: Oprah’s 13 Short Cuts to a Bikini Body: Lose the Love Handles

In my last post I talked a recent blurb on Oprah’s website detailing 13 “short cuts” to the perfect bikini body. Surprisingly enough, these so called short cuts are all about plastic surgery. But seriously, how (un)realistic is that? So the first short cut was to get breast implants, let’s take a look at the second tip – directly from Oprah.com ( direct link here )

2. Losing the Love Handles

While the name is cute, love handles are anything but. The good news is that there are ways to get rid of that layer (or layers) of pudge around your midsection.

Liposuction has been around for a while, but it’s still the best way to get rid of unwanted fat surgically. During liposuction or lipoplasty, a plastic surgeon basically vacuums out pockets of fat using a small, stainless steel cannula. The cannula is inserted into fatty areas between skin and muscle via small incisions where it removes excess fat either using a suction pump or a large syringe.

“Guys come in their 40s to get rid of their little bellies and love handles. And so do women with almost perfect bodies who want some touch-up of love handles, hips, and little tummies,” says Lawrence Reed, MD, a New York City-based plastic surgeon. But, he cautions, people who just have skin and muscle and no fat do not make the best candidates for liposuction.

“The biggest complication with liposuction is undesirable cosmetic results,” he says. “I have seen ladies who had liposuction and never should have had it because they had no fat, so they are left with dimples and irregularities,” he says. The trick? “You have to know when not to do it.”

For people who are good candidates, “you should do it at least three weeks before Memorial Day so the bruising will be gone in time for beach season,” he says. “You will see a measurable improvement at three weeks, but you don’t see final improvements until six months.”

Liposuction, like all surgeries, does have its share of risks including infection.

I can accept that there will be a segment of Oprah’s demographic for whom this tip will be possible. But for the rest of us – skipping off to the cosmetic surgeon is absolutely out of the question. So I’m shocked that Oprah’s writers completely ignored that alternative option to this. Miracle Suit is a line of womens swimwear dedicated to hiding our “problem areas”. Talk show queen, Oprah Winfrey’s website writers recently shared their 13 short cuts to getting that perfect bikini body. When I first started reading the article, I assumed the advice would mostly be about how to hide or camouflage your imperfections. However, most of the tips – if not all were related to some form of plastic surgery. I have nothing against plastic surgery, if I could afford it – I’d likely be right on the surgeons table getting a tuck and some smart lipo. While cosmetic surgery may indeed be taking the easy way out, it’s also a lot more expensive, and if you can afford to spend an average of five to ten thousand dollars getting the fat sucked out of your belly, certainly you can spend less than $100 on proven exercise programs right?

Anyways – I’m going to go through each of Oprah’s short cuts and come up with more wallet friendly alternatives.

1. Breast Implants ( Link to Article on Oprah’s Site)

They’re back—silicone breast implants, that is. And if anecdotal reports are correct, you will likely be seeing more women sporting these bosom buddies surfside this summer.

“With the approval of silicone implants, we are seeing an increase in interest in breast implantation and seeing more breast enhancement patients getting ready for the summer season,” says Julius Few, MD, an associate professor of plastic surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago.

The FDA reapproved silicone breast implants in November 2006, so summer 2007 marks their beach debut. These implants first came on the market in 1962. In 1992, citing safety concerns, the FDA stopped their sale, but now the FDA says the implants are safe.

Few recommends women get the breast surgery about six weeks before they want to see and be seen (in a bikini). “In general, that’s when I see the greatest settling of the implants because there is a phase of adjustment and settling, but typically six weeks gives you enough time so it feels comfortable,” he says. That’s not set in stone, though. “I have definitely had patients who after two weeks have gone on to a warm-weather vacation and have done very well in a bikini.

Implants are the perfect way to go from a barely B-cup to an over flowing C-cup, but the truth is – most women looking for a quick summer fix aren’t looking to shell out thousands for silicone. The expert cited in this article states that settling time for implants is typically 6 weeks. So what can we find that will yield relatively comparable results in an equal amount of time for less money?

One of the cheapest and quickest fixes to a boob problem is in the TYPE of bikini you wear. We all care about looking our very best in the clothes we wear, especially our swimwear. We spend so much time fretting about our dresses and tops, that we don’t spend much time thinking about the foundation…our undergarments. I’m a strong supporter of shapewear. I believe that every woman, regardless of size – should invest in good quality foundation garments (i.e. girdles and things of that nature).

