I must admit I was pleasantly surprised as to how good of a job it did with out having to touch any of the controls but record, and stop. Attached to this post is also the MP3 version of the WAV file I made. Nothing really interesting is discussed (or I don’t think so) but it was a test mainly.

Jerome Bixby’s The Man from Earth

This is a story of a professor who claims that he is one of our earliest ancestors, and he just never died. His friends, who are fellow professor’s are at first thinking he is only telling them a story, but how could you really prove that the person next to you is only 35, and not 140 centuries old?

                          

However for now, I have to admit while I’ve heard plenty of reports that the Kindle is slow compared to the Kindle App on the iPad, this is what I’m thinking of getting. Perhaps I’ll have it in time for my trip to DragonCon.

                          

Bean starts off as a very smart child, who is able to see the logic in things that is far beyond what his young years should allow him to see. After surviving for many he is discovered by the IAF, and after some testing gets sent to Battle School, and eventually he makes it onto Ender’s Dragon Army.

I can’t say I’ve ready books 3 and 4, and was unable to get into book 2 of the Ender’s series. However this one (its considered #5) is a very good read, and I doubt you would even to know anything about Ender’s Game to get this book, though it would probably help a lot.

                          

So I submitted my idea to them, and the same day (today) received an email back saying that while in Beta they are only able to take so many projects on at once. And they will let me know when they can get to me.

So starts my KickStarter experience, will it go anywhere? Currently only time will tell.

                          

DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE STREAM

Looking to possibly grow your podcast’s audience?

Coming soon is the Down The Rabbit Hole Internet Streaming station. Which will broadcast a wide variety type of shows. So you never know what you’ll find once you go “Down the Rabbit Hole.”

I realize I don’t produce nearly enough content to fill up a 24 hour station for long, even with the help of the people who have agreed to assist with Live shows. So I’m opening the doors to my fellow podcasters who would like to increase how many people have listened to their shows. I’ll also do my best to give you reports as to how many streams were live while your show was being sent out.

Money:

I fully realize that you as the contributor would love to make money off your hard work. And eventually I would love to make this my “Day” Job, lofty goals I know.  But if this starts to make money, I am more than willing to discuss with anyone to come up with a payment schedule that is satisfactory.

Live Shows:

Interested in doing a live show? I am very interested in speaking with you! As this station grows its requirements will change, but right now if you can set aside 30 minutes a week (at minimum) we can work on a spot for you. You do need to be available most times on the same schedule, so if you start on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, you can’t be constantly bouncing. If you want to play music, it must be something that does not require money for pay, so no ASCAP or BMI or anyone similar. Contact me at the ways listed above, if your interested!

Of course the first thing I did was pre-heat the oven to 325 for 15 minutes. While the oven was pre-heating I removed the wrapper.
