There are 2 inserts today one Redplum and one Smartsource. It looks like there will be some good clipping this week. Goodlife has some pet food coupons. With 4 cats I can use these. Also a Hershey’s coupon in time for Halloween.

Welcome McClatchy Newspaper readers! I was caught a little off guard when found out late last night I was published.

This week I have been down with the H1N1 flu. NOT fun! Needless to say I have neglected ChangeJarSavings.com a little while I recuperate. I have wanted to write but needed sleep more. I wanted to go to work too. But I knew I was contagious so I did not.

With all this happening, I am unaware that a tidbit I passed on Sharon Harvey Rosenberg at McClatchy was being published nationwide. Thanks Sharon!

I have not went to get the Green Bay Press Gazette this morning so I am not sure what inserts are in it. According to Taylortown Preview from Florida. There are 3 inserts today one Redplum and a Smartsource and a Proctor and Gamble.

My usual source Sunday Coupon Preview says there is a Smartsource and Red Plum. Both say Proctor and Gamble should have been last week. However last week we had a General Mills instead. Sunday Coupon Preview also only has the preview for Smartsource.