If your goal is to have fuller looking breast – make sure your bikinis (and bras) have underwire in them. Underwires lift the breast up, giving the appearance of cleavage and fullness. A bikini with underwire and a halter style neckline (ties at the neck) is even better!

The Swimmers Body:
Did you really think I’d only talk about getting bikini body ready?! Women aren’t the only ones working to tone up, shed the extra winter weight and get ready for a summer spent by the pool or on the beach! The fellas are also looking for information on gaining that perfect physique! I want to talk about my two favorite body types on men – the swimmers body and the linebacker!

When Michael Phelps hit the water in the 2008 record breaking Bejing Olympic Games, not only did he turn the worlds attention to swimming, he also introduced me to one of my new loves – the swimmers body type!

I’m a huge sports fan, with football being my absolute favorite. So for years I had a loving adoration for the linebacker build, the thick necks and muscular shoulders of a NFL caliber linebacker was attractive to me. And in every way possible, the swimmers body is the total opposite! At 6 ft 4 and 200lbs, Michael Phelps is a picture perfect example of a great swimmers body. He has a long well defined torso, sleek arms and board shoulders. His back is also a marvelous sight to see! In my opinion…it just doesn’t get more perfect than this…..

Now where the swimmers body is lean muscle, the linebackers body type is bulkier muscle. While an elongated and defined neck is common in a swimmers body, for linebackers – their necks tend to be more bulky. Many women describe it as a “muscle neck” (lol). Which it is, but that specific muscle is called the trapezius, or “traps” for short, and it’s actually in the back!! Linebackers tend to have a more defined upper trap (which shows in the neck), and as illustrated in the picture above, swimmers have long lean lower traps!

: Hair Removal Options: Depilatories

I’m wrapping up our series on hair removal for women with my thoughts on depilatories (hair removal creams). We’ve already discussed laser hair removal, brazilian wax, bikini wax, and shaving the bikini line.

I want to discuss the most popular over the counter drug store brand depilatory creams: Nair, Veet, Salley Hansen and Bikini Zone.

Generally speaking, I don’t particularly care for hair removal creams. Even if they work as claimed, the process is entirely too messy for me. The process of applying the cream, waiting X number of minutes, running around naked (or semi-naked) – smearing the cream all over the place…bleh! I dunno, perhaps that only happens to me – but I hate it!

Veet:The Veet brand has both cream, lotion and wax products available over the counter. They have a gel, In-shower removal cream, blade-less kit, spray on removal cream and products for people with sensitive skin.

Nair: Nair also has an extensive line of products that include a no-strip wax system. They’ve added a wax strip line called Pretty as well. The Nair Pretty system is a line of body and face wax that comes in soothing scents and has glitter in it. Honestly – unless you’re between the ages of 14-17 tops, I can’t imagine why you’d want glitter on your face or body.

Sally Hansen:Sally Hansen is probably one of the most recognizable and well trusted names in drug store products. From nail polish to bleaching creams – Sally Hansen has it! The Sally Hansen hair removal product line is probably the most extensive of the bunch. She has the standard lotions, cremes, gels and waxes – but she also has bleaches and post-hair removal moisturizing products.

Bikini Zone Hair Removal: The pickings are disappointingly slim with the Bikini Zone product line. They have a grand total of 3 products for womens hair removal – wax strips, microwave wax and a creme hair remover. Though they do have a pretty good after-shave product that prevents/gets rid of bumps.

For the most part, depilatories all work the same. It’s hard to really pick one over the other in that regard. It will come down to a personal preference and skin sensitivities. Some of the products may contain ingredients that don’t really mesh well with your skin type. Although I generally speaking, DO NOT use depilatories – on the occasions that I do, I always go for the Veet brands. They smell better and leave my skin smoother!

: Hair Removal Options: Shaving your Bikini Line

I’m continuing the series on the best hair removal options with a look at good ole’ fashioned shaving! We have already discussed laser hair removal, brazilian bikini wax, and standard bikini wax.

