CIT goes into the Medical business.

Starting this month CIT has been awarded a multi year contract from DJO to produce Medical Therapy tables. We have renovated one of our original facilities into the CIT Medical assembly facility. We will be producing 11 different therapy tables, about 6000 tables per year, to current FDA specifications. What does this mean for you, it means that we are again moving our quality to the next level. We are currently ISO 9001:2008 certified and next year will include ISO 13485 certification. Some of the components we will be importing, some of the components we will be manufacturing and we will be doing 100% of the assembly. Additionally we are adding about 20 new jobs to handle this exciting new line for us. As you can see, we are constantly thinking outside the box, give us the opportunity to work with you on your next project.

CIT Adds Another Robotic Welder

CIT has added our 4th robotic welder. The latest robot is table mounted next to double 5' x 8' tables. The robot can move from one table to the next so that one side can be set up while the other side is unloaded. Once again CIT designed and built this robot in-house. By adding this 4th robot we have increased our capacity by over 50% without adding any additional overhead. This is the way that we look at all of our projects, do it the most efficient way possible to save the customer time and money.
