am doing a powerpoint presentation on the christian crusades..What is a fun and interesting way to present it?

I was thinking of doing a letter or diary entry from each of the crusades but it was a little too hard and they would be all the same….
ummm.. well i am in grade 9 and the teachers said we had to present in an interesting way for the class not just talking with slides with dot points on them…

Limit the report to a comparison of two or three of the crusades. For example, the one led by the Holy Roman Emperor, Frederick II, who led the 6th crusade (1228) with the two led by King Louis IX of France who led the 7th crusade (1248) and the 8th crusade (1270).

Frederick had a small army, therefore he settled for negotiations, and made the 6th crusade the second most successful. He was excommunicated.

The 7th crusade, which was led by King Louis suffered tremendous military setbacks, lost everything gained by Frederick II, and ended with Louis’ captivity. Louis came back to lead the 8th crusade, but died before he could do anything. That crusade was also a loss. Louis was canonized and is known today as St. Louis. There is even a city in the U.S. named after him.

You might try making a chart indicating the size of each leader’s army, the number of battles and casualties, the respective territorial gains and losses.

This song is about never giving up on the love of your life. It was written in Georgia while visiting my old friend of 20 years, Mr. Drew Foskey. I have personally been married for 17 years and Drew has been married for 18 years. We know a lot about overcoming. lol Relationships have many ups and downs but what makes it all worth it… is to know that you have someone that you can trust and that will always have your back and you theirs. Sure relationships are tested and many fail, but the ones that are committed to not using the D word (divorce) as an option… generally make it. What is a good (christian) activity for superstitions?

I’m doing a presentation on the history of superstitions for my class, but I have to have an activity to go along with it. And I can’t use an ouija board or have palms read because I go to a Christian school. Any ideas?
Also, it has to include the whole class.

why dont you take a mirror? it says that if you break a mirror you will have bad luck for 7 years, same as if you walk under a ladder (probably you can borrow one from the janitor), or get hold of a black cat, salt is another one, if you spill the salt shaker on the table your luck will change, but if you grab that spilled salt and throw it through one of your shoulders it will not happen… etc. there are so many..

Other than Joel Osteen, Louie Gigilio and Greg Steir.

Some Very good ones….you can locate them online or on I tunes.

1. Adrian Rogers (passed away 2008 but his sermons still live on) powerfull speaker and uses humour from time to time…really good.

2. Charles Stanley – a really good preacher and teacher.

2. J Vernon Mcgee….old time preacher in the 70s but good..kinda country sounding.

4. Tony Evans…The Alternate (black preacher) used to listen to him for many many years.

5. Jay Sekulow– radio talk, conservative values, news.

I will add more if I can think of any by tommorow this time.

it’s going to be for high school – college aged young adults.
there will be music, human videos (if you don’t know what that is – look up "Everything" on tangle.com) dancing, guest speakers, guest music artists, food – LOTS of things! For the first event – i am trying to get Group 1 Crew to be the guest band and Tommie Zito to be the guest speaker. It’s gonna be awesome!
Aaaaanyway – so this is a Christian youth event we will be doing about 4 times a year – what should we call it??
