Também, não era pra menos. Sábado comprei farinha orgânica com o pessoal da compra coletiva, numa exposição na Feirinha da Lagoa. Mas pra quem não o suporta, justamente por ser gosmento, este é um dos modos de preparo possíveis para saboreá-lo sem desagrado. A receita é super simples e muito prática. Simplesmente assá-lo em fogo médio por 25 minutos. Pode-se devorá-lo assim mesmo, sem sal nem nada; ou fatiá-lo e salpicar ervas frescas, temperinhos, sal e regar com azeite de oliva. Assim vira um méze, para acompanhar torradas, ou um excelente recheio para bruschettas, pizzas, empanadas, lasanhas. sanduíches. Mil possibilidades. Ontem comecei a fotografar algumas receitas para um livro. Tinha coco fresco em casa e, na lista de receitas a serem clicadas, leite de coco! Adoro leite de coco! Mas, como nesta receita, feito em casa. Tinha também uma manga me paquerando há uns dois dias. Pronto! Depois de clicar a receita para o livro, usei o leite de coco neste manjar. Hoje repeti a sobremesa e aproveitei a água do coco seco, ficou ainda mais saboroso. O melhor de tudo é que não leva açúcar e não vai ao fogo. Anota aí:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para quatro porções:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 coco seco &lt;br /&gt;
2 mangas maduras&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tire a água do coco e reserve. Retire a polpa e pique em pedaços pequenos. Bata tudo no liquidificador e coe. Se o coco tiver pouca água e ficar difícil de bater pode-se acrescentar água pura em temperatura ambiente. evolva o leite de coco ao liquidificador e bata com a manga até formar um creme. Se a manga estiver muito fibrosa passe novamente pela peneira. Disponha em um recipiente e coloque no congelador por uma hora. &lt;br /&gt;

Num dia desses acabou o gás e esqueci de pedir, depois deixei assim mesmo e aproveitei pra fazer umas experiências crudívoras. Foi bem bom, mas hoje tive um desejo de feijão com arroz, bem caseirinho. Santa Panela de Arroz! Me salvou. Fiz um feijãozinho com arroz daqueles! Inspirado num prato da cozinha cubana chamado Mouros e Cristãos. A receita que eu tenho desse acepipe crioulo é originalmente vegana &amp;lt;3, e me lembrei dela p&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;ois&lt;/span&gt; o arroz é cozido no caldo do feijão. Pra acompanhar fiz abóbora assada - uma pequenina que cabia no&amp;nbsp; mini forno elétrico ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #999999;"&gt;Cozinhe o feijão em 600ml de água com sal, louro e cominho. Hidrate o funghi. Em outra panela refogue a cebola, o alho e o funghi. Aqui cairia bem refogar uma colher de chá de gengibre também - se tiver acresente ao refogado. Reserve. Assim que o feijão ficar macio, prove e acerte o sal e acrescente o refogado e o arroz. Verifique se tem caldo de feijão o suficiente para cozinhar o arroz. Se faltar caldo complete com água quente ou caldo de legumes caseiro. Finalize com o manjericão e azeite de oliva antes de servir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

1 colher de sopa de folhas de tomilho fresco&lt;br /&gt;
Também acrescentei umas duas colheres de molho pesto que eu tinha em casa, mas pode ser manjericão fresco - 1 colher de sopa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue o alho poró e acrescente a berinjela. Regue com o shoyu quando 
começar a secar. Deixe cozer a berinjela com a panela tampada. 
Acrescente o molho de tomate e as ervas. &lt;br /&gt;
Prepare massa seguindo às instruções da embalagem e sirva com bastante molho. Bom apetite :)&lt;/div&gt;

03 colheres de sopa de quinoa em grão&lt;br /&gt;
04 dentes de alho amassados&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de salsinha bem picada&lt;br /&gt;
04 colheres de azeite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;
Sal, cominho e limão a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deixe a quinoa de molho em água quente (o suficiente para cobrir os grãos) com sal e cominho a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Asse as berinjelas por uma hora ou até que estejam bem murchas. Deixe-as
 esfriar por meia hora. Em um prato fundo corte-as ao meio e retire a 
polpa. Aproveite também a água que escorrerá no prato. Esmague a polpa 
das berinjelas e misture com os demais ingredientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Como estão os batimentos cardíacos? Como está a nossa postura? Que pensamentos são esses que me fazem deixar os ombros cair para frente, baixar a cabeça e, quem sabe, chorar?&lt;br /&gt;Como se formam as lágrimas?&lt;br /&gt;E, mesmo em meio a lágrimas, podemos sorrir e perceber que enquanto vivas criaturas temos esta experiência extraordinária e bela de poder ficar triste.&lt;br /&gt;Tristeza que vem.&lt;br /&gt;Tristeza que vai.&lt;br /&gt;E sem se apegar a coisa alguma e sem sentir aversão a coisa alguma descobrimos o verdadeiro sentido da vida.&lt;br /&gt;É assim que trabalhamos a tristeza.&lt;br /&gt;Zazen - sentar-se em zen e observar a si mesma.&lt;br /&gt;Postura correta, alongamento da coluna vertebral, abrir o diafragma e respirar profundamente. Inspiração mais curta, expiração mais longa. Saboreando o ar. Ombros alinhados e retos, postura de Buda.&lt;br /&gt;Ensinamentos de sabedoria nos auxiliam a sair da toca, do casulo de separatividade que falsamente criamos e de nos lembrarmos que sempre há pessoas e situações piores do que a nossa, sempre há pessoas e situações melhores do que a nossa e nunca, nunca, perder a dignidade.&lt;br /&gt;Tristeza boa é da saudade de alguém que logo poderemos rever.&lt;br /&gt;Tristeza ruim é aquela que náo queremos deixar passar. Aquela na qual nos agarramos, pois nos dá uma identidade, nos torna especiais. Especialmente tristes. Comoventes, Vítimas a serem apiedadas e cuidadas. Ah! Refogue a cebola no azeite até que murche. Triture o tofu. Misture todos os ingredientes e faça pequenas almôndegas. Passe-as por sementes de gergelim. Asse por 20 minutos.
