I did not have many options, but I found a good recipe with fish.You can eat this yummy fish with white rice or the vegetables of your preference. Enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredients for two people:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 pieces of white fish&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
To rub the fish: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A pinch of garlic powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A pinch of garlic onion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A pinch of paprika&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Parmesan Mix.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp of mayonnaise&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp butter, melted&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp basil (dried, but if you have fresh you can use it) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/8 tbsp of lemon zest&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A pinch of garlic powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set oven to 350 deg F. Over a greased tray, place the fish and rub it with: garlic and onion powder and paprika. Place the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the meat is white or flaky.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix the Parmesan ingredients in a bowl.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the fish is ready, you will need to take it out from the oven and pour the Parmesan mix over the filets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put the fish in the oven at 400 degF for about 5 minutes. If your oven has a broil setting, you may select this option. You will need to monitor the fish to avoid it from overcooking; we only need to melt the cheese until it turns a little brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove the tray from the oven and you are ready to enjoy a delicious meal. If you are hungry like I am right now, you will enjoy this dish even more. Enjoy!&lt;/li&gt;
