The latest tuning package for the Audi A5 Cabriolet was released today by the guys from Senner Tuning and includes both styling and performance tweaks. The exterior of the A5 Cabrio received a new RS bodykit which consists of a new front bumper, a redesigned grille and also a modified rear end with a new rear diffuser.

The rear end of the car also has room for a new sport exhaust system with four tail pipes and the car’s refreshed look is further refined by a new set of lovely 20″ wheels and a carbon hydride screw adjustable suspension system. The car’s interior also received a couple of upgrades such as a carbon fiber trim, new floor mats and an S line sport steering wheel.

Engineers from Senner also took care of the car’s 2.0L TFSI engine and they upgraded the ECU and also installed a sport air filter. Thanks to these tweaks, the power output was increased by 64 PS/63 hp and 80 Nm of torque to 275 PS/271 bhp and 430 Nm of torque.

The first official photos with America’s Bugatti Veyron fighter, the SSC Ultimate Aero II, were leaked today on the web from a photo shoot for Top Gear magazine. The Ultimate Aero II was specially designed to reclaim the title of the world’s fastest production vehicle which was just taken by the Bugatti Veyron SuperSport a couple of months ago.

The SSC Ultimate Aero II has a striking exterior look which was designed by Jason Castriota, the man behind the Ferrari 599 or the Maserati GranTurismo for example. The first SSC Ultimate Aero settled the record for the fastest road car back in 2007 with a top speed of 412 km/h and a couple of months ago the Veyron SuperSport raised the bar to 431.072 km/h.

BMW has released a limited edition of the BMW M3 called “Pure” at the end of last week for the Australian market which features several styling upgrades. This special edition will be built in a limited run of just 100 units that will be sold exclusively in Australia.

The BMW M3 Pure Edition comes with a black gloss bonnet air intake, a dark chrome individual kidney grille and side grills and also dark chrome exhaust tips. The exterior look was further refined by installing a new set of 19″ M-style double spoke light alloy wheels with a black gloss finish that come wrapped in 245/35 R19 tires up front and 265/35 R19 tires in the rear.

The Pure edition also features many improvements inside the cockpit such an Anthracite cloth combined with a black leather trim and black Novillo leather headrests. In terms of performances, the M3 Pure Edition is still equipped with the standard engine and has similar performances with the regular model.

The first deliveries of the the BMW M3 Pure Limited Edition will begin in the first months of 2011 and from the 100 units, 50 cars will be M3 coupes and 50 sedans.

It’s been a while since we’ve last posted a modified car in our spotlight but the BMW e46 you’re about to see will definitely make up for the lost time. This modified BMW E46 328I was transformed in over 2 months from ordinary to extraordinary with many styling upgrades and a beautiful black & white sapphire paint job.

The car received a complete M3 body package with original M front and rear bumpers, splitters, side skirts, a csl front spoiler lip, wider wheel arches and a csl trunk lid. A new bad boy hood with an M3 power dome and a carbon fiber BMW grille also contribute to the car’s new and aggressive look.

The exterior upgrades continued by installing an adjustable suspension system which lowers this e46 closer to the ground and gives it a sportier stance, new angel eyes xenon headlights, led tail lights, blacked out signal lights and other small changes.

But probably the most impressive visual effect is made by the brilliant black & white sapphire paint theme which goes really well with a new set of bespoke RH ZW3 wheels finished in a wonderful black & silver combination. A new custom exhaust system from a V8 engine with four exhaust pipes was also installed to give the car a thrilling sound.

The interior of the car also went through an intense customization and the owner installed a stylish alcantara trim, a DVD player with navigation and iPod Clariod, follow me home lights, a leather steering wheel, a powerful Harman/Kardon surround sound system with 12 speakers, an amp and 2 subwoofers and many other elements.

The 2010 Moscow International Motor Show took part last week in the Russian capital and, as you probably imagine, we haven’t been able to cover every aspect of this event. A couple of specially developed cars for Russia were unveiled at this auto show and many automakers were there to showcase their new line-up.

But probably the biggest attractions of the Moscow Motor Show were the beautiful girls who were there to make the whole experience a lot better. There were surely a lot of people amazed by these girls and some of them even managed to take a couple of pictures with these babes.

