. The award is given annually by the Atlantic Council, an international relations and affairs organization. The twenty seven year old prince received the award in recognition of his charity work involving military veterans and their rehabilitation to civilian life after service.

Prince Harry accepted the award on behalf of his brother, William who celebrated his first wedding anniversary late last month. Their charitable organization, The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry has extensive relations with

wounded and retired servicemen. Some of the beneficiary charities include Walking with the Wounded and Help for Heroes.

Before the awards gala, the prince attended a reception at the British High Commission. He planted a fire-red maple tree as a memoir of first visit to Washington. The award was presented by General Colin Powell, who addressed him by his military title: Captain Harry Wales. He jokingly thanked the Prince for attracting a “more youthful, female crowd”, unlike past events.

This was in reference to her ambassadorial role for several comics. He however was more measured in his long term assessment as he said that if indeed they were a result of plastic surgery, they would settle down eventually.

Singing sensation Celine Dion has said that she is recovering from a virus which has caused her throat and vocal cords to become inflamed. She has been taking a leave of absence from her permanent stage in Las Vegas in order to get better. Dion said her doctor in Los Angeles cited major progress towards her recovery on Monday and that she should be able to sing again by mid-May.

Dion was made famous by songs such as My Heart Will Go On and Its All Coming Back To Me Now. She has been performing at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas since last year as part of a three year contract. Dion is currently working on a new album with songs in both English and French and hopes to resume recording soon. She said that she hopes to return to the limelight to sing and perform at Caesar’s Palace on June 9.

A warrant of arrest was issued against him on February 24th for allegedly not paying child support to his son’s mother. He faces 90 days in jail for this particular charge. He allegedly has skipped payments that amount to $160,000 that is owed to his son’s mother, Dionne Williams. The above amount has come up since the rapper has allegedly not paid child support for 5 years.

A judge in Louisiana ruled that Juvenile, whose real name is Terius Gray, immediately pays $50,000. On paying this, he is to arrange a way to pay the rest over time. Juvenile seemed committed to staying out of jail and stated that he was going to handle the situation.

Following this news on February 24th that a warrant of arrest had been issued against him, Juvenile has completely denied these reports. When confronted about this issue, he was heard saying, “This is a bunch of bulls.” The rapper also emotionally stated that he loved his son and always took care of his son. He supposedly stays with his son most of the time. Many of his fans also don’t want to witness the rapper Juvenile arrest and are therefore hoping that the rapper handles it as he states.

Clooney, however, is said to have his sights set on an entirely different prize – front-row seats in the Olympic stadium for the Athletics finals in Stratford this summer, after awards season wraps up.

The news comes after George Clooney London Olympics fan revealed that he is desperate get hold of a pair of tickets for some of the track and field events at the world’s biggest sporting event, which is due to take place between the 27th of July and the 12th of August in London. Clooney is said to be pleased that the Olympic Games are being hosted by the United Kingdom, as he enjoys visiting the British capital. Despite his fame and fortune, however, the Ocean’s Eleven star does not yet have tickets for any of the events that are taking place during the major international sporting competition.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Swedish group Abba is releasing a new song after 18 long years. Yes folks, you heard it right! New song from Abba! Excited much? Well then here are the juicy details.

Abba’s new song is from a never before heard track with a title  From a Twinkling Star to a Passing Angel. The said song will be featured on the deluxe edition of their 1981 final album, The Visitors which will be released once again in April this year. The track had been recorded a demo version and was supposed to be included in the  1981 album but it did not make it to the final cut.

Could this be a sign of the group’s reunion? Oh well, let’s just wait and see what’s this going to lead on. Meanwhile, I’m pretty sure Abba fans can’t wait long enough for it to be available in the market. Will the song become  another hit?

Michael Lohan hospital patient again — Lindsay Lohan’s 51-year-old estranged father, Michael Lohan, was hospitalized on Friday morning after suffering from chest pains while at a rehabilitation center in Palm Beach, Florida. Lohan was last in hospital for heart problems in December 2011, when he underwent an operation to repair a blockage.

It is thought that his current chest pains have been caused by blood clots, and physicians have prescribed a course of medication which they hope will break up the clots. Although Lohan is unlikely to require any surgery, he is due to stay in the Good Samaritan Medical Center for a few days, so that doctors can carefully monitor his condition.

Lohan was due to leave his rehabilitation center in Palm Beach on the 16th March when he will have completed a court-ordered four-month drug rehab program, however it is not yet know whether this recent hospital stay will delay has release from the facility.

The couple is engaged and plan to get married this year in a very traditional Jewish ceremony. Another reason to the 36-year-old actress consider her convertion to Judaism is because Will’s family will want that their future children to be raised according to the Jewish religion.

They acted together in The Wedding Singer and 50 first Dates and became very close friends over the years. “The two really like each other, so, it makes sense that he have an important role on her marriage”, said a source about the their good friendship.

This is going to be the third marriage of Drew Barrymore, she was first married in 1994 and in 2011 she married to Tom.
