My question is &#8211; do you want to find out the best diet plan simply because you are not able to get rid of the forbidden foods and therefore unable to lose the amount of weight you would like to? Do you really think that there is any diet plan on earth that would help you lose weight without restricting your food intake in any way? Before you shake your head, let me tell you that more or less, almost all diet programs come with their own restrictions. The best diet plan is one which places the least amount of restrictions on your food habits. In my opinion, if you ever find such a diet plan, you better stick to it thro9hgout your life because it is worth its weight in gold! </p>
<p>Remember that in order to lose weight all you need to do is <a href='http://www.healthdoom.com' target='_blank'>eat healthy foods</a>. Placing unnecessary food restrictions on yourself will do you no good. Depriving yourself of your favorite foods will force you to start binge eating, and over time, you will gain far more weight than what you started with!</p>
<p>2. Do you hate counting calories all the time, throughout your life? You know, I too hate those diet programs that require me to know the calorie content of every single food item that I eat, as well as count calories of every piece of food that I have for my dinner. It is sickening! If you have ever counted calories, you will agree wt me that it is not only tedious and boring, but also extremely frustrating. Calorie counting at once makes the otherwise simple weight loss plan look a lot more complicated, which in turn discourages you from achieving your weight loss goals.<br />
 Consider for instance, what will you do before visiting your favorite fast food restaurant? Would you plan your meal months or weeks in advance, or try to figure out whether the foods that you are going to be served with contain more calorie than you are allowed to consume?</p>
<p>3. Does your weight loss plan burn your wallet? The ideal weight loss plan should burn your fat, but there are some others that do something else- they burn your pocket instead! You should never join those expensive weight loss programs that require you to buy special foods from them in order to lose weight. As a matter of fact, you don&#8217;t need to eat any &#8217;special&#8217; food&#8217; in order to lose weight. You can get all the healthy foods you need from your local grocery store!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many so called <a href='http://www.insomnia-connection.com/snoring-remedy-article.html' target='_blank'>snoring remedies</a> on the market today. A few do actually work for some people but the majority are little more than gimmicks. <a href='http://www.insomnia-connection.com/snoring.html' target='_blank'>Snoring exercises</a>however, strengthen the muscles around the throat and jaw and are a more permanent solution for snorers.</p>
<p>So why is snoring such a problem? Snoring is the vibration of the soft tissues around the throat area. Snoring can be mild or serious. The most serious type is called sleep apnea which causes people to stop breathing for a short while. Sleep apnea can causes many health problems such as reduced immunity, lack of energy and insomnia.</p>
<p>Then there are the social drawbacks of snoring. Marriages are strained by the constant noise of snoring and I have read about at least one case of murder! This is how desperate and frustrated people can become when exposed night after night by this dreadful noise.</p>
<p>So what are the main causes of snoring? If you?re a man male you are more likely to snore than a female. Older people are also more prone to snoring than younger ones and if you?re overweight,  you increase your chances of snoring and sleep apnea exponentially!  Some other lifestyle risks are too much alcohol, smoking and blocked nasal passages.</p>
<p>Short of surgery or dental implants, there are not too many permanent solutions to snoring. You can  purchase, snoring, pills, throat sprays and even acupressure rings to try and alleviate the condition. One or more of these may even work for a while. But they probably will not work long term and all of them require regular outlays of cash to renew them.</p>
<p>This is why I  always recommend the <a href='http://www.insomnia-connection.com/snoring.html' target='_blank'>snoring exercises</a>. While there is a little bit of effort required to learn and actually do the exercises, the results are better than all the snoring gadgets put together. The feedback I have received from those who have used the exercises has been very positive which is why I recommend them. They have been  put to the test by real people and they work.</p>
<p>Can you find free snoring exercises on the internet? Yes you can, but not all of them are effective. The best results are obtained by doing the correct exercises in the correct sequence. This will have the effect of strengthening the throat muscle which unblocks the throat allowing for the free passage of air without any soft tissue vibration.</p>
