Over the weekend the 2010 edition of 4TuningDays took place in Bucharest, a car tuning show where some of the most extreme tuning projects were showcased. Every car revealed here was fully unique and went through an intensive customization program to be able to stand out from the crowd.

We haven’t seen any creations of well known tuners such as Hamann, Mansory, ABT or Brabus, tuners who usually showcase their creations at the local tuning show from Essen, Germany, but there were a lot of eye catching cars that surely got our attention.

The tuning show started from the parking lot where a lot of tuning enthusiasts tried to show off their own modified cars which were more or less attractive. The background was a combination of different kinds of music played in the same time at great speakers and revved engines that would make anyone shiver.

Inside, local tuning companies and some of the best racing clubs revealed their cars: a lot of modified BMW models, cars from the Vw Group such as Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, even some Porsche models and many more were refined to look completely different than the stock version of the cars and to stand out in every little details.

Fernando Alonso won the first race of the 2010 F1 season in Bahrain and led a Ferrari double in a great debut for the Italian team. The Bahrain Grand Prix started with Sebastian Vettel on pole and was led more than two thirds by the Red Bull drive but due to some power problems he had to settle with fourth place.

Alonso declared that there’s no better way to start the relationship between him and Ferrari  and this victory was his 22nd career victory. The runner up with 16 seconds behind was Felipe Massa who was back on track after the life threatening head injuries suffered last July in Hungary.

Lewis Hamilton completed the podium 23.1 seconds behind Alonso followed by Vettel and Nico Rosberg from Mercedes GP. Seven times world champion Michael Schumacher managed to finish in a decent position at his comeback at 41 years and he came on sixth place after three years away.

Current world champion Jenson Button also made his debut at McLaren but he finished only on the 7th place. Next points were taken by Mark Webber, Vitantonio Liuzzi and Rubens Barrichello.

With the new points system from Formula 1, Fernando Alonso got 25 points for the victory and the top 10 finishers collected points. From the new teams coming to Formula 1 in 2010 Lotus proved to be the best and they were the only ones to finish the race with a car.

This weekend we’ve been on the road with of couple of members from the Midnight Racers club, one of the most exclusive auto enthusiast clubs to 4Tuning Days, an event almost as big as the Essen Motor Show that… as it name states, it’s an auto show about tuning.

That means only one thing, actually two: some of the most amazing modified cars were going to be showcased at the 2010 4Tuning Days show and since every auto show comes with gorgeous babes the hottest girls were there for our viewing pleasure.

Over time, we’ve covered a lot of auto shows and during every major show we had an article with the girls from that show but Tuning shows are always a lot better when it comes to girls and from these pictures you will probably convince yourselves.

So, here we’ve got the most gorgeous girls from the 2010 4Tuning Days in 30 pictures that will probably leave you gawking and drolling in the same time.

Vorsteiner has released a new sporty kit called VR-7 Sportiv Aero for the new BMW 7 Series which will be available for both the standard and the long wheelbase version of the 7 Series. The Vorsteiner BMW 7 Series package consists of several components made from carbon fiber that will make BMW’s flagship sedan a lot sportier.

The new aerodynamics package includes a new front apron with a lip-add-on, a rear diffuser integrated in the rear bumper and a boot lid spoiler. The California-based tuners claim that these new styling elements also improve the car’s aerodynamics and increase the car’s front end downforce and stability.

Vorsteiner also installed a new set of 21″ forged alloy wheels that will be available in several finishes and will be equipped with high performance Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires sized 255/30 R21 up front and 285/30 R21 in the rear. The car tuners also installed a new super sport suspension kit from H&R that reduces the ride height by 48 mm.

After the strong reaction from the Geneva Motor Show Porsche is seriously considering to take the Porsche 918 Spyder Concept into production. The company’s CEO Michael Macht declared that “there is no one inside Porsche who doesn’t want to build the 918″ and since the response to the concept was more than great the company is going to ask buyers to sign letters of intent.

The Porsche 918 Spyder Concept is a combination between Boxster and Carrera GT influences and it also features some hybrid power for a great fuel consumption.  The concept premiered at Geneva was powered by a V8 engine and three electric motors that produced a total output of 708 HP .

The roadster would be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and thanks to its additional electric motors Porsche claims it could have  fuel consumption of 78 mpg! If the car will go into production we will probably see the Porsche 918 Spyder on the market in the next five years.

Kicherer has released a tuning package for the new 2010 Mercedes E Class Coupe that includes a new styling kit and several performance improvements. The car tuners dubbed their project “E50 Coupe” and its based on the 2010 Mercedes E500.

