Ajung din ce in ce mai rar in piata. Ma intristeaza acest lucru. Teribil. Nu prea pot sa fac nimic in aceasta privinta, deci e si mai trist. De data aceasta am reusit sa aliniez treburile astfel incat sa intru 5 minute, batute pe ceas, pana in piata. Am cumparat o legatura mare de leurda, broccoli era in frigider deja, reteta ochita zilele trecute din mediul online.&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-o oala am pus o lingura de unt/ulei/untura de cocos. Inca nu m-am dumirit care o fi diferenta dintre ele, daca nu aveti puneti ulei. Am calit o ceapa taiata marunt vreo 2 minute, am adaugat 600gr buchetele de broccoli, un cartof mare taiat cuburi mari, o telina mica proaspata. Am acoperit legumele cu apa si le-am lasat la fiert 15 minute. Apoi am adaugat legatura mare de frunze de leurda, lasand cateva proaspete pentru servire. Dupa inca 5 minute am tunat compozitia in blender, vrum, vrum, inapoi in oala. Inca doua clocote, sare, piper. Gata supa.&lt;/div&gt;

O "doamna" se odihnea in sura. Se vede treaba ca nu am cautat prea bine, pentru ca stapana casei a mai gasit un cuibar cu 4 oua pitite bine dupa ceva butoaie :)&lt;/div&gt;

Vazusem ieri &lt;a href="http://chez.mazilique.ro/"&gt;reteta &lt;/a&gt;salatei si mi-a facut, nu cu un ochi, ci cu doi. Am cumparat repede cele necesare, iar seara ne-am delectat cu aceasta delicioasa salata. Neaparat trebuie incercata.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ce am folosit eu pentru salata: 900gr cartofi dulci, 300gr ciuperci champignon, 2 fire de ceapa verde, patrunjel verde, o mana de migdale prajite, ulei presat la rece, sare, piper. Pentru dressing am amestecat ulei de masline, 2 linguri de zeama de portocala, 1 lingura de zeama de lamaie, 1 lingura de otet de mere.&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-o tava am pus cartofii curatati, taiati cubulete si amestecati cu 2 linguri de ulei, sare si piper. I-am pus la cuptor. Dupa aproximativ 20 de minute am adaugat ciupercile curatate si taiate bucati generoase, si acestea amestecate cu putin ulei, sare si piper. Am mai lasat totul la cuptor pana s-au copt cartofii.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-un bol am pus cartofii si ciupercile, ceapa verde si patrunjelul taiate, migdalele taiate grosier, si am adaugat dressingul. Amestecat putin, pus in farfurie si devorat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-un bol am amestecat 50gr unt topit, o cana de iaurt gras, un ou de casa, 2 linguri de zahar Rapandura, 5 linguri cu varf de faina, 2 banane, o lingurita de praf de copt. Aparatul de vafe l-am uns cu ulei de cocos. Daca nu aveti aparat de vafe se pot face pancackes, eventual mai adaugati putina faina.&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-o oala am pus un litru de apa rece, o ceapa (medie-mare; dar nu cat o capatana de varza :) ), 3-4 nuci (spalate putin) pe care le-am spart si le-am adaugat cu coaja cu tot. Se pune oala la fiert si se tine la foc mic pana cand apa scade la jumatate.&lt;/div&gt;

Ingrediente putine, condimente si un blender. Nu iti poti dori mai mutl de atat. Un avocado si jumatate copt, si 4 oua de prepelita fierte se dau la blender, apoi se adauga &amp;nbsp;putina ceapa razuita, sare si, eventual, piper proaspat macinat. Avocado trebuie tinut acasa sa se coaca; asa cum se cumpara din magazin nu e copt si nu e bun; il luati tare, fara pete maro, il tineti cateva zile pana simtiti ca e copt, adica e moale la apasare.&lt;/div&gt;

Si am purces la drum. Am prajit putin nucile si le-am taiat grosier. Intr-un bol incapator am mixat/frecat ouale cu zaharul si apoi am adaugat laptele si uleiul. Am omogenizat. Faina am cernut-o si apoi am adaugat-o treptat compozitiei.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Am turnat compozitia intr-o tava cu pereti detasabili, diametrul de 23-24 cm. Am bagat tava in cuptorul preincalzit, la temperatrura de 170-180 grade (masurata cu termometrul primit de la K.) si am tinut-o acolo cam 40 de minute.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-un bol am amestecat 500gr branza de vaci, curmalele facute piure, 2 linguri de seminte de in rasnite, 100gr gris de grau, 2 oua intregi de casa sau bio. Am pus la inmuiat, in apa, 12 curmale si 12 prune uscate, pentru 30 de minute. Apoi, cu ajutorul blenderului am facut un piure din 4 mere curatate, curmalele si prunele inmuiate.&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-un bol am amestecat 250gr de fulgi fini de ovaz, piureul de mai sus, o lingura de pudra de roscove, 3 linguri de seminte de in rasnite, 5 linguri de cocos, aproximativ 150-170ml de apa/suc de mere/lapte vegetal. Am omogenizat compozitia. In tava tapetata cu hartie de copt am pus turtite aplatizate din compozitie, de 1cm grosime. Am pus tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180-200grade, pentru 15-20 de minute.&lt;/div&gt;

De fapt, nu am mancat loboda deloc. Pacat. Sa nu mai stati pe ganduri. Se mai gaseste in piata si pe langa asta, daca aveti un colt liber prin gradina puteti sa o semanati.&lt;/div&gt;

Am facut o varianta mai usoara, buna si pentru copii, adica nu am calit legumele in ulei. Pentru doritori, se pot praji si cateva felii subtirele de slanina :)&lt;/div&gt;

