Rock Princess Yeng Constantino is back in the scene with her latest album entitled “Lapit” which is also the title of the carrier single.  Yeng had a rest from showbiz for almost one year, and she admits that that she had experienced a “writer’s block” which was the reason why she had a problem writing new songs.

According to Yeng Constantino she had experience a “writer’s block” because of the press people themselves.  She had read an article that directly criticizes her writing skills, that says all her songs and melody, sounds the same.  A criticism that affected her intensely that she was unable to write new songs.

Good thing Yeng is fine now, she had learned her lessons that she had to choose which news she has to read.  She also explained that Raymund Marasigan (drummer of the previous EraserHeads band) is one of her inspirations to continue her new album “Langit”.

Some of the new songs from the album “Langit” are: “’Wag kang magtatanong”, Jeepney Love Story,  “Pag-ayaw Mo Na”, “Siguro”, “Takas”, “Maghintay”, “Wag Na”, “Akin Ka Na” at “Siguro”.  As for the moment Yeng Constantino is still loveless but she admits she have a crush with Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual.

The tandem of Toni Gonzaga and Sam Milby is back on their upcoming movie entitled “Ang Tanging Pamilya”.  The duo has chemistry in doing comedy films, making their last movie “My big Love” a big success.

After three years, Toni Gonzaga and Sam Milby will be doing their thing again to give you some good laugh, they will be joined by comedy actress Ai Ai Delas Alas, actor/ex-President of the Philippines Joseph “Erap” Estrada and pacmom herself Dionesia Pacquiao.

Joseph Estrada will portray as Dindo the strict father of Charlie (Toni Gonzaga) while Sam Milby will be Charlie’s boyfriend named Prince.  Dindo will be giving some headaches to Prince as a payback from Ai Ai Delas Alas’s parents when he was still courting her.   According to some write-ups the movie “Ang Tanging Pamilya” is base from an American movie “Meet the Fockers” with some twist.

TV host comedian Vic Sotto and Cristine Reyes as his new leading lady will be having a new movie this coming December 2009.  This movie will be a different one compared to his “Enteng Kabisote” franchise that he usually makes annually, “Ang Darling Kong Aswang” will not be a scary horror movie but a cute horror one.   The movie is entitled as “Ang Darling Kong Aswang” with Cristine Reyes as the “Aswang”.

Cristine Reyes is very thankful to be given an opportunity to be his next leading lady after Kristine Hermosa, despite what she had experience with typhoon “Ondoy”.  Vic Sotto had mentioned that they will give time to Cristine to rest after what she had experienced, before they start filming.  As we all know Cristine Reyes is one of our pinay celebrities that were severely affected by typhoon “Ondoy” with her house at Marikina almost submerge from the flood.  Luckily she was saved personally by Richard Gutierrez who borrowed a rubber boat from a friend.

During an interview Vic Sotto was also ask if he and his long time girlfriend Pia Guanio are already planning for their wedding next year.  Vic explains that they are already talking about it but they will not make their wedding a big surprise for everyone.

At long last Kapamilya Network ABS-CBN has given Maja Salvador a chance to star as a lead role in an upcoming teleserye entitled “Nagsimula sa Puso”.  Maja expressed her excitement for the teleserye and promised her followers that she’ll do her best to meet the expectation of the management.

Maja Salavador is very thankful for the opportunity that finally “Nagsimula sa Puso” is going to be aired, unlike the other two teleserye “Anna Liza” and “Moon River” that she was supposed to play the lead role but was shelved instead.

During the press conference of “Nagsimula sa Puso”, Maja Salvador also explained that she’ll definitely concentrate well on her teleserye and pointed out that love life is not a priority.  In addition, she’s going to have some matured and daring roles on this teleserye and she doesn’t want anyone to restrict her regarding what she can or cannot do on screen. Rumored lovers in real life Richard Gutierrez and Jewel Mische was spotted in Ninoy Aquino International Airport with a scheduled flight going to Kuala Lumpur.  Everyone sees Richard Gutierrez as a superhero already when he saved Christine Reyes from the wrath of super typhoon Ondoy, but it seems like it’s all too good to be true as Richard Gutierrez is now facing another controversial issue.

The incident just happened last Friday night October 2, 2009 at the NAIA terminal.  According to a very reliable source, Richard became irate when they were offloaded from their flight to Kuala Lumpur.  They were not allowed to board the plane anymore since they were late.  Richard was seen together with her rumored long time girlfriend Jewel Mische.

According to Richard, they came late because some employees of the terminal requested to have a picture taking with them, a reason that is being disagreed by some of the witnesses.  With this another controversy that involves Richard for the nth time, does this also mean that there’s a truth behind the rumors about the real score between the two kapuso stars Jewel Mische and Richard Gutierrez?

As explained by Mico Del Rosario of Star Magic, they have not experienced any problems with Kristine Hermosa during their taping days of “Dahil May isang ikaw” in fact, they are very satisfied to the lead actress of the soap opera, “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” when it comes to work.  The write-ups regarding the “walk out” issue of Chin-Chin Gutierrez and the other casts of the series due to  Kristine’s unprofessionalism and unable to deliver her lines correctly was also denied and clarified by the producer itself.

Other issues that were dismissed by Mico Del Rosario were letting the cast and crew of the said teleserye wait for Kristine Hermosa on the set while the actress was just playing badminton with her rumored boyfriend, actor Oyo Sotto. For the last issue about Kristine Hermosa, there were also rumors that she is now going to be replaced from her own teleserye.  As explained by Mico, these issues were all untrue and impossible to happen. Mico explained that in the history of ABS-CBN, they have never replaced any lead character from any of their teleserye except for Angelica dela Cruz who made a stint from the defunct afternoon soap, “Prinsesa ng Banyera” since she transferred to the Kapuso Network GMA-7 but with a formal notice and advice from the actress.

According to Star Magic, these are all just smear campaigns against Kristine but they will not allow it to destroy Kristine’s career since there’s no truth about it.  He also added that they are already aware of the rumors that Kristine Hermosa has an “attitude problem” but so far they have not seen any signs of these rumors.