Hands down, regular shaving will be the most inexpensive option available to you. For the cost of a razor and shaving cream – you can have a clean bikini line in under ten minutes in the comforts of your own bathroom. But there is some reason behind why so many people look for alternatives to shaving. For starters, it just doesn’t last as long as other methods, and then there’s the potential for those dreaded god-awful razor bumps! I’m sorry, but there’s nothing more unsightly than a hot chick with a bumpy bikini line!

So here are some of my tried and true tips to getting the perfect bikini line shave and avoiding razor bumps!

1. Never shave dry skin!:

I remember watching my dad shave as a young girl, I always made note of how he’d turn the hot water on in the shower, saturate his face with water and then lather up with his cream. The bathroom would have this sauna like effect but his face was always smooth as a babys bottom and he NEVER had razor bumps. Allowing your skin to get wet enough, combined with the heat and moisture from the steam will open your pores – this creates a smoother shave, with no worries of bumps or nicks.

2. Exfoliate before shaving:

In many ways, shaving is a natural exfoliant. When you drag the razor across your skin, along with hair – you are also taking off dead skin cells. Do you seem to go through a lot of razors, getting just one or two good uses out of them? This could be one of the reasons behind that. Using body brushes or gloves, gently exfoliate your skin while in the shower, before your shave. This will slough off all the dead skin. Be sure to focus on the areas that you’ll be shaving. Exfoliating before shaving leads to a more closer and smooth shave.

3. Don’t be afraid to trim before hand:

Depending on how much of the bikini line you’ll be shaving, it may be a good idea to trim your pubic hairs first. Invest in a pair of quality electric trimmers and use them to trim your hair down as low as possible. Now when you go to shave, your razor won’t get tangled in a bush of hair. You can purchase electric trimmers for as low as $19.99 from Walmart.

4. Don’t keep your razors wet in the shower:

You may want to re-think keeping your razor in a shower caddy or holding space in your shower. Remember, the blade of a razor is a thin metal and will rust very easily. When you’re done with your razor, put it in a place where it can completely dry – preserving the blades.

5. Don’t forget to moisturize:

Moisturizing after a shave is very important. I love using extra virgin olive oil to moisturize my entire body. It leaves my skin soft and supple.

: The Beautiful Pink Sands of Harbour Island

Promise not to tell? One of the best kept secrets of the Bahamas is Harbour Island. This romantic little island, known as “Briland” by its inhabitants, is a short hop from the States. A one hour flight from Florida to North Eleuthera followed by a brief cab and water taxi ride gets you to this Bahamas gem in a hurry.

Harbour Island is less than 4 miles long and a 1/2 mile wide. Its long wide beach is famous for its hard-packed pale pink sand. The likes of Fodors and Conde Nast rate it as one of the “best Bahamas beaches.” The beach, combined with some great restaurants, hotels and vacation home rentals, makes Harbour Island a destination of choice amongst Bahamas enthusiasts. It’s no surprise to find a few “rich and famous” there — they know they won’t be hounded.

Central to Harbour island is Dunmore Town. This quaint and friendly community features old Victorian structures adorned with Bahama’s colorful pastel paint schemes. No high rise hotels, fast food or traffic jams on this island!

Golf cart rentals are the transportation of choice. Swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, and just plain walking the beach are some of the popular activities. To be sure, Harbour Island is not known for its shopping and night life nor is there any gambling. If you seek large crowds, wild parties or theme park rides, this is not your destination.

Harbour Island’s weather is delightful; especially during late Winter and Spring when there is little chance of rain. Ocean breezes take any edge off of moderately warm temperatures ranging from the 70s to 80s during the day and late 60s at night. Air conditioning during season is unnecessary — ceiling fans are adequate. Nothing beats falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean through an open window.

Dining out is casual. The better restaurants include Pink Sands Hotel, Coral Sands, The Landing, Rock House, Romora Bay Club and Harbour Lounge. For local fare, Ma Ruby’s should not be missed. And there are more… Part of the pleasure of exploring the island is checking out the restaurants. When compared to other Bahamian islands, Harbour Island has one of the best selections of restaurants — all within close proximity to any place you stay.

On the ocean side, hotels include Pink Sands Hotel, Coral Sands Hotel and Dunmore Beach Club. On the bay side, it’s The Landing Inn and the Rock House. On a budget? There are other hotels to choose from. Visiting Harbour Island is not cheap, but if it was, then everybody would be there, right?

