Lifestyle expert Elizabeth Mayhew joined me this morning to share the top mommy must haves for both new and expectant moms, and offer her most important health tip for all new moms.

Candace Rose: What are some of the must haves every new or expectant mom needs?

Elizabeth Mayhew: "Well, this is a very exciting time, no doubt. There's a lot to learn. The number one most important thing is your health and your baby's health. You really want to start even if you're just thinking about becoming pregnant or wanting to become pregnant or if you're pregnant you want to take a prenatal vitamin. It is super important. Any doctor is going to tell you prenatal vitamins before you even think about it. So, the one I recommend is the Centrum Specialist Prenatal Vitamin mostly because it has dual action. It not only provides the necessary vitamins that you need to maintain your every day health as a mother, as a parent; but it also supports your baby's growth and development during pregnancy. Science shows time and again that sleep is important not only to maintain a healthy weight but also just to keep up your cognitive abilities and if there's one thing I can tell you is when your baby naps you should nap as well. Don't use that time to catch up on your emails, you really want to maintain your health; that's what we're talking about today is your health because that is after all super important to your baby's health."

Candace Rose: What are some ways we can declutter and get organized once and for all?

Jill Pollack: "Well, spring is a perfect time to get organized and in fact organizing is not just about putting things in the right place, it's also about saving time. Schick Intuition recently did a survey and they found that 72% of women say they take on more than they can handle and 60% of women say they could use more time in the morning spending on their beauty routine. Candace Rose: I know I could use some! What are some tools we need to get organized around the house?

Jill Pollack: "Well, some great tips are the basket and the jars. Those are very classic organizing uses products, right. But the basket, I like to think of things in unexpected ways so you would put magazines in a basket or kids toys in a basket or even shoes near the front door in a basket. But I keep baskets in my pantry so that I can corral all the sort of half-eaten bags of chips or nuts or dried fruits. When you lose a bag of chips in the back and they get stale and they spill all over in the black hole of the pantry, you're wasting time because you have to clean it up; you're wasting money because you had a perfectly good bag of food there and that's a great way to think about it.

I also love these cookie jars because they're not just for cookies or dog biscuits, they're great to corral other things like crafting items, like q-tips, cotton balls, coffee. You can see what you have and then you can access it, right? If you put coffee in here, you're not always taking out the bag and spilling it all over the floor and cleaning it up- you're rushed anyway. It's like getting a nice plate of food- it looks better, it tastes more delicious when you eat it. It's the same thing when organizing, if it's a more fun and more attractive way to do it, you're more inclined to use it. It just makes life happier, right?"

Candace Rose: Right. Do you have any additional tips or information you'd like to share?

Jill Pollack: "Yeah, well people are always asking 'what's your one universal tip'? And I say invest in a system of uniform hangers, because all your clothes hang at the same level. And these ones are great because they're slim and you can fit more into the closet. They have a little felt on the outside so your clothes are not always slipping off into the bottom and getting wrinkled in the bottom of your closet- I like that. And also I love these peel and stick chalkboards. They're great because you can put them everywhere. They look great! I have them on the refrigerator where I can write a shopping list, I have one in the mudroom so I can write down any last minute things to remember, I even have one in my husband's closet for his honey do list. So those are just some tips to help you rethink your system and that's what organizing is as well; not just decluttering but rethinking systems, right?"

Tonight marks the season finale of the first season of NBC "Fashion Star". As someone who has covered the show since the beginning, I honestly thought early in the season (based on the first few episodes) that Sarah Parrott was going to take it all. There wasn't a week that I didn't have to apologize to readers that her items were sold out yet again on H&M's website! Were you as shocked as I was when she was eliminated? Well, I can't think of a week when I didn't want to purchase a design from the talented designers who were bought each week. The mentors (Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos) did a phenomenal job mentoring and encouraging the designers and the buyers (Caprice Willard of Macy's, Terron E. Shaffer of Saks Fifth Avenue and Nicole M. Christie) did an amazing job choosing which items to purchase, especially since most items were sold out each week!

Interview: CelebrityMe Co-Founder & CCO Eric "Giz" Gewirtz Discusses the New Facebook Game!

Thanks to Eric "Giz" Gewirtz, Chris Miller and Greg Borrud of Seismic Games you can now play one on Facebook and even have your own hologram with their new game CelebrityMe! How much better does it get? Yesterday I was joined by CelebrityMe co-founder and CCO Eric "Giz" Gewirtz to discuss everything about the game from how to become a celebrity, to how to create your entourage, what's next for the game and much more!

