As much as we hate to see you go, you may cancel your paid subscription at any time by taking the following steps:

1. From the main menu, click Edit My Account (located under your avatar).
2. Click Subscriptions on the left side of the screen.
3. Open your active subscription by clicking View.
4. Click the Cancel button.

Auto-renew will become disabled and your subscription will terminate at the end of the currently paid term.

If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days, please take the following steps to request a refund:

1. Login to your account so we know who you are.
2. Click Help > General Inquiries from the main menu.
3. Enter details explaining why you are dissatisfied and submit the form.

Provided you have submitted the form within 30 days of starting your first paid subscription, we will issue the refund.  Once past the initial 30 days, or if this is not your first subscription, all sales are non-refundable.

Peak Prosperity respects your right to privacy and will not provide your personal information to any third parties unless necessary for certain business functions such as transacting credit cards or sending email communications.  Please click here for a full copy of our privacy policy.

We hate SPAM just as much as anybody else.  Through your account settings, you can voluntarily opt in or out of the following lists:

• Weekly newsletter
• Daily content notifications
• Alerts when events cause Chris to take personal action
• Announcements (events, promotions, website updates, etc.)

To adjust your email preferences, please take the following steps:

1. From the main menu, click Edit My Account (located under your avatar).
2. Click Email Preferences on the left side of the screen.
3. Select which of the emails you want to receive.
4. Submit the form.

You may also unsubscribe from lists by following the link provided at the bottom of any emails received.  Please note, you will continue to receive transactional emails from the website such as payment receipts, forums you have subscribed to, etc.

Although most people select the Peak Insider plan, we found some people cannot afford the full price, and yet others wanted to pay more to support us further.  As such, we decided to create three plans so people can interact with Peak Prosperity on the terms that make the most sense for them.

Nothing would please us more than for everybody to have access to the wealth of information here at Peak Prosperity.  However, providing this wonderful service is a full time job for several people and there are many costs associated with running a business such as this.  Subscription payments are what allow us to do what we do.  That said, we truly believe the value you receive from your subscription will be worth every penny!
