Debating On Selling Her Guitar

Livi doesn't play her guitar anymore - she got 'bored' with it....whatever. So, CJ and I are debating on whether or not we should sell it. It had one of those SKB Cases but now I can't find it. UGH!!!

Sometimes I think we shouldn't sell it - what if she decides she wants to play again? I don't know - well, yes I do, I do know one thing, it was a waste of money :(

Too Much Work Stuff At Home

Even when CJ isn't at work, he's doing 'work' here at home. Yesterday he was looking for a work positioner - don't ask, it's some kind of accessory for a milling machine.

I don't know what he's doing half the time here! Me, I just run my business, do the laundry, take care of the animals and the kids, oh and play Candy Crush - GAH I'm addicted to that game!

On Sunday, CJ and I took the boys to a playground near our house. I always take water along, but didn't have any snacks with us, so by 4:30 or so, both boys were hungry but neither one wanted to go home and eat CJ's famous chili, lol.

I had $10 in my pocket, so we decided to take the boys to Pott's Doggie Shop and they each got a hotdog. I think Wyatt really enjoyed his...

I am really getting tired of people in this family constantly changing their mind about if they want all sorts of art supplies or if they want a musical instrument. I'm all for being supportive an letting them try different things to fine their niche, but sheesh! Now I've been told to look for good esp guitars on sale.

ME? I think CJ should be the one doing the guitar hunting! Oh wait, then he spends way too much money...

I can't believe it is the middle of April and we still have to turn our heat on some nights! This is completely ludicrous! I want to move closer to "Home" (Disney), I mean, it's not difficult to find a place. I have been Googling jacksonville north carolina real estate and have found a lot of places.

North Carolina is the closest from here we'd move to, but we'd really prefer Georgia.

Weekend Date Night

CJ and I finally had a date night - it's been a long time since we had one! We went on a shopping spree first, I picked up some swisher sweet cigars for a friend of mine, then got some incense and candles for the house.

We went out to dinner and then to the movies to see Evil Dead. I am not sure which is worse, the original or the re-make!

The Sickness Finally Got Us

The last 2 weeks have been tough on the kids. Wyatt started with a cough then Livi got it - but her was worse. She had a fever with it. In fact, after 5 days I asked Jeff to take her to the Emergicenter. That doctor said it was viral and she just needed to let it run its course...Uh, yea, whatever.

The next day I took her to her Pediatrician. I can't believe how much she's grown - finally no need to use the room with the pediatric exam table :) Turns out she had a respiratory infection, a sinus infection, and the start of an ear infection! I'm so glad I took her to her own doctor!

The other day CJ got the bike out to give it a once over and see what needed to be done to get it ready for riding again. He's pretty handy, even changes the oil and brakes on the car :)

Of course, now he's searching for auto lifts at best buy auto equipment because that will make doing anything to the car much easier.

I am so sick of doing laundry! With 5 of us here, I do laundry almost every single day AND I'm not lucky. I never seem to find money in pockets. No I find snotty tissues, candy wrappers and even guitar picks, but no, never any money :(

Um, so Wyatt loves Spongebob and of course this means getting the latest Spongebob toys...like this one.

This microphone sure isn't like shure microphones, lol, but honestly, should I have expected quality? No. These toys are MADE to annoy parents! He's had this for almost two months now and he still hasn't grown tired of it...

I'm making it my job! I am SOOOO excited! I am going to be a personal Disney World vacation planner. I will be helping people/families plan their WDW vacations, step by step and will also be available to them while they are there!

I have the website designed, just need to write the content. I also have a logo already! I think I might put my logo on custom tote bags and send them to my clients :) Good idea?

Since CJ has been working at C.F. Martin Guitar, he has already gotten a few custom guitars. He plays every night and the kids love listening to him play. It's very different from the electric guitars he played all the time - in fact, I even prefer acoustic.

Now we're contemplating checking out Pioneer dj mixers to add to our music making collection.

I have a friend who was trying to find the best resource for a San Diego law firm and found all sorts of places NOT in the San Diego area! What in the world?!
