	<description><![CDATA[Al giorno d'oggi la TV come la intendiamo noi sta via via scomparendo. Non serve pi&ugrave; un'antenna o un cavo per ricevere migliaia di canali. Non dobbiamo pi&ugrave; accontentarci di un canale in bassa definizione, abbiamo a disposizione canali HD (High Definition) tramite un canale molto comodo e tendenzialmente non soggetto a temporali, cattivo tempo o simili. <br /> Questo nuovo canale &egrave; Internet che porta con s&egrave; numerosi (sempre pi&ugrave;) servizi di streaming. Uno dei pi&ugrave; famosi e pi&ugrave; consolidati &egrave; Netflix. Questo servizio di streaming ha a catalogo moltissimi film e serie tv,  difficile se non impossibile annoiarsi. Vuoi vedere un film o una serie in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte ? Basta collegarsi e  scegliere. Tuttavia questo come molti altri servizi hanno delle limitazioni specie nella possibilit&agrave; di usufruirne se per qualche motivo non  siamo connessi. Pensiamo a quando andiamo in viaggio, magari in montagna dove non possiamo usufruire di una connessione internet o  semplicemente se siamo in auto e i nostri bimbi vogliono vedere con il loro tablet un cartone o una serie tv. <br /> Per fortuna anche qui ci vengono in aiuto dei software che ci permettono di scaricare l'episodio o gli episodi che ci interessando e poterli successivamente vedere online. <br />Uno di quelli che mi ha colpito di pi&ugrave; per la sua semplicit&agrave; &egrave; <b>Free Netflix Downloader</b> che potete  scaricare al seguente link: <a href="https://freegrabapp.com/it/product/free-netflix-download/" target="_BLANK">Link</a> <br />
<div>Cosa permette di fare questo software ? Potenzialmente di tutto. Ovviamente avendo gi&agrave; un abbonamento a Netflix attivo. Potete scaricare quanti e quali film/episodi desiderate facendo una copia locale per poter permettere la visione offline. Non c'&egrave; nessuna limitazione al numero di download che potete effettuare, dipende solo dallo spazio fisico che avete a disposizione. Potete scegliere di effettuare copie locali a bassa definizione per salvare spazio ma potete decidere anche di scaricare il film ad alta definizione per poter godere appiena della massima qualit&agrave; immagine (ed audio). Potete scaricare i sottotioli o la lingua che  desiderate proprio come se foste online! Gli autori promettono anche di poter scaricare tutti gli episodi di una serie tv in  un solo click! (non ho avuto modo di provarlo ma sarebbe fantastico!). <br /></div>
<div>Per concludere con l'ausilio di un software come questo riusciremo a sfruttare il nostro abbonamento a Netflix in ogni occasione, durante un viaggio, durante un campeggio, in montagna, al  mare o dovunque vogliamo. Il costo della licenza ? Circa 20 dollari annui e si disporr&agrave; di tutti gli aggiornamenti rilasciati  dalla software house. Si pu&ograve; scaricare una demo limitata per fare una prova del software.</div>

    <li>EPUB - Il formato aperto e' lo standard degli e-book. Le dimensioni del testo e della grafica si adattano allo schermo.</li>
    <li>AZW - Questo e' il formato proprietario ed e' riconosciuto solo dal Kindle di Amazon. E' altamente compresso e puo' memorizzare le informazioni del Drm.</li>
    <li>MBP - E' un formato di file e-book che si presta molto per l'uso dei PDA</li>
    <li>PDF - E' uno dei formati universalmente usati su internet.. e' utile perche' facilmente utilizzabile sia su pc sia su e-book. La visualizzazione non si adatta alle misure del display</li>
    <li>FB2 - FictionBook e' un formato aperto basato su xml. E' un formato comune in Russia e in Asia</li>
    <li>LIT - E' un formato proprietario Microsoft non molto utilizzato e poco diffuso</li>

	<title><![CDATA[DBlog non funziona piu']]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<br />Se utilizzate la vecchia piattaforma CMS dblog (sviluppata con ASP) e improvvisamente non riuscite a vedere piu' i contenuti del  vostro blog (visualizzate dei #), sappiate che questo e' probabilmente dovuto alle patches (KB4012216 - KB4012213) rilasciate da Microsoft e installate nei server windows di Aruba e Aruba Business nella notte del 14/3/2017. Tali patches hanno creato problemi ai siti realizzati con il CMS dBlog CMS Open Source rendendoli non fruibili.<br /><br />Per risolvere il problema editate il file  inc_funzioni.asp che si trova sotto la cartella dblog (facendone prima un backup).<br /><br />Apritelo e sostituite la stringa:<br /><br />StringaSplit = Chr(0)<br /><br />con:<br /><br />StringaSplit = &quot;|&quot;<br /><br />Il problema dovrebbe risolversi.]