Harbour Island’s vacation home rentals and villas are numerous. Location and size come at a price. If you desire “beachfront”, the better locations are usually on the north and south along the east coast. If you want to save a little, there are some nice rentals in Dunmore Town and others located in the interior of the island. The beach is always minutes away.

Look for home rentals on the internet offering more than a few photos so you know what to expect. A number of rentals are handled by rental or real estate agents who may not provide much in the way of details, descriptions, map locations or photos. Owners who care about promoting their home rental typically have independent web sites and accept e-mail inquiries directly.

The better house rentals on Harbour Island are booked nearly a year in advance of prime season. Those who want the best make early reservations — many are repeat customers. You can also take a “standby” position on a number of rentals in hopes someone cancels. Ask for referrals and double check policies for deposits and refunds.

: Hair Removal Options: Bikini Wax

In preparation for the summer season, I’ve started researching the best and most long lasting hair removal options. We’ve discussed laser hair removal and the Brazilian bikini wax – next up is the standard bikini wax.

There are actually two types of “standard” bikini waxes, the American bikini wax and the French bikini wax. The American bikini wax removes the hair at the “V” of the thigh and the top of the the pelvis. Then there is the French bikini wax, this method leaves a “landing strip” of hair right at the center of your pelvis.

Similar to the Brazilian method, hot waxes are used – so while it may be slightly uncomfortable – it isn’t nearly as painful as the Brazilian wax. Standard bikini waxes are also cheaper.

Here are some of the most popular questions (and their answers) when it comes to getting a bikini wax:

Q. What length does the hair on my body have to be to get a successful wax?

You should let your hair grow out a little so the wax has something to grab on to. If you have at least a 1/4″ growth of hair, you should get good results. That would be about a 2 to 3 week growth of hair, more or less depending on how your own hair grows. Some say this is the most uncomfortable part of the process; letting your hair grow and not shaving.

Q. Is there anything I need to know to prepare my skin for waxing?

You must have no sun exposure for the 48 hours prior to waxing. About 2 or 3 days before you come in for the waxing, lightly exfoliate the area to be waxed, using any exfoliator that you would typically use on your body. Don’t over-scrub, just as you would gently exfoliate your face. On the day of your waxing, be sure you thoroughly cleanse the area being waxed, but do not exfoliate, and do not apply any oils, lotions, powders, perfumes, etc.

Q. Does waxing hurt?

Well, we have to be honest here. Everyone has a different tolerance for pain, but the first time will hurt more than any other time. As you wax more regularly, you are removing less hair each time, and less hair means less discomfort. If pain or discomfort is a real concern for you, be sure to have a conversation with your esthetician before your waxing begins so that you can bring your concerns out in the open and receive some support. Please keep in mind that women should avoid waxing during their periods – the skin is most sensitive during this time. Avoid waxing any time your skin is under stress of any kind.

Q. Will I have to take my panties off when I get a bikini wax?

Your esthetician will have a disposable panty for you if you choose to be covered during your bikini line wax. Of course, estheticians are professionals and will treat you with respect. Before you begin the bikini waxing, discuss any confusion or discomfort you may be experiencing about the actual waxing procedure with your esthetician. You should agree beforehand on the bikini line you wish to wax so there are no mistakes made during the waxing to cause you and your esthetician discomfort. However, if at any time during the waxing you should become uncomfortable, you will want to stop the waxing and discuss your feelings with your esthetician. Don’t be afraid to seek out a different esthetician if you feel that you are not receiving professional treatment at all times.

Q. What about post-waxing skin care?

After each waxing appointment, give your skin a break. Stay out of the sun for at least 24 hours and do not climb into a tanning bed for at least 48 hours or more. Your skin is a bit stressed and will not like any alcohol based products, perfumes, lotions, powders, or oils. As a matter of fact, your skin will let you know in no uncertain terms that it wishes to be babied a little. Most any product you normally put on your skin will burn if you try to use it on your freshly waxed skin, so avoid these products for about a day or two.

