I used to sing this song at the top of my lungs back in middle school days. I'm not sure who I was leavin or where I was going. I most distinctly recall, a pool party, at the end of a six week summer camp excursion in New Mexico, and this entire album was playing. It was a boys and girls at the pool mixer. And this song always reminds me of that feeling. I guess I was saying goodbye to all the cuties, in my mind. Or being the rockstar, in my mind. Either way, this song IS SUMMER and LONGING for me.

With the encouragement of two dear friends, I have begun processing some of the video from the El Ray show, oh, a few years back. This is the first instalment. The sound is about a 6 out of 10. It was shot on the tiniest video cam I ever saw. Just a fan. He contacted me after the show and offered to send it to me from JAPAN. He did.

A huge shout to my brother in guitars, Robbie Rist or as we've known him all these years, my cousin Oliver. To his participation in Buzzie's summer of 09 tour, rocked us repeatedly in the Mockers, the Andersons and solo. This man is a force to know and love. To you my friend, Robbie Rist! Here Here!

And since I ain't buying diddly squat during these low times I guess I figured that window shopping at Musician's friend would be fun.

My son Jason shot some video of our show at the Orange County Fair. He wasn't so focused on the show but was making some great comments along the way. I don't know if he was going for an art piece, but he sure got one. This was shot on a Flip video camera and edited with iMovie.