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Acari in casa]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[Gli acari sono un grosso problema in casa specie per chi &egrave; allergico. Infatti gli acari possono provocare allergie respiratorie, riniti allergiche croniche e asma bronchiale ed addirittura delle dermatiti. Gli acari vivono soprattutto nella polvere in casa, nei letti e nei divani. Di seguito riporto qualche consiglio per combattere gli acari:<br /><br />1) Mentenere in casa una temperatura sotto i 20 gradi centigradi, con umidita' inferiore al 50%<br />2) Arieggiare spesso la casa anche in inverno<br />3) Esporre al sole e all'aria i cuscini, le lenzuola, le coperte, le trapunte e se fosse possibile anche i materassi in quanto gli acari temono la luce<br />4) Lavare spesso la biancheria del letto ad alte temperature<br />5) Tenere pulita la casa spesso e possibilmente con le aspirapolveri a filtro Hepa o filtro ad acqua<br />6) Pulire casa con un panno umido o comunque facendo attenzione a non far alzare la polvere in casa<br />7) Preferire materassi e cuscini in lattice, gommapiuma o poliuretano<br />8) Lavare spesso i pelouche dei bambini<br />9) Evitare tappeti oppure tenerli sempre puliti<br />]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Trucchi nel mangiare]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Antipasti ?</span><br /><br />Gli antipasti in genere, almeno per come li intendiamo noi solitamente, sono un danno per fegato e reni.<br />Salumi, stuzzichini salati, formaggi, pane, focacce sono deleteri per la nostra salute specie se abbinati insieme. <br /><br />L'alternativa ?<br /><br />Verdure e ortaggi grigliati, in pinzimonio o marinati sono un'ottima e sfiziosa alternativa.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">La colazione ?</span><br /><br />Non particolarmente indicati caff&egrave; con zucchero e latte (per es. cappuccino) o brioche piene di burro.<br /><br />Alternativa ?<br /><br />Caff&egrave; d'orzo, tisane, una fetta di pane integrale tostato con marmellata senza zucchero.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Aperitivi ?</span><br /><br />Il drink alcolico e gli aperitivi pieni di carboidrati e grassi sono deleteri per la nostra salute. <br /><br />L'alternativa ?<br /><br />Succhi o centrifugati di verdura o frullati di frutta per non rimpiangere il pi&ugrave; ricco degli aperitivi e per giovare alla nostra salute. Ai centrifugati si puo' aggiungere carote, ananas, cetrioli, mele, banane magari aromatizzati con un po' di limone, dello zenzero o della cannella.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Pranzo ?</span><br /><br />No a sughi molto elaborati come il rag&ugrave; che non fanno altro che appesantirci.<br />No a panini con insaccati o formaggi molto grassi<br /><br />Alternativa ?<br /><br />Alternare carne e pesce nei vari pasti ed abbondare sempre con la verdura che ci sazia e apporta nutrienti al nostro corpo.<br />Si a pasta condita con le verdure.<br /><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br />Consigli generali</span><br /><br />Per condire la carne (che determina un ambiente acido per lo stomaco) utilizzate del timo e del rosmarino.<br />Utili degli integratori come il cromo per agevolare il metabolismo degli zuccheri e il magnesio.<br />Evitate i fritti.]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Conservare il pane al fresco]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Il modo migliore per consegnare il pane&nbsp;e' nel freezer. Se non si puo', complice la frenetica vita moderna, comprare il pane fresco ogni giorno la cosa migliore e' conservarlo in freezer e scongelarlo solo quando serve. <br />Il pane va congelato appena comprato e non va aspettato che diventi vecchio per poi congelarlo. Il pane va chiuso per bene in un sacchetto di plastica per alimenti e fatta uscire tutta l'aria; questo lo preserva dall'umidit&agrave;. Nel momento in cui servira' il pane che pero' e' meglio non scongelare a temperatura ambiente, infatti al momento del consumo si dovrebbe scongelare il pane nel forno tenendolo per meno di 10 minuti in forno gia' caldo a 180 gradi. In questa maniera la crosta rimane croccante e l'umidita' interna del pane non si disperde. Si puo' inserire nel forno un pentolino di acciaio pieno di acqua in ebollizione per ottenere un risultato ancora migliore.<br />Scongelare il pane nel microonde non e' particolarmente indicato perche' invecchia rapidamente e diventerebbe gommoso o duro ma, sinceramente, in caso di estrema fredda e' un metodo da tenere in considerazione (specie per gli smemorati).<br />Anche il frigorifero non e' un buon modo per scongelare il pane perche' come sappiamo il frigorifero o meglio il freddo disidrata il pane; rispetto al frigo e' meglio la temperatura ambiente.<br />Buon appetito.