Jen's Slammin Seafood Chowder (updated)

1 lb. medium cooked shrimp (cut pieces in half)
2 tbsp butter (or margarine)
1 tbsp. Cavenders Greek Seasoning
3 cups chicken broth1 cup half & half
1 can cream-style corn (I dont like cream style corn, but it works in this recipe)
6 medium red potatoes. (Peeled and cut into small cubes)
1 lb Talapia. (cut into small pieces)
Emeril's Essence (kick it up a notch to your liking)

Melt butter and add Cavenders, stir constantly for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, corn, half & half, and potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until poatoes are tender. Add fish (it wont take long for it to cook). When fish flakes with a fork, then add shrimp and Emeril's Essence (I like things a lil spicy so the amount depends on your taste buds). Let it simmer for about 5 more minutes and you're good to go. This makes quite a few servings but I divide it into several freezer safe dishes, label them with masking tape and a black marker then put em in the freezer. It reheats great.