Intr-o oala am pus un litru de apa si am pus la fiert 3 morcovi mari si o telina medie, date pe razatoarea mare. Dupa ce au fiert legumele, 15-20 de minute, am adaugat loboda spalata si taiata fasii, si am mai fiert 3-4 minute. Am adaugat apoi 500-600 ml zer de capra (cantitatea difera in functie de cat de acru e zerul sau cat de acra faceti ciorba), o legatura de leustean tocat, sare. Intr-un bol am batut 3 oua si am adaugat 2-3 polonice de ciorba, iar apoi am turnat amestecul inapoi in oala. Dupa 2 minute am oprit focul si am adaugat cam 200ml smantana si am amestecat bine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Pentru ca sunt tare habarnista in ale tricotatului, cand am ajuns la partea de scazut si de "V" am mers in vecini la o "tanti" sa primesc, speram eu, niste indicatii ingineresti, sa desenez o schita, sa pregatesc schema de atac. Cand colo, mai scazi vreo doua aici, poti toate o data, sau poti pe rand, faci un ochi pe fata, unul pe dos, sau nu ... sau cum vrei. Am iesit de acolo cu ochii crucis si cu gandul meu la schema pe care o aveam in plan. Pana la urma totusi se pare ca s-a prins ceva de mine si a iesit ce vedeti mai sus.&lt;/div&gt;

De ziua copiilor am adaptat retetea inițială de &lt;a href="http://bianca-maya.blogspot.com/2009/05/panna-cotta.html"&gt;panna cotta&lt;/a&gt; folosind agar-agar în loc de gelatină și miere în loc de zahăr. Mierea am adăugat-o în compoziție doar atunci când aceasta s-a răcorit puțin (teoretic compoziția trebuie să ajungă la 40 grade Celsius astfel încât mierea să nu devină dăunătoare).&lt;/div&gt;

Primăvara. A venit. E aici. Și parcă am mai mult spor, poftă să ies afară, mai multă lumină în casă. Am profitat, puțin ce-i drept, de verdețurile primăverii, printre acestea fiind și urzicile. Mâncarea de ciuperci cu hrișcă și urzici e atât de bună, extraordinară. Dacă mai găsiți urzici sau leurdă să o încercați. Și cu spanac va fi bună.&lt;/div&gt;

Toată treaba e rapidă. Într-o cratiță am pus &lt;b&gt;3-4 linguri de ulei de floarea soarelui&lt;/b&gt;, am călit timp de 2-3 minute &lt;b&gt;2 cepe&lt;/b&gt; tăiate mărunt, apoi am adăugat &lt;b&gt;un kilogram de ciuperci champignon&lt;/b&gt; curățate și tăiate bucăți. Am pus un capac și le-am lasat să se înăbușe în apa lăsată de ciuperci. Am adăugat &lt;b&gt;sare&lt;/b&gt; și &lt;b&gt;piper&lt;/b&gt;. După ce se evaporă apa, am luat capacul și am mai lasat 5 minute să se călească, iar apoi am adăugat &lt;b&gt;o cană de hrișcă&lt;/b&gt; fiartă 10 minute în prealabil și &lt;b&gt;2 mâini de urzici &lt;/b&gt;spălate. Se mai lasă pe foc maxim 10 minute și se mai verifică de condimente. Gata. Rapid, nu?&lt;/div&gt;

Leurda e un usturoi verde :) Săptămâna trecută avea un preț cam nesimțit: 1.5 lei legăturica. Ieri am cumpărat cu 1 leu legătura. Și bine spunea Adina astăzi că sunt pline pădurile de leurdă și noi o cumpărăm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-weight: normal; text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 100%; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-weight: normal; text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 100%; "&gt;Eram în cumpănă, oare ce să pregătesc să fie bun și pentru cei mici și pentru cei mari. &lt;a href="http://floridecires7.blogspot.com/"&gt;Ina &lt;/a&gt;a scris pe FB aseară că urmează o rețetă de mâncare de mei cu leurdă și gata, asta a fost, sclipirea. Până la urmă și-a rearanjat postările pe blog și a oferit-o pe aceasta prima, iar eu am și făcut-o la micul dejun. Buuuuun. Am început cu opționalele: am fiert &lt;b&gt;2 linguri de quinoa&lt;/b&gt; 20 de minute. Într-o cratiță am înăbușit &lt;b&gt;o ceapă mică&lt;/b&gt; în 2 linguri de ulei și puțină apă. După ce s-a înmuiat am adăugat &lt;b&gt;o cană de mei&lt;/b&gt; spălat bine, &lt;b&gt;2 căni de apă &lt;/b&gt;și &lt;b&gt;sare&lt;/b&gt;. După 10-15 minute (în funcție de timpul necesar meiului să fiarbă) am adăugat &lt;b&gt;quinoa &lt;/b&gt;și &lt;b&gt;o legătură de leurdă&lt;/b&gt; spalată și ruptă cu mâna. După 3-4 clocote am oprit focul și am adăugat puțină lămâie. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-weight: normal; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;font-weight: normal; "&gt;Tadam. Gata. Micul dejun. Dacă mai ajung în piață poate încerc și pateul de leurdă. Separat am fiert pulpele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-weight: normal; text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-weight: normal; text-align: justify; "&gt;În blender am amestecat pulpele de pui dezosate, un sfert din cantitatea de ficăței, ceapa și usturoiul. Nu mai țin minte când am primit prima sticlă de crema de whiskey, dar a fost de mult, și mi-o amintesc ca fiind ceva așa, mai rar. Ei na, acuma nu e rar și o și fac eu însămi.