At the exterior level, the Kicherer Mercedes E Class Coupe comes with a carbon fiber “Kicherer Performance series” package that consists of a new front lip spoiler, new side skirts, carbon fiber mirror casings, a rear diffuser and an optional three blade sports grille.

Under the hood, the guys from Kicherer upgraded the ECU and, after installing a new sports exhaust system they were able to increase the 5.5L V8 engine to a power output of 430 HP and 550 Nm of torque which is 42 HP and 20 Nm of torque more than the stock model. Kicherer hasn’t released any performance data about their modified E500 but they took the speed limited out and it will surely go a lot over 250 km/h.

The Kicherer E50 Coupe also features new 20″ RS-1 wheels which are wrapped in high performance tires and a new braking system with six piston calipers and carbon composite discs.

Infiniti has released a special Infiniti G37 Anniversary Edition to celebrate the brand’s 20th anniversary that will be available as a sedan, coupe and convertible. This anniversary edition will be limited to 350 sedans, 200 coupes and 200 convertible models.

The Infiniti G37 Anniversary Edition comes with an exclusive Graphite Shadow exterior finish and inside it features a Monaco Red Leather interior and several aluminum elements. At the exterior level, this special edition also received a new set of alloy wheels and a couple of new aerodynamics elements that will increase the car’s sportiness such as a new front apron, new side sills and a rear spoiler. The Anniversary edition will also come with a grill finished in Midnight black to match the car’s Graphite shadow color.

Under the hood, the G37 Anniversary will feature the same 3.7L V6 engine that is connected to a 7 speed automatic transmission but the sedan and coupe version will get 4 wheel Active steer and a Sport Package for better handling and stability.

Infiniti also released the pricing details of their Infiniti G37 Anniversary Edition which will start from $43,350 for the sedan and will go up to $54,900 for the convertible model.

The Florida tuners from Renntech decided to show off their skills in boosting any car’s performances and they took some of their tuning projects, the Renntech Mercedes CL65 and the Renntech Mercedes CL63 AMG for a couple of tests on track.

Engineers from Renntech tweaked the cars’ performances by upgrading the ECU and by installing a new ram air system, an upgraded intercooler, a high flow exhaust, a limited slip differential and many other upgrades. After these improvements were made their CL65 and C63 AMG were obviously a lot faster than the stock model but Renntech wanted to see how fast they are.

During a quarter mile race of 10.62 seconds at 133.7 miles per hour the CL65 became the World’s Fastest CL65 and the C63 also became the quickest C63 model in the world by making the quarter mile in 11.6 seconds at 125.3 mph.

Corvette closed the gap between racing and production models even further this year by launching the 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon Limited Edition. This special edition is a tribute for the 50th anniversary of Corvette’s first race in the 24 hours of Le Mans and will be limited to just 500 units.

Chevrolet claims that the Corvette Z06 Carbon is the best balanced Corvette yet and it combines the lightweight and naturally aspired Z06 engine with the stability and handling of the ZR1. The limited edition comes with Brembo carbon ceramic brakes with dark gray metallic calipers, a new set of black 20 spoke wheels sized 19″ up front and 20″ in the rear which are wrapped in Michelin PS2 tires and many other upgrades such as Magnetic Selective Ride Control, a carbon pattern engine cover or enhanced cooling.

The 2011 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Carbon will be available in two colors: Inferno Orange and Supersonic Blue. The car will feature a ZR1 style body color spoiler, door handles, carbon fiber raised hood, black headlamps and mirrors, black carbon fiber rockers and splitter and Euro-styled racing numbers as an option.

Inside, the Carbon edition comes with ebony leather and suede interior that is complemented by blue or orange stitching to match the exterior color. Chevrolet also installed a unique steering wheel emblem, sill plate and special logos for the headrests.

This special edition will be available on the market in late summer.

BF Performance has released a new tuning package for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 that includes both styling and performance upgrades. The BF Performance Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 features a new aerodynamics package entirely made from carbon fiber that consists of a new front spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser, new air inlets and a rear wing.

The car tuners worked a lot on reducing the car’s already pretty light weight and by using a lot of carbon fiber components they manage to reduce the total weight by up to 43 kg. This weight reduction, combined with a couple of tweaks made under the hood result in a stronger performance.

BF Performance hasn’t released any performance figures of their version of the Gallardo LP560-4 but apparently this car is faster than a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640-4 SV by 0.6 seconds which means the upgrades done to the car’s performances are pretty impressive.

Engineers from BF Performance also installed new sports bucket seats, a new steering wheel, door handles and ventilation grids made in carbon fiber, a new roll cage and a carbon ceramic braking system.
