<p><strong>Admission Notice 2010-11</strong></p>
<p>Application are invited from sligible graduates for admission to the following non-residential course.</p>
<p><strong>Diploma in Yoga Science (D.Y.Sc.) for graduates (One year duration)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Eligibility:</strong> A Graduate from a recognized University with minimum 40% marks in aggregate. 5% weighatage will be given to those possessing PG Degree in any subject.</p>
<p><strong>Age Limit:</strong> Below 30 years as on 01-08-2010 (10 years age relaxation for in-service candidates, who joins the course on deputation through proper channel).</p>
<p><strong>No. of Seats:</strong> 115 (GM-58, OBC-31, SC-17 &amp; ST-9). In addition in this 2 seats are reserved for students from Andaman &amp; Nicobar Islands. 2 for North-East States and 1 for Foreign students.</p>
<p><strong>Selection:</strong> Will be on merit-cum-reservation on qualifying degree.</p>
<p><strong>Scholarship:</strong>&#160; Rs. 8,000/- p.m. to 2 students each from Andaman &amp; Nicobar Island and North-East States.</p>
<p>The Application of those candidates shall be forwarded by the concerned Health/Ayush Deptt. of he States/ UT. However, the candidate may send an advance copy of their application to MDNIY.</p>
<p><strong>Hostel:</strong> The Institute will provide hostel facility for 25 meritorious students (State other then Delhi and NCR) on some candidates. The boarding and lodging charges will be Rs. 2500/- per month.</p>
<p>The application form and prospectus can be obtained from the office of MDNIY from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on any working day from 15.07.2010 on payment of Rs. 200/- in Cash/Demand Draft in Favour of “<strong><a href="http://www.boardguess.com/educational-institutions/morarji-desai-national-institute-of-yoga-mdniy-new-delhi-10614.htm" target="_blank">Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga</a></strong>” payable at any Nationalized bank only.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology</b> (MPUAT) is situated at Udaipur in Rajasthan state in India.. Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology by tate Government created Agricultural University at Udaipur in 1999 after the great freedom fighter and patriot Maharana Pratap. The University jurisdiction covers 11 districts of south and south-east Rajasthan which have predominantly sub-humid climate with cropping pattern quite different from the rest of the State. Since then it has been the principal academic institution supporting mainly south and south-eastern parts of Rajasthan, taking the national responsibility of identifying, designing, preparing and adapting new techniques in the field of production technology for Agricultural development.</p>
<p>MPUAT Service Area (MPUATSA) consists of 11 districts lying in the south and south-eastern part of Rajasthan. These districts are: Sirohi, Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Kota, Bundi, Baran and Jhalawar. MPUAT accounts for 22.9% geographical area of the state. There is a sizeable area of 10.58 lac hectare under barren and uncultivable land. About 5.61 lac hectare area is under pasture and grazing land. The size of culturable wasteland is 7.29 lac hectares.</p>