<p>These exercises take a short while each day to do and are absolutely, unlike surgery which doesn?t always work. Dental implants have a reasonable success rate but they are uncomfortable to wear, often causing insomnia in their own right.</p>
<p>Always seek medical advice if you think your snoring may be caused by sleep apnea as you will need to be properly diagnosed and may need a Cpap machine to keep your airways open. For all other snoring, however, the snoring exercises will help you to stop the habit and also feel a lot more energetic during the day. It?s a no-brainer!</p>

<p>Firstly, let&#8217;s cover the side that would say, ?Yes? to helping you share the experience of Chakra awakening. There is no shortage of detailed information, made available by enlightened Yoga enthusiasts like Anodea Judith.</p>
<p>Anodea Judith has made a Chakra balancing kit available, which gives a tour of the seven main Chakra system, detailed exercises, meditations, a workbook, and the path to Chakra awakening. She also has more books available, confers with other enlightened Yoga enthusiasts, and teaches workshops on this very subject.</p>
<p>There are many other books and CD&#8217;s on this subject by a variety of knowledgeable authors and enlightened Yoga practitioners. All of this information is easy for the public to &#8220;get their hands on.&#8221; So, here is a school of thought that believes this information should be shared and has gone out of its way to mass produce this information.</p>
<p>On the other hand, some Yoga teachers do not want the negative and positive qualities, within each Chakra, to be casually explored by students, without a competent Yoga teacher present. This is with the student&#8217;s safety in mind.</p>
<p>Furthermore, the amount of previous Yoga experience a student has is a factor in being able to control emotions, such as fear, lust, anger, and depression that can come boiling to the surface as a result of a Chakra awakening.</p>
<p>When, or if, a student is ready for Chakra awakening, should be determined by the teacher; this is not for every student. Some students put pressure on themselves, which may lead to anxiety, causing negative qualities of the Chakras to surface, during an awakening.</p>
<p>In summary: One of the results of steady Yoga training is that we can get a better handle on our emotions than most. We also realize that we are not enlightened or perfect all the time. If you want to experience Chakra awakening with an enlightened Yoga enthusiast, you should seek out a competent Yoga teacher, who is willing to help you.</p>
<p>You could also get similar guidance from a Reiki teacher or Reiki master. Reiki teachers are very familiar with the Chakra system and very helpful. If it is not possible to work with a Reiki master, and you have been regularly practicing Yoga for at least two years, the Chakra balancing kit, I mentioned above, gives you step-by-step guidance toward awakening the Chakras.</p>
<p>Lastly, this is not a race, and please don&#8217;t put pressure on yourself toward self-perfection.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fat free has almost become a cornerstone in many households. It is certainly something of a fixture on modern restaurant menus. And industries have catered to the fat free preoccupation by supplying foods labeled fat free and low fat, as well as herbal and medical products that block fat metabolism. But the bottom line on the beauty and health fronts, is that if you want beautiful skin with fewer wrinkles, or to speed up your metabolism, you need to eat the right kind of fats.</p>
<p>The benefits to your skin of eating the right fats daily are many. Beneficial fats stimulate the production of collagen, improves the blood flow in the layer below the skin that supplies nutrients for the creation of new, healthy skin cells. Poor quality blood flow here means under performing new skin cells. Fats keep the skin moist, from the inside. Fats are crucial for the absorption of the fat soluble vitamin &#8211; A, D, E, and K. And the beneficial phytonutrients like carotene, lycopene and lutein need fat to be absorbed also.</p>
<p>For example, eating salad with a dressing containing fats increases the absorption of these phytonutrients. A study, published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition (and referenced in Gorgeous Skin by E Angyal) found that those who ate a salad with a low fat dressing had very little alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and lycopene in blood tests taken afterwards. Those who had a full fat dressing with the salad had noticeably higher levels of these carotenes and lycopene metabolites in their blood. </p>
<p>Fats also help produce and regulate hormones, reduce inflammation (the right fats anyway), and prevent eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss.</p>
<p>According to Erica Angyal, you need about 2tbsp, or 20 grams of fats per day so the skin can lubricate itself, and so enough vitamin A can be absorbed. Vitamin A prevents premature aging.</p>