Q. How long will I be able to go between waxings before I see hair growing in again?

It all depends on how fast your hair grows and if you are just starting your waxing routine. Some people may not be able to go longer than 2 weeks, while others can go as long as 6 weeks. However, the longer you have been on a regular waxing schedule, the longer each waxing will last. Hair grows in cycles which means it’s appearing at different intervals. Each time you wax, you are only removing the hair that’s made an appearance thus far; there are more hairs waiting underneath that will show up in the next few days. Because of that, it may take up to 3 waxing sessions to have all your hair growing in different intervals finally removed. So, your legs will probably not be smooth for about 3 waxing appointments. After that, you’ll notice that you will be able to go longer between waxings without seeing hair.

If you haven’t decided yet whether you should try waxing, you may want to ask yourself a few questions. When’s the last time you threw on a skirt or pair of shorts without worrying about the last time you shaved? Are you constantly sneaking a peek at your bikini bottoms trying to see if there’s anything peeking back at you? You may consider waxing as a way to finally relax and quit worrying and wondering whether or not anyone will notice you haven’t shaved. Getting rid of that razor, and razor burns, and cuts, is reason enough to call your esthetician and discuss the possibilities of waxing

In our last post, we talked at length about laser hair removal . While it is definitely an attractive option cosmetically, it is also pretty expensive. The next method we will discuss is the Brazilian wax. A Brazilian wax removes ALL of your pubic hair, even from the most sensitive areas of your genitalia. Though some Brazilian wax goer’s do opt to leave a small patch of hair, most typically want full removal. While it is a lot cheaper than laser hair removal , it is also much more painful.

Brazilian waxing focuses on the genital area and involves the removal of hair from the areas around the vagina, perineum and anus. The entire genital area is covered with talcum powder before hot oil is applied and the hair removed.

As with bikini waxing, the hair is removed by pressing a strip of cloth on top of the oil and then ripping it off against the direction of the hair growth. Contrary to popular belief, Brazilian waxing does not necessarily involve complete hair removal. Some people choose to leave a ‘landing strip’, a line of hair above the vagina.

Different beauty therapists may use slightly different approaches. Some may use a strip of cloth as is used in regular waxing, while others may use just the hot wax, which as it cools, shrink wraps the hairs and pulls them from the roots Any stray hairs are removed with a pair of tweezers.

Getting a Brazilian wax will involve you adopting various positions that you may find a bit embarrassing! Expect to contort your body, be on all fours, hold your legs up in the air, to the side, over the therapist’s shoulder and anywhere necessary in order for wax to be applied and hair removed. For a Brazilian wax, your pubic hair is required to be about a quarter inch in length and so it may be necessary for your therapist to trim it down to this length. After all the hair has been removed a soothing lotion is applied to the area.

What Are the Advantages of Brazilian Waxing?

• Lasts between ten days and three weeks

• You feel clean, shiny and smooth

• Your partner may find it erotic

• Enhances intercourse

What tops the disadvantages list is the embarrassment factor. The procedure may involve certain awkward positions especially the Brazilian bikini wax. However, one must remember that just like a doctor, it is a routine job for a beauty therapist as well. Pain is the next aspect that troubles many. The method is definitely painful as the hair are removed from the roots and the area is extremely sensitive to pain. Nevertheless, the pain is not as bad as anticipated and lessens with each progressive session.

Despite the negatives, many find the positives of bikini wax more luring. Everyone longs to look fresh and sexy. The pain or the embarrassment seems a small price to pay for a clean, bald and sensual look!

If you are a wax virgin it may be an idea to start with a regular bikini wax first before graduating to the Brazilian wax and in all cases this is a treatment that you should definitely have done by a professional.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I get ridiculously lazy during the winter months when it comes down to maintaining my hair removal routines. I admittedly let my bikini line go weeks past it’s shaving due date and if I can get away with it, I do the same for my underarms and legs. But as we get closer to the start of the summer season, I gradually begin to fall back into a weekly routine of alternating days of shaving. It has truly become a draining process.

I’ve started researching some of the best and most long lasting hair removal techniques. I’ll share my findings with you over the next several days.

Hair Removal Options: Laser Hair Removal

In researching laser hair removal options, the very first thing that hit me was the cost. To begin, laser hair removal is a relatively new procedure that has very little side effects.Laser hair removal selectively targets the hair follicle under the surface of your skin.

During the procedure, the doctor presses a special handheld laser device to the area of your skin being treated. The laser device emits pulses of laser beams. Each laser beam may sting a little, but a cooling gel will protect your skin from most of the laser beam, allowing it to pass through to the follicle. The light turns into heat once it has been absorbed by the skin, and this heat disables the follicle instantly. Because follicles are where hair growth originates, that follicle will no longer produce any regrowth.

