Sub: Toll Name in Stationeries and other related items

This is to inform you that BIC has withdrawn the joint venture agreement with TOLL recently.

As instructed by the Management, henceforth no stationeries and other related items like name board etc. should bear the name of Toll in it.

Hence you are advised to strike out the name of Toll with whiteners in the existing unused stationeries and use it hereafter. The new stationeries will be printed without name of Toll. You may paint in white the name of Toll in name board.

The new logo is attached herewith for your ready reference.

POD Courier Details

Dear All,

As Advised by our CFO,

After delivery and receiving PODs, It should be Scanned and prepared Gate pass in TWL as already you know,

And before sending PODs of ‘TO BE BILLED’ to Source Branch, the below steps should be strictly followed from Today onwards.

Delivery Branch Steps.

1. Ensure Billing is done by billing zones the same day or next maximum before courier is sent.

2. IN Entry Forms à ACK/POD à POD Ready for Courier –

Before Courier is sent , On Selecting Billing date and Bill No ‘PODs in Hand’ Should be check marked and Saved Source wise .

3. While sending courier ,

In Entry Forms à ACK/POD à Courier Updation –

Update Courier Detail and select Ref Date entered on ‘POD Ready for Courier’ , then automatically all POD entered in ‘POD Ready for Courier’ for that

Particular Source will come in the grid and save where auto mail will go to Source branch.

Note : This can be entered by getting Courier details from Courier Company prior and make everything ready before courier person comes for collection if possible.

4. In MIS Report à Billing Report à Courier Detail.

Enter Ref No of ‘POD Ready for Courier’ and take print out , attached related PODs and send along with Courier.

Note : Kindly follow this process before sending it to Source branch from Today (11-12-12) onwards.

Source Branch Steps.

1. Based on Auto Mail / Courier detail report from Delivery Branch , on receiving Courier enter.

In Entry Forms à Received Form à Courier Receiving

Select related Bill no , check mark only received PODs and save where auto mail will be received by delivery branch as confirmation.

We require all branches Kind Co-operation , this will help us to track PODs easily and POD is MONEY we will be more beneficial if we follow this .
