1st thing 1st,
I believe you're trying to send the message into our blog, but it was sent only to me...
if you would write our blog using email, you should not only reply the mail that was sent to you through google-mail (which is by my email, clement.ht@gmail.com).

You know, some people said, it's not good to have a ' heavy loaded mind', because if it's too heavy, the impact is really not good.
Some times, to speak it out is a good way to relaxing our self.
Since, we all good friends, I believe this blog is a good place for the purpose, because some of us might giving you some ideas to solve your problem, not giving you the solution but at least you would have more ideas to solve the problem.

To be honest with you guys, when I was just getting out from Slb, I was not really feel so hard in life. But it's getting harder and harder days after.
I used to get some lots of money, and used to it. But now, when I was working with normal standard-salary jobs, I need to work hard to manage my money properly. Not only to be pelit (what is pelit in english?), but I need to control what and how to use my money, especially when my wife is going for her specialist.
I even look for more jobs, I'm an Financial Consultant (Insurance Agency) for AIG now, just trying to get some more money to fill our savings.
Out of that, I also trying to sell (not yet been sold) Drilling Equipments, as I told you already. And also just learning to build an Online Business.
That's why, when the time comes to a heavy-loaded mind, then I'll speak it out to someone else, which is my wife (since I already have one).
But I would speak it out to you, Wiro (like the old time), if I didn't have one.

So Wiro, to tell you the truth, I learned a lot from you, to work hard for some thing we dreamed of..!!

So, again if any of you guys, have some thing heavy in your mind...you're welcome to share it with us in this blog...we all will try to support you.

Are you following up the news about creating Tapanuli Province idea..???

I just read an article from rumametmet.com, you can read the complete article I read on the website.

Man...that's too much, right? Now days, every body get together as one. Europe for instance, most of the countries are merging their money as Euro, and tax free for trading between country, so it would simplifies every thing. Internet another example, it makes everything borderless, we can access and find anything in a second.

But look at our home town..they planned to be a part. I'm feeling it just not right..!!
Out of any issues, back home...I would love to suggest to all of us, brothers of very small part of Bataknes, several out of millions of Batakness around the world...let's tighten our brotherhood, let's keep a good relationships, so that we can be good one to another, supporting one to another, and achieve many good things from it!!!

hi there again, buddies...
as usual, wednessday is crew-change schedules. we arrived to balikpapan from anypart of the country, then drive to handil-jetty before we would go by sea-truck to the site.
but today is different. i got dizzy on the way to handil-jetty. as i used to read along the way, today, i got very dizzy because of it. that's funny. something's changing.
then i just stop reading and start looking around through the window.

i was just wondering, but then i realize...everything's changing in live. we couldn't hope that we would have everything would be the same forever. not our home, nor jobs, nor parents, nor friends, not even our selfs. everything will be changing time to time.
so it's not the matter of how big the changing is..but how it would be the changes got changed and how to face the changings.
most of the changings are go along with decisions. as we decide to do something in live, the changing is there waiting for us. let me tell you one example..
i'm so not thinking of time and money i spent before marriage, but it's one of the biggest thought now..i need to plan on things i need to have/buy, so it's a huge valley different way of thinking before and after marriage.
luckily, i think changings are can be prepared. not only we could know there're changings, but also we could know what are the changings would be...we could planed it a head.
seriously, we since we can plan on any decisions, we could predicts the changings that following after. then we could prepare how to face the changings.

it's not an easy process to prepare our self for the changings, but one thing for sure..and the only thing we should assure in heart..we're never be alone.
we always have Jesus for every changings in life..!!!
it's more than an assurance, it's some thing that already belongs to us.

Jesus Christ is already there in every single step we have and would have...!!!

man, i'm back to the field again. nothing special for the 1st day. but i'm looking forward for a great things to happen..!!!

but in the car, on the way to the jetty, i've been talking with my friends, the contractors are not relly doing their job well enough. they cheat on the materials and equipments.and they also improperly installing the equipments. they're installing 100kg anode using manual lifting on a sea-truck. what the hack.....?????
and it's really cause the worker felt down into the sea. lucky him not being caught by the anode, or he might anchored down in the sea.
Good God, he's safe...!!!

it's 02.15 am now in makassar, and i can't sleep.
i've been thinking of one thing about how great is God blessing my life. i was thinking to get a better income-job, since i could see the increase of my family's needs. but then, last night, when we're at the supermarket, i was looking at the cashier, she looks like married already, and working till night, waiting to go home and taking care of her kids n families..!!
man, i bet her income is much more lower than me..but she's filfull her needs with it.

now days, i'm reading rich kid, smart kid from RichDad-series..
one of things i learn is, the more i need the money, the less my power of it. it's a kind of funny, before, i thought if the more i could use the money for, meaning i have the power to use it. but i also could understand that the more i used to use the money, the more addicted i am to get more money to use..meaning i'm depending on the money to live, and almost thinking i REALLY couldn't live without money.
but that the point is, the more i need the money, the less i have the power of it. then i need to properly manage my life not to depending on money for living.

...i really don't know the cashier i talked about, but i'm sure i might be almost the same with her, that we still think money is the only needs to live! hehehe...
now, i'm thinking how to make my money needs me, not the other way around..!!

i'll make my money to think, "how could i pay my owner to use me..!!"
hahahaha.....i believe i could do that!