General Motors has released the first official images and details with the new 5 door Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback which is going to be premiered at the Paris Motor Show at the end of September. The car from these images is apparently only the show car that’s going to debut in Paris but the production version will probably be almost the same as this show car.

The Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback is built on a new body frame integral system which gives the car a greater stability and solidarity and features a coupe-like roofline to enhance the overall sporty appearance. The car will have 60/40 split rear seating and a cargo capacity of around 400 liters.

General Motors have plans to launch the Cruze Hatchback in Europe in the middle of 2011 but we will probably receive more details about this model in the next weeks in Paris.

JE Design has released the first upgrade package for the second generation of the Volkswagen Touareg which includes many styling and performance tweaks. First, the car’s body received an aerodynamics kit which consists of a new front grille and spoiler, wider wheel arches, a new rear apron and a roof spoiler.

The new exterior look was further refined by installing a new set of alloy wheels wrapped in new tires a custom exhaust system and also an electronic lowering module which lowers the ride height of the new Touareg by 35 mm and gives it a more aggressive stance.

JE Design also took care of the car’s engine and released a power kit for the 4.2L TDI V8 diesel unit which takes the power output from 340 HP and 800 Nm of torque to an impressive 410 HP and 930 Nm of torque. This leads to a 0.4 seconds faster 0 to 100 acceleration time of 5.4 seconds and 27 km/h more added to the top speed, from 242 km/h to 269 km/h.

The price for the JE Design Volkswagen Touareg package is 19,750 Euros ($25,300).

Ford has just unveiled the new 2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew, a four door and five seater version of the Raptor which comes with a 12 inch longer wheelbase. The 5.4L V8 engine from the previous Raptor wasn’t included in the engine line-up which means the 2011 model will come with the 6.2L V8 with 411 HP as standard.

The SuperCrew version has a 36 gallon fuel tank, a new color, Ingot Silver Metallic and even an optional decal set inspired by older off road racing Ford Broncos. Even though the SuperCrew model is a bit longer than the normal Raptor, the performances and handling of the car weren’t compromised and even the visuals are the same.

The 2011 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor will also get a new options package called “plus” which consists of a trailer brake controller and a rear view camera. The standard features include a telescoping steering wheel, a 110V power inverter in the center console, a perimeter alarm and automatic front windows while the luxury package will also get folding power mirrors and remote start.

British tuners from Onyx Concept decided to impress us all and released an upgrade package for the BMW M3 E92 with numerous styling and performance improvements. We’ve seen many aftermarket kits for the M3 E92 but this one is probably the least expected because Onyx usually modified only Range Rovers.

Apparently they decided to use their experience in refining cars to other cars too and the BMW M3 is one of them. Design-wise, the Onyx Concept BMW M3 E92 features new front and rear bumpers, redesigned side skirts and several carbon fiber styling elements such as a new front spoiler lip, a rear diffuser, trunk lid and a ventilated hood.

In terms of performance, engineers from Onyx offer a package that takes the 4.0L V8 from 420 PS/414 bhp to an amazing … (wait for it) … 630 PS/321 bhp !!! That’s an impressive 50% in power and even though the car tuners haven’t released any performance figures yet, we’re sure those will be mind blowing.

This impressive power boost was achieved by installing a high performance air filter, a new sport exhaust, an upgraded ECU and probably something to super charge the engine. Onyx hasn’t revealed exactly what was changed under the hood, but we’ll probably get more details in the future.

The car’s interior was also refined with a carbon fiber trim and a special “Buffalo hide” leather upholstery. The Onyx Concept BMW M3 E92 will be released on the market at the end of October.

According to several fresh reports, Renault plans to buy back a majority stake in the formula one team that bears its name. The French automaker sold around 85% of the team last year to the investment firm Genii Capital from Luxembourg due to the car sales crisis and economic downturn but now they consider buying it back.

Renault F1 did better than expected with their new owners in 2010 with Robert Kubica finishing three times on the podium this year and earning a lot of points for the team while the rookie Vitaly Petrov also scored a couple of important points for Reanult.

Since last year Renault SA’s financial situation has dramatically improved to the point that the automaker wants to return to their own team in F1. At the last race even a couple of rumors appeared that former F1 world champion might return to formula one next year with Renault.