<p>Erica Angyal recommends olive oil, flaxseed oil, walnut oil, pumpkin seed oil, coconut oil, mustard seed oil, avocado oil, soy oil, macadamia oil, and canola oil. She suggests using extra virgin, virgin, cold pressed oils where they are available, as these are always much better quality, and the way they are processed means unhealthy chemical changes to the oils are avoided. Of the oils here, the mono unsaturated oils are olive oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil, as well as the oil from cold water fish, like swordfish, mackerel and salmon. Mono unsaturated oils can reduce wrinkles. The polyunsaturated oils are flaxseed, walnut, pumpkin seed, and canola oil. For the reasons outlined below, I would not personally use these to gain the bulk of needed daily fats. Coconut oil is a saturated fat, but extremely good for you.</p>
<p><b>Coconut Oil</b></p>
<p>I love this stuff. Not only does it have a beautiful aroma when it is good quality, cold pressed coconut oil, but it has amazing health benefits that go beyond great looking skin. Aging, including aging of the brain and skin, is associated with a process called &#8216;peroxidation&#8217;. This simply means that free radicals remove an oxygen electron from the fats (lipids) in our cellular membranes. Ultraviolet light, from the sun, causes peroxidation in unsaturated fats, both in the laboratory and in your skin. This increases the rate at which wrinkles form. </p>
<p>And unsaturated fats, like regular vegetable oils, decrease the metabolic rate. Unsaturated fats suppress the response of the body&#8217;s tissues to thyroid hormone. Unsaturated fats inhibit the protein digestive enzyme that forms thyroid hormone, as well as damaging the mitochondria in cells, which relates to cellular energy production. Coconut oil counteracts these unwelcome effects of unsaturated fats.</p>
<p>Coconut oil is incredibly versatile. Because it is so stable, it can be used in cooking without becoming hydrogenated. And it doesn&#8217;t change the flavor of the food, despite its strong aroma. Coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids. These are not stored in the cells like other fats but go directly to the liver which converts them into energy. The shorter chain length allows them to bypass the metabolic pathway that other longer chain fats need to use. Coconut oil is the only saturated fat that is good for the body. </p>
<p>Interestingly, Dr Mercola&#8217;s website quotes an article by Dr Ray Peat in which he mentions that when so called essential fatty acids were used in patients fed intravenously, their immune systems were suppressed. Consequently, coconut oil is used instead. The only exceptions are in cases where immunosuppression is needed, such as in organ transplant patients. The essential fatty acids are the omega 3 and omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Examples are flaxseed oil, the oils of cold water fish like salmon, evening primrose oil, and sunflower oil.</p>

However, taking medication containing caffeine every day &#8212; as well as consuming caffeine-loaded beverages such as coffee or soft drinks &#8212; can lead to more chronic and relentless headaches. If the headache gets worse when you halt using caffeine, the caffeine may be the origin of some of your headaches.</p>
<p>2. Butalbital compounds (Fioricet, Fiorinal, Phrenilin, etc.); Isometheptene compounds (Duradrin, Midrin, etc.); Decongestants (Afrin, Dristan, Sudafed, Tylenol Sinus, etc.); Ergotamines (D.II.E. 45, Ergomar, Migranal, Wigraine); Triptans (Amerge, Axert, Imitrex, Maxalt, Zomig); Opioids and related drugs (Darvocet, OxyContin, Percocet, Tylenol with codeine, etc.). Medications that include any form of codeine, such as Percocet, Tylenol 3, or Vicodin, must be used with care because they can set off reliance at once.</p>
<p>Warning signs</p>
<p>* Your headache takes place daily or almost daily (3 or 4 times a week).<br />
* Your headache deviates in form, area on the head, severity and power.<br />
* You have a lower than ordinary threshold for pain.<br />
* You begin to note evidence of an increasing tolerance to the value of analgesics over a period of time.<br />
* You observe a spontaneous development of headache pain when you cease the prescribed drugs.<br />
* You are considered a sufferer of a prime headache disorder and you employ prevention medication frequently and in large quantities.<br />
* Even the smallest amount physical movement or bare minimum of logical expenditure sets off the beginning of the headache.<br />
* Your headache is accompanied by any of these indicators: apprehension, sadness, effort in attention, touchiness, recollection problems, unsettled stomach, and impatience.<br />
* You put up with withdrawal symptoms when you abruptly are taken off the prescriptions.</p>
<p>Convalescence</p>
<p>If you have rebound headaches due to the overuse of prescriptions, the only way to get better is to  taking the medicines. If it is caffeine that is causing your rebound headaches, minimizing your ingestion may be of help.