Candace Rose: As the co-founder and CCO of CelebrityMe, can you tell us a little bit about it?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "Sure. CelebrityMe is a Facebook free to play game where you get to create your own celebrity and live out the celebrity lifestyle any way you want with your friends on Facebook."

Candace Rose: What inspired you and co-founders Greg Borrud and Chris Miller to create the game?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "There's a lack of games that has this compelling fantasy. We wanted to live that rock star lifestyle and be a movie star and there's no outlet in Facebook games to be able to do that so we got really excited about the idea of making a game where players, especially in something as cool as Facebook where players can create their own celebrity and live the life of a movie star along with their friends. That was really the idea."

Candace Rose: Can you run us through what the object of the game is?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "Yeah, so the game starts out you're kind of a nobody in Hollywood and you have to make your way in L.A. through starring in movies and TV shows and putting on music videos and rock concerts and music concerts. You have to work your way up to become famous. So you start out with zero fans and ultimately your goal is to become the most famous superstar in Hollywood."

Candace Rose: What are the first steps that someone needs to take when creating their celebrity?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "When you start out, the first thing is getting as heavily focused on customization. We really wanted to give players the freedom to create their celebrity any way they want. So the steps are you've got to decide what your celebrity looks like. After you've picked out what your celebrity looks like, your next step is starring in these movies. And you start out on low level and you've got to get the right clothes for the movies and you've got to cast your friends in the other roles. So at first it's about getting these first gigs and getting the right outfits for those gigs and then starring in those gigs, and as you do that you earn more money which allows you to get better and better clothes and unlock new and newer gigs to play in."

Candace Rose: So how do celebrities find their calling? Should they try out various careers or is it better to stick with just one?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "It's definitely better if you try and go across the board with different genres. If you focus on one genre you will get there - if you have a specialty or preference, but it will take you a little longer than if you take the musician, movie star and TV star path and try to do all three at the same time."

Candace Rose: And you mentioned having a fan base. What's the secret to building a great entourage?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "Definitely getting your friends to play the game helps. There's constant rewards for having good friends who are doing well in the game. So every time you cast a friend in the game, whether it's casting them as a guitarist in your rock band or casting them as the villain in the movie you're making, they get a reward for that. You also get a reward for casting them. So the more you play with your friends, the more active your friends are, the better and the faster you go up the ranks and the faster they do as well."

Candace Rose: Can you tell us about the mini-movies we can create with CelebrityMe?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "Yeah, this is something we're really excited about. It's something that's turned out to be really fun and funny as well. At the end, after you've picked out your outfit, and after you pick out which of your friends you want to be in the movie, through a series of mini-games you get this fun little movie that's kind of either a trailer for the movie or an actual music video that you made. And you can put that on Facebook and share it, and it's starring you and your friends characters. And that can be spread and shared by your friends as well."

Candace Rose: You recently launched holograms in CelebrityMe. Do you think that the public is more fascinated by holograms since Tupac magically appeared at Coachella?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "Yeah, I think so. We've always envisioned this game as being something that can stay current and relevant, and so it was a no brainer for us to make a holographic rap concert when the Tupac hologram appeared at Coachella. And just moving forward we're going to continue to keep making content for whatever's popular and out there because that's kind of the idea. To stay on top as your celebrity you've got to stay with what's current and hot."

Candace Rose: What can fans of CelebrityMe expect to see next?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "One thing is we're going to continue to create content based on what is in popular media (that's one component). We're also going to be releasing a whole new city section. When you start out the game you're in Venice Beach and kind of working your way up. We're about to release Hollywood which is going to be a whole new area for you to explore with a bunch of activities and movies and music videos to star in; a bunch of new characters to interact with, and after that we're looking into adding relationships into the game so that you can actually have your celebrity date and hang out with other fictitious celebrities as wells as your friend celebrities."

Candace Rose: Do you have any additional tips or information you'd like to share?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "I think one of the things that's really fun about the game is it's funny, it doesn't take itself too seriously and it's pretty lighthearted. It's one of the things that we wanted to make sure that while we're glorifying the celebrity lifestyle, we also didn't take it too seriously. I hope people enjoy the game and have a good time with it, that's really why we made it."

Candace Rose: Where can we go for more information and to play the game?

