In summary....wear DARKER colors... with NO special effects that emphasize your flaws.... (e.g. faded on the thighs...or too wide if you're short....or too high on the waist giving you a huge backside view! Hip level jeans will flatter most figures but be careful not to get them too low or you will look like the plumber and will show too much of your grand assets...from the back side..!

Oprah Winfrey. Don't you just love the wealth of information she provides?? Her latest assertion is that almost every woman is guilty of wearing a bra that is too large in bandwidth and too small in the cup.

It's tempting to get hung up on cup size, Oprah says-she's been there. "I was in a C for years," she admits. "I thought only strippers were Ds." How can you tell if your cup is the right size? Your breasts should fill the cup but not spill or pop over. Your band is too big if it rides up in the back or causes your straps to fall.

Don't wait until the last minute.
Plan ahead for the events for which you know you'll be buying.
Keep a list of special events in your calendar or planner. Train yourself to check it regularly.
Buy a small notebook you keep in your purse or bag so that it's always accessible. Designate it for listing "good gifts" you think of throughout the year. You don't have to even decide on the recipient when you write it down. If it seems like a cool gift, write it down! There's nobody grading this assignment. You won't lose points if something makes it into your "Little Book of Gifts" and later on when it comes time to consult your Little Book, you may be surprised to discover how many entries you've made since you started!
For each person to whom you give gifts, pre-consider specific factors such as how close you are to the recipient, how much money you can spend, and how well you know the recipient's likes and dislikes.
Also train yourself to pay close attention to your friends' comments about what they like or wish they had. Make notes about these conversations so you don't have to work so hard remembering, at the last minute. (Remember we're going for making this LESS stressful when the actual time-to-shop is upon us.)
Keep a simple log of gifts you've given in the past. Not only will this help you recall what you've already given to each person, but also helps ensure you don't unintentionally give the same thing to people who know each other well.