Laser hair removal works by targeting the melanin in the hair follicles. The melanin is the pigment that turns hairs dark. Because of the way the laser targets the hair follicles, it works best on dark brown or black hairs. These colors are produced because there is more melanin in the hair follicle. A drawback of this method is that it is not usually effective on blonde hairs or fine “peach fuzz”. These hairs may completely regrow after treatment because the laser beam cannot disable the hairs follicle without enough melanin.

The hairs color and skin type are two main factors influencing the effectiveness of the procedure. For laser hair removal, ideal candidates are those with light skin and dark, course hairs. While older lasers could only be used with this combination, newer lasers are also effective on medium or darker skin tones, as well as slightly lighter hairs.

In order for you to achieve long lasting results, you will likely need several treatments. Now this is where it gets costly. One laser hair removal treatment can range from a low price of $300 to a high of $500. There are “affordable” options, however – affordable is all relative. With most experts suggesting anywhere
between three to six treatments, removing hair from your body using this method can be extremely expensive.

People often confuse laser hair removal with electrolysis – but they are actually pretty different techniques. Electrolysis can be a permanent solution to an unwanted hair problem. While it is one of many forms of hair removal, it is the only permanent method.

Using a tool called an ‘Epilator’ each individual hair is treated by inserting a tiny surgical probe into the hair follicle and directing an impulse of energy down to the root of the hair. The energy impulse causes localized damage to the area surrounding the hair. Electrolysis cannot be completed in one treatment, it is a weakening process. Each treatment causes the hairs directly treated, to die, but the energy impulse stimulates new hair growth directly around the area previously damaged.

The new hair grows finer and thinner, so they are less noticeable. Each additional procedure will treat these new hairs until the growth stops completely. This is a very slow and exact process, but the time and care taken ensures permanent results. One downfall of electrolysis is that all technicians are not created equal. In other words electrolysis is only as good as the technician.

Using lasers to remove hair is safe for most areas of the body, including larger areas like the legs and back as well as smaller areas like the upper lip and bikini lines. Larger areas may take up to two hours, while smaller areas may take just ten or fifteen minutes.

Laser hair removal is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures, and for good reason. As long as you choose a qualified and fully trained dermatologist, it is very safe. Other than redness and swelling, the risk of side effects is very low.

World renowned for it’s beauty, Seven Mile Beach of the Grand Cayman Island is actually only 5 miles long! Travelers marvel at it’s coral sands and enjoy snorkelling in it’s clear waters. While you can certainly enjoy all that Seven Mile Beach has to offer on your own, many Gen Y travelers opt for guided tours. Some of the most noted tour groups are Captain Marvin’s, Moby Dick Tours and Fat Fish Adventures. Regardless of her size, we think she’s fabulous!

Gemma Atkinson isn’t even a blip on the U.S. radar in comparison to Beyonce, nor is she nearly as popular as Kim Kardashian. However this British born beauty’s body (try saying that three times fast) is near perfection! She admitted to having breast enlargement surgery, though she claims it was merely to restore them back to their natural size. According to Gemma, they had decreased several cup sizes after she lost weight on a diet. There aren’t many celebrity women who’d even admit to something as “minor” as an brow lift, so we give Gemma props for ‘fessing up. You won’t really catch Gemma on any U.S. networks – she’s had reoccurring roles on UK based shows. She’s graced the pages of almost a dozen U.S. mens magazines – so if she looks familiar to you – that’s probably where you’ve seen her.

Celebutante Kim Kardashian, middle daughter of famed Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian, girlfriend to NFL running back Reggie Bush and …..softporn star (I kid…kinda) ! Most people are still asking themselves: again, what is she famous for? After careful research – it’s been decided; her body! She reminds us of her assets at every given photo-op, turning them into money makers. There is still much dispute over the authenticity of Kimmy’s curves, so we imagine that surgeons have seen an increase in butt augmentation requests, booty enhancing shape wear sales have gone up, and fitness instructors have turned butt makeover exercises into full workout series! But whether it’s all her naturally, or hers because – we’ll, she paid for it to be -there’s still no denying that she’s got a great body!