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Pillola a pagamento]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>La pillola ed ovvero tutti i contraccetivi orali sono passati in fascia C cio&egrave; sono diventati a pagamento. Non si tratta certo di farmaci costosi ma in ogni caso questo significa che uno strumento importante per la prevenzione e per la salute diventa a carico dei cittadini perch&egrave; non sar&agrave; pi&ugrave; disponibile gratuitamente. L'operazione si inquadra nel riordino delle categorie dei farmaci. Questa operazione va a colpire, quindi, anche le fasce di popolazione pi&ugrave; deboli e le giovanissime. Si dovrebbe, invece, favorire la prevenzione (soprattutto quella dei preservativi) e favorire economicamente qualsiasi forma di profilassi specie per i pi&ugrave; giovani; bisognerebbe anche incoraggiare l'uso delle pillole di vecchia generazione, quelle che come progestinico contengono il levonorgestrel dato che presentano un minor rischio di effetti indesiderati, in particolar modo per quanto riguarda il rischio di coaguli del sangue.</p>]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Banane per un cervello sano]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[Dato ol loro alto contenuto di potassio le banane si rilevano un frutto utile per la prevenzione delle malattie della circolazione, tra cui l'ictus. Il potassio che e' un sale minerale contribuisce ad eliminare il sale che e' responsabile dell'aumento della pressione sanguigna. Sembra anche che il potassio aiuti a rilassare le pareti dei vasi sanguigni. Alcuni studi sembrano dimostrare che chi non assume un sufficiente apporto di potassio (1,500 mg al giorno) sia piu' esposto al rischio ictus. Oltre alle banane (che ne contengono circa 500 mg) e' possibile trovare il potassio negli spinaci, nelle patate, nel melone, nelle prugne, nei datteri e nelle pesche.]]></description>

	<title><![CDATA[Omelette con spinaci e tofu]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[Omelete con spinaci e tofu<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingredienti:</span><br />Tofu d<br />250 gr di spinaci<br />4 uova<br />noce moscata, pepe<br />un filo d'olio<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparazione:</span><br /><br />Cuocete gli spinaci con l'olio in una padella per circa 10 minuti, mescolando periodicamente. A cottura ultimata aggiungete il tofu sbriciolato, la noce moscata, sale e pepe.<br />Versate in una teglia oliata le uova sbattute. Fate cuocere per 2-3 minuti, mescolando la frittata con un cucchiaio di legno, poi versate gli spinaci al centro.<br />Cuocete per 1 minuto, poi piegate a meta'. 	<title><![CDATA[Lampada per giardino e non solo]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Forse non e' semplicissimo trovare una lampadina che sia un buon compromesso nel proprio giardino o in un posto dove e' necessaria parecchia luce ma si deve anche tenere sotto controllo il consumo.</p>
<p>Io ho trovato un giusto compromesso in queste caratteristiche di lampadina:<br />Consumo (neon): 20 W (corrispondenti circa ad 85 w delle vecchie lampadine ad incandescenza)<br />Lumen: 1152<br />Gradazione: 6500 Kelvin</p>
<p>Sostituita una lampada di queste con una leggermente diversa non ho notato differenze:<br />Consumo (neon): 20 W (corrispondenti circa ad 92 w delle vecchie lampadine ad incandescanza)<br />Lumen: 1250<br />Gradazione: 6400 Kelvin</p>
<p>... mi si e' accesa la lampadina ! :)</p>

	<title><![CDATA[Castagnaccio]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://www.fabrizio.tommasi.name/public/castagnaccio.JPG" alt="" /><br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ingredienti per 8 persone:</span><br /><br />750 ml di acqua<br />500 gr di farina<br />4 cucchiai di olio extravergine di oliva<br />100 gr di pinoli<br />100 gr di uvetta<br />1 manciata di aghi freschi di rosmarino<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Preparazione (10 minuti + 40 minuti cottura):</span><br /><br />Fate riscaldare il forno a 200 gradi centrigradi per mezz'ora prima di infornare il castagnaccio. Mettete l'uvetta a mollo in acqua tiepida. Setacciate bene la farina per rimuovere i grumi. Versate poco per volta l'acqua nella farina di castagne, mescolando il tutto con una frusta, finche' otterrete una pastella ben amalgamata e morbida. Strizzate ed asciugate l'uvetta e aggiungetela all'impasto, insieme a meta' dei pinoli. Spennellate con l'olio una teglia bassa. Versate l'impasto fino ad un centimetro di altezza circa. Cospargere il castagnaccio con i pinoli restanti e con gli aghi freschi di rosmarino, quindi con altri due cucchiai di olio. Infornare per 40 minuti a 200 gradi.<br />Questo dolce e' relativamente poco calorico e non contiene glutine, quindi e' adatto ai celiaci.<br />Buon appetito !]]></description>
