<strong>BAKING TIME:</strong> ~ 40 Min<br />
<strong>READY TIME:</strong> ~ 1 hour<br />
<strong>SERVINGS:</strong> 1 loaf</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>
<p>•	Nonstick cooking spray<br />
•	1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
•	2/3 cup sugar or sugar substitute blend* equivalent to 2/3 cup sugar<br />
•	2 teaspoons baking powder<br />
•	1/4 teaspoon baking soda<br />
•	1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed, or 1 egg, beaten<br />
•	1/4 cup fat-free dairy sour cream<br />
•	1/4 cup fat-free milk<br />
•	2 teaspoons cooking oil<br />
•	1 teaspoon vanilla<br />
•	2/3 cup mashed banana (about 2 medium bananas)<br />
•	8  maraschino cherries, drained and chopped<br />
•	1/4 cup chopped walnuts<br />
•	2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate pieces</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Also grease a 9&#215;5x3 INCH loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong>In a large bowl mix together all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong>In another bowl mix sour cream, milk, egg and oil. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong>Pour the dry ingredients along the wet ingredients and incorporate the mixture well. Add chopped cherries, walnuts and chocolate chips.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>Pour the batter in prepared pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Take it out and let cool for 10 minutes.</p>

<strong>SERVINGS:</strong> 1 Loaf</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>
<p>•	3 Bananas, well-ripened<br />
•	1 cup of sugar<br />
•	1/3 cup corn oil<br />
•	2 eggs<br />
•	1 1/2 cups flour<br />
•	1 tsp baking soda<br />
•	1/2 tsp salt<br />
•	1 1/2 tsp vanilla<br />
•	1 1/2 cup raisins<br />
•	2 cups water<br />
•	1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong>Put water to a boil in microwave or on stove top. Turn off heat, add raisins and set aside for about 15 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong>In a large bowl, mash the bananas and then add all the ingredients and stir until well combined.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong>Take out the raisins from water, pat dry with paper towels and fold into the batter.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong>Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>Let it cool and serve.</p>

<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>
<p>•	1 1/2 cups mashed, very ripe bananas (about 4)<br />
•	1/2 cup sugar<br />
•	1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar<br />
•	1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted<br />
•	1/4 cup whole milk<br />
•	1 large egg<br />
•	1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
•	1 teaspoon instant espresso powder<br />
•	1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda<br />
•	1 teaspoon salt<br />
•	1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> In a medium size bowl, mix well bananas, sugar, butter, milk and eggs till these are incorporated well.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> In another bowl whisk together flour, instant espresso powder, baking soda and salt. Now mix together the dry and wet ingredients and stir until combined. Now add the chocolate chips.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan and smooth the surface with a rubber spatula.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong> Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes.</p>

<strong>BAKING TIME:</strong> ~ 10 Min<br />
<strong>READY TIME:</strong> ~ 20 Min<br />
<strong>SERVINGS:</strong> 2</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>
<p>•	1 1/4 cup milk (soy or almond can be substituted)<br />
•	1/2 cup (about 1 1/2) overripe bananas, mashed (you can slice the leftover 1/2 banana and use for garnish)<br />
•	1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />
•	1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
•	1/4 teaspoon nutmeg<br />
•	1 cup quick oats<br />
•	2 teaspoons brown sugar</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Take a large saucepan and whisk together the milk, mashed bananas, and spices. </p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Heat the mixture on medium heat. When it starts to boil, add the rolled oats and cook for 5 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Keep stirring the mixture so that oats are soft and liquid has been absorbed.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Pour into a bowl, top each serving with a teaspoon of brown sugar, slices of banana, and enjoy your nice, hot, nutritious breakfast.</p>

<p><strong>PREPARATION TIME:</strong> 10-20 Min<br />
<strong>BAKE TIME:</strong> ~ 50 Min<br />
<strong>READY IN:</strong> ~ 1 hour 10 min<br />
<strong>SERVINGS:</strong> 1 loaf</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong><br />
•	1/2 cup butter, at room temperature<br />
•	1/2 cup peanut butter<br />
•	1/3 cup brown sugar<br />
•	1/3 cup white sugar<br />
•	1 egg<br />
•	1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />
•	4-5 large ripe bananas, mashed<br />
•	2 cups whole wheat pastry flour [or all purpose flour]<br />
•	1/3 cup cocoa powder<br />
•	1/4 cup peanut flour [99.9% sure this can be omitted if you don&#8217;t have it]<br />
•	1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder<br />
•	1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
•	1/4 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
•	1/2 cup milk [I used vanilla almond milk, any kind will work]<br />
•	1 cup chocolate chips<br />
•	Raw turbinado sugar for garnish</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong>Now take a bowl and mix well flour, baking powder, cocoa, peanut flour, cinnamon and salt and keep it aside.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong>In a mixer add butter, peanut butter and sugar and beat until fluffy for about 3 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong>Add eggs, vanilla and bananas and mix well.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>Now add all dry ingredients slowly and mix until well incorporated. </p>
<p><strong>6.</strong>Stir in milk if the batter is not wet enough. Now add chocolate chips.</p>
<p><strong>7.</strong>Now grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter.</p>
<p><strong>8.</strong>Cover with coarse sugar and bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.</p>

