We would like to congratulate Caroline Wozniacki for her amazing 2009 season.

In January, she was WTA #12 and she finishes the season as WTA #4 !! What a wonderful performance !

To reach this ranking, Caroline has achieved a full season :

Caroline has won the title in Ponte Vedra Beach, Eastbourne and New Haven. She has reached the final in Memphis, Charleston, Madrid; Stockholm and of course in New York at the US Open !

To send a strong message for the future, Caroline has shown again her unbelievable fighting spirit to the whole world in Doha during the Masters. Two amazing battles against Vera Zvonareva and Victoria Azarenka.

We are proud and happy to be Caroline's racquet and strings partner all year long. We all remember the time when our partnership has started when she was 11 in Vittel (France).

We wish her good holidays and we are excited to see her back in January.

Hoy, ha empezado el Open Valencia 500, uno de los torneos más importantes antes del próximo Master de Londres.
En este torneo, la marca Babolat estará presente en todos los lugares ya que patrocinamos el torneo de una manera muy diversa.

En concreto, Babolat es patrocinador oficial del Open Valencia 500 en lo que se refiere a las raquetas y el calzado, es por ello que los jueces de silla y recogepelotas llevan calzado Babolat.

Además, Babolat es el encordador oficial del torneo, así que todas las raquetas estarán encordadas por el personal de Babolat.

Para este torneo Babolat decidió implicarse mucho teniendo un stand de encordado, un stand comercial, un stand de promoción, y un “Show Room” dedicado a la presentación a clientes de la nueva colección Babolat.

Por fin, la marca ha decidido de promover la diversión de los más jóvenes, empezando un torneo de mini tenis para los clubs de tenis de la zona valenciana.

El Open Valencia 500 ha empezado de la mejor manera, deseamos mucha suerte a todos los jugadores, y esperamos que este torneo sea un éxito.

Kim Clijsters enters in tennis history after her victory at the US Open against another member of the Team Babolat, danish Caroline Wozniacki. With this victory, Kim enters at the 19th WTA ranking after only 3 tournaments. What a performance !

Our young (19 years old) and talented Danish Caroline Wozniacki reaches WTA #6 ranking after her wonderful US Open tournament.

Caroline (or Woz for the fans) has already accomplished an unbelievable season with 3 titles (Ponte Vedra, Eastbourne and New Heaven) and 5 finals (Memphis, Charleston, Madrid, Stockholm and at the US Open).

Ranked #12 at the beginning of the season, Caroline has quickly and firmly installed her Aeropro Drive racquets in the TOP 10 and now she is very close to enter in the small "TOP 5 Club" still under the lead of Dinara Safina, another Team Babolat member.

Caroline Wozniacki won yesterday the AEGON International in Eastbourne , a tight straight set win giving her the key Wimbledon tune-up title. For Caroline, it is her second main title on grass since her victory in Wimbledon Junior.

Los cordajes : plato preferido antes de cada partido para los jugadores del Team Babolat

En el role de cocineros, el equipo Babolat. Son 8 encordadores profesionales que se van turnando sobre 7 maquinas de competición Sensor para preparar no menos de 950 raquetas durante el Open de Madrid entre el 7 y el 17 de Mayo.

En realidad, vuestras raquetas pasan por las mismas maquinas que las de Nadal. Solo hay una diferencia : la suya se encorda cada día. Son 5 raquetas Aeoropro drive justo encordadas 2 o 3 horas antes del principio de cada partido. Paras los curiosos, Rafa encorda a 25 kilos mientras que las finalistas Dinara Safina y Caroline Wozniacki encordan a 28 y 26 kilos respectivamente. Dan mas prioridad al control que a la potencia. Rafa no tensa mucho para mantener una velocidad de bola alta y aprovechar su capacidad para golpearla con fuerza.

Rafa did not succeed in his unbelievable bet to win all Masters on clay this season. After his victories in Monte-Carlo, Barcelone and Rome, Rafa missed the fourth in final against his first rival, Roger Federer, yesterday in Madrid.
As usual, