This is a clip from “A Unified Voice: Expressing your True Essence.” The film is a creative collaboration with the intention of inspiring and coaching viewers towards a more authentic and integrated expression of self through the voice. The film, now in production, is centered around the work of singer/songwriter and voice coach Heather Hutton. Whether through performance singing, singing merely for the pure joy of it, sounding, or speaking; the audience will be given tools to do so in a way that is more fully connected to the body, emotions and intentions.

This is a sample video clip from Closer to Home, a film project by John Jordan-Cascade, Peter Eberhardt and Jan Spencer, now in post production. We shot this at the home of Hanna Scholz in Eugene, Oregon in June of 2008. We found her to be a thoughtful, enthusiastic young woman with wisdom well beyond her years.

Closer to Home connects global trends with local choices and examines what people in Lane County, Oregon are doing to make their lives simpler and more sustainable. The film is due for release in May ‘09.