Eric "Giz" Gewirtz: "So you can just log onto Facebook and type in CelebrityMe (one word) and play the game for free and it will start up right there."

Sunday was not only Mother's Day, but the start of one of the most important weeks of the year- National Women's Health week. We all know the importance of eating healthy and working out, and that includes regular exercise during pregnancy as well. Talk show host, Kelly Ripa of 'Live! with Kelly' looks phenomenal after having three kids, which she attributes to working out religiously! Interview: Givit Founder & CEO Greg Kostello Discusses the New Video Sharing & Storage Device

I'm so excited to introduce you to Givit, the new video sharing and storage device! I don't know about you but I've unfortunately lost video from my adorable cousin's first birthday, of my grandma (who suffers from dementia) singing, visits with loved ones from other countries that can never be replaced and of my goofy dog (who can ever have too many videos of their dog?) because the video app I used on my previous iPhone wouldn't transfer to my new one. I wish I'd had this device in the past or even the Givit app for my iPhone which would have saved me a lot of heartache. I had the pleasure of speaking with Givit's founder and CEO Greg Kostello this morning to find out what it's all about, how it works, how we can use it from our computers and mobile devices and much more!

Candace Rose: For those who've never heard of Givit, can you tell us a little bit about it?

Greg Kostello: "Yes, Givit is the easiest way to share videos. We wanted to make it so simple. A lot of people sometimes feel challenged about sharing videos and so we wanted to be able to do it from any device they have whether it's a camera, their PC, their Mac, iPhone or Android - just make it really simple.

So how you use it is you just select whatever you have and select recipients by their email address, hit send and you're done."

Candace Rose: How does it differ from other sites like Youtube and Vimeo?

Greg Kostello: "Youtube and Vimeo are great at sharing with a wide audience. But so many videos we create - say videos we create of our children or of close friends or just goofing around - a lot of those videos we don't want to share more broadly. We don't want to have the whole world view those videos. So Givit is really focused on first and foremost making videos easy to share privately. There are ways to share publicly with Givit, but we think most people for most videos they take - think of all the videos that are sitting on your smartphone today - how many of those are really designed for Youtube or Vimeo? Most of them, I think are designed to be shared with close friends."

Candace Rose: How does Givit work?

Greg Kostello: "Givit can work from really any device, so all we do is we take the video that you upload and we put it into a secure place in the cloud and from there when you send something out you get a notification either in the form of an email or something will pop up on your iPhone (or Android) will tell you, 'hey, there's a video waiting for you from this person'. So Candie, if you were to use it, it would say 'Candie has sent you a new video'."

Candace Rose: Do you have to be a Facebook user or can you sign up the old fashioned way, by email?

Greg Kostello: "We encourage both forms. So you can use your email or Facebook."

Candace Rose: Is there a limit on the number of videos or the size of them?

Greg Kostello: "No. There's no limit on the number of videos you can have and we really wanted to make it easy to upload large files. So today, just on the web form there's a 2 GB limit, but soon that will be lifted. And if you upload from your iPhone or other devices or your PC and web, you can really upload very, very large files."

Candace Rose: And for those of us who are addicted to our mobile devices, can you tell us a little bit about the mobile app and how it works?

Greg Kostello: "Yes, the mobile apps are free as well and so what you do is when you use your mobile device, use it as a camera/camcorder.You can take videos and then straight from within Givit you can share those videos, but for a lot of people they already have captured videos so you can also take any video that are in your video library and share those as well and it's really simple. Say you're using your iPhone - you select a video, you select the recipients from your address book and you hit send. You can also include an optional message. You can do the exact same thing on your Android as well. We tried to really cover the bases for the most popular devices that are out there."

Candace Rose: FlipShare recently migrated to Givit. Can you tell us a little bit about that?

Greg Kostello: "Yes, the Flip community was really early on involved in personal video sharing and so we made it really simple. Cisco had decided to leave that business but they didn't want to abandon their users, so we created a one button migration from all of your FlipShare videos into the Givit service. So all you have to do is create an account on Givit and then give your credentials or log in information and we'll just move all those files, whether you have 1 or 1,000 videos."

Candace Rose: I post a lot of video to my website, especially interviews that I conduct. Is it possible for somebody like me to embed video to my website from Givit?

Greg Kostello: "Yes. Do you use Youtube videos?

Candace Rose: Yes, I do.