<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>
<p>1 cup sugar<br />
1/2 cup butter, softened<br />
1 cup mashed banana<br />
1/4 cup milk (I used fat-free)<br />
2 eggs<br />
2 cups flour<br />
2 teaspoons baking powder<br />
1/2 cup almonds, chopped<br />
6-ounce package Craisins</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong>Preheat oven to 350ºF. </p>
<p><strong>2.</strong>Mix sugar and butter well in a bowl.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong>Add banana, milk and eggs and mix till all the ingredients are incorporated well.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong>Now ass dry ingredients and mix just until moist.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>Stir in almonds and dried cranberries.</p>
<p><strong>6.</strong>Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter.</p>
<p><strong>7.</strong>Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. </p>

•	1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter (I use unsalted)<br />
•	1 cup sugar<br />
•	2 eggs<br />
•	1 1/2 cup flour<br />
•	1/2 tsp salt (increase this to 1 tsp is using unsalted butter)<br />
•	pinch cloves<br />
•	1/2 tsp mace or nutmeg<br />
•	1/2 tsp cinnamon<br />
•	1 tsp baking soda<br />
•	1/2 cup buttermilk<br />
•	1 cup mashed banana (about 2-3 bananas)<br />
•	(1/2 cup chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts, optional)</p>

<strong>SERVINGS:</strong> 1 8inch loaf</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></p>
<p>2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour<br />
3/4 cup sugar<br />
3/4 teaspoon baking soda<br />
1/2 teaspoon table salt<br />
3 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)<br />
1/4 cup plain yogurt<br />
2 large eggs, lightly beaten<br />
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled<br />
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Preheat oven to 350 degrees.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Take a 9X5 inch loaf pan and grease it with butter.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Take a large bowl and whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> In another bowl mix well bananas, yogurt, eggs, melted butter and vanilla and blend all of them well.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>  Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients well.</p>
<p><strong>6.</strong>  Put the batter in pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes till a knife inserted comes out clean.</p>
<p><strong>7.</strong> Turn it out and let cool for few minutes.</p>

•	1 1/2 cup flour <br />
•	1/2 tsp salt <br />
•	1 tsp baking soda <br />
•	1 tsp baking powder<br />
•	3 eggs <br />
•	2 cup whole milk <br />
•	1/2 cup granulated sugar <br />
•	1/2 tsp vanilla extract <br />
•	1 tsp cinnamon<br />
•	1 banana, sliced <br />
•	1/3 cup walnuts, toasted<br />
•	Whipped cream for topping <br />
•	Cinnamon for garnishing</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Mash bananas and mix with sugar, egg and butter in a bowl. </p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Separately beat flour, baking soda, baking power and salt. </p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Mix both mixtures well. </p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Pour into a baking pan and bake for 45-45 minutes till the color starts changing. </p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>  Cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. </p>
<p><strong>6.</strong>  Serve warm or cold. </p>

<strong>SERVINGS:</strong> 4</p>
<p><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong><br />
•	2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
•	1/2 cup sugar<br />
•	1 tsp baking soda<br />
•	1/2 tsp salt<br />
•	3 ripe bananas, mashed<br />
•	1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled<br />
•	2 eggs, lightly beaten<br />
•	1/3 cup plain yogurt<br />
•	1/2 cup peanut butter</p>
<p><strong>DIRECTIONS</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Beat flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.  </p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Separately beat eggs, bananas, butter and yoghurt in another bowl.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Dig a well in the middle to the dry mixture and add the liquid mixture gradually. </p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Gradually insert the dry mixture into the liquid in the centre. </p>
<p><strong>5.</strong>  Pour the mixture into a pan and shape it. Add peanut butter on top. </p>
<p><strong>6.</strong>  Allow to bake for around 35-40 minutes. </p>
<p><strong>7.</strong> Enjoy your Banana bread. </p>