Greg Kostello: "Well, what you want to do is - any videos that you have stored within Givit, there's an option within the web interface to post to Youtube and again, since probably most videos you wouldn't want to do this, but the polished ones that are maybe an interview, you would. All you have to do is select to put this to Youtube and you enter your credentials for your Youtube account and we take it from there. It's very fast to do that because it's really from one cloud service to another and you just do everything like you would normally do from within Youtube to post that video publicly."

Candace Rose: Say I was to share a video with someone. Can they share it with somebody else?

Greg Kostello: "Great question. That's really under your control. There's really two options. By default videos are not designed to be reshared to ensure your privacy, but with one little click of a button you can make that video resharable and then the recipient can then reshare it with whomever they want to."

Candace Rose: Do you have any additional tips or information you'd like to share?

Greg Kostello: "Yeah, we really encourage people to upload lots of content. We hear stories about people losing their iPhone, their Android and you hate to lose all that video content. And especially since the service is free to get going, put it up there and then you can always save it off and download it to a different device or your web. I really encourage people to do that. I hate to hear about people losing their content.

The other thing is with Mother's Day we put up a video that really suggested that people just send their mother a video and tell them how much they appreciate them. And I think that's something you can tell them anytime. Think about all the photos that people get and people love getting photos, and what people love even more is getting a video of something really sweet and short. Anybody can do it and I'm always surprised when people discover this feature and how much they have with it."

With Wedding season upon us, celebrity style expert Nicole Brewer was kind enough to join me yesterday to share the top trends in dresses, shoes, makeup and hair!

Celebrity style expert Nicole Brewer discusses what to wear this wedding season!

Candace Rose: With wedding season officially here, what is the secret to looking great and where do we start?

Nicole Brewer: "Where do we start? Well, whether you're in a wedding or simply on the guest list for one, you're going to want to look and feel your absolute best. And we have so many trends going on. We've seen on the red carpet and on the runways beautiful trends, lots of romantic details, lots of beautiful colors- there's so much to choose from. But what I've done is I've chosen some really great replicas of those same trends at fabulous prices from David's Bridal. So whether you're petite or plus size or tall, no matter what your size you can find fashion forward dresses at prices you can afford for your upcoming wedding or any special occasion, really.

So let me walk you through some of the hottest trends, and start with this sexy sophisticated stretch satin dress. I love this dress because it's a beautiful rich tone that actually works on a lot of different skin tones and also, it's got a great cowl neck. I love that cowl neck because it's so elegant and it makes it just so perfect for any summer wedding. Also, it's got subtle yet strategic draping along the midsection which is a little slimming and you know, who doesn't want that? It's just a perfect dress for any summer occasion!

Also, prints are popping up everywhere, I know you've seen them. Some of them are really bold and bright, and some of them are just perfect. This one is one of my favorites. It's a beautiful blue and yellow print. I love it because it's fun, it's festive and that sweetheart neckline is just so sexy on everybody. So you can just see this dress at an outdoor wedding or a summer cocktail party, even. It's one of those 'go anywhere' dresses.

Now another huge trend right now is just anything feminine and I love this lilac dress because it's soft, it's delicate and it's ultra-feminine. And it has a cascading down ruffle on the front which adds a little flirtiness to the dress and makes it perfect for the dance floor. So all of these dresses are under $150 and can be found at David's Bridal stores nationwide."

Candace Rose: How about when it comes to shoes? What's the best way to incorporate them with dresses?

Nicole Brewer: "Well, my biggest tip on shoes is you definitely want a fabulous shoe that's going to make you feel fabulous, but also one that you're going to be able to wear for the whole wedding and on the dance floor. So before you wear a shoe at a wedding you want to make sure you've road tested it before. So peep toe pumps are big, glitter shoes are big. You definitely want a platform pump or something that's really going to make you feel comfortable so that you can dance the night away."

Candace Rose: What are the latest trends in hair?

Nicole Brewer: "Well, my feeling on hair is you definitely want to have a no fuss style because you're going to be at the wedding and you want to look good and you want to deal with the outdoor elements if the wedding is outside. But updos are always in style, they've never gone anywhere. Ponytails are big; braid details are actually big and you know what? Wearing a ponytail to the side or even a soft messy bun to the side is also a very big trend right now and perfect to wear to a wedding."

Candace Rose: Do you have any tips when it comes to makeup?

Nicole Brewer: "Sure. I always suggest making sure that you add a little drama to your eyes because it's not an everyday thing - a wedding - so you want to look, standout. So a smokey eye or great lashes or a great volume mascara - you can never go wrong. Or you also want to make sure you have a really nice lip; and you want to make sure you can include all of those products in your evening clutch bag. So make sure your clutch is big enough to have everything you need for touch ups throughout the day."

Candace Rose: Do you have any additional tips or information you'd like to share?

Nicole Brewer: "Absolutely. Now in order to survive this wedding season wearing all these strapless and sleeveless styles you want to feel confident. So you want to make sure that you choose the right deodorant - that's my most important beauty tip of the day! The truth is there are so many products out there that leave those annoying white marks. but even more than that we found out that 32 million women in America experience dark marks under their arms and that's a lot of times complications from shaving and irritation. And that's something we definitely want to avoid when we're wearing these fabulous little dresses. Happy Friday! Today I'm uber excited to share a sneak peak from Architectural Digest of the gorgeous Manhattan office/headquarters of Aerin Lauder's new home-and-fashion business that is beyond stunning! She recently partnered with designer Jacques Grange to create this gorgeous space that is not only functional but glamorous as well. Is it not the most gorgeous office you've ever seen? I'm especially loving the exquisite chandelier and the gold mirror. I can't forget about the framed prints (with white matting and gold frames), that green sofa, white walls and those fresh flowers in my favorite color- purple. Breathtakingly beautiful!

Interview: Natural Living Expert and TV Personality Sara Snow Shares Ways To Get Your Kids Off the Couch and Outdoors This Summer

With summer break officially only weeks away natural living expert and tv personality Sara Snow joined me to discuss simple ways parents can get their kids off the couch, off the tube, away from their tech gadgets and outside to enjoy the fresh air!

Candace Rose: According to recent studies kids are spending more than seven hours a day plugged into media. What can parents do to encourage their kids to ditch their tech devices and play outdoors?

Sara Snow: "Well, that's a great question, Candace and I think you hit on a really important thing- we need to encourage our kids. We need to motivate them to get off the couch and get outside and unfortunately today, sometimes it's not enough to just point them to the door and say 'go have fun'. Sometimes it's best to go into it armed with a few ideas for them."

Candace Rose: What are some of your favorite outdoor activities?

Sara Snow: "Well, for me as a kid it was just running in the woods, and playing in the lake and making sculptures out of the mud on the shore of the lake, having water balloon fights - things like that. And you know it doesn't have to be things that take all day; it doesn't have to be things that cost any money- go out and be a tourist in your own city. Explore the parks and the playgrounds. As a family, sign up for some charity walks- do a 5K or a 1 mile walk with your family or volunteer at a local animal shelter. And then of course very simple things like have a scavenger hunt in the backyard, run through the sprinkler, make popsicles and enjoy them outside in the sun. Very, very simple things."

Candace Rose: What are some things parents need to think about when spending all day outdoors?

Sara Snow: "That's a great question. We do need to be prepared. We need to make sure our kids are properly hydrated, that they have easy access to water at all times; that they know it's okay to take a break in the shade every so often if they need to cool down, and that their eyes are properly protected with a hat or with sunglasses, and then of course that they are properly protected - their skin is with sunscreen. So with sunscreen you want to make sure you apply it 30 minutes before your kids even head out the door. And then if they're going to be outside all day, reapply every time they go out in the water- if they're at a swimming pool or at the beach or at least every two hours if they're going to be out there all day long."

Candace Rose: Do you have any additional tips or information you'd like to share?

Sara Snow: "Yeah, so we created the 101 days of summer play- I teamed up with Banana Boat on this. Banana Boat is launching a new sunscreen called Natural Reflect and it's one that as a natural mom I'm really excited about because it gives another option to concerned parents out there. So we created the 101 days of summer play with 101 different ideas for you to use throughout the summer to keep your kids active all summer long. So if you go to our Facebook page: Facebook.com/BananaBoatBrand look for the 101 days of play tab, and when you go there you can take the pledge and say 'yes, I'm going to get my kids outside this summer'. Every person who takes the pledge triggers a donation of a bottle of sunscreen to The Hole in the Wall Gang which is Paul Newman's camp for critically ill children. So it's a great way to say 'yes, I'm going to do this'. Get your kids activated and then also give back. Plus every single week starting Memorial Day weekend we'll be launching another week's worth of tips, so check back every week for another week's worth of tips to keep you and your kids active all 101 days of summer."
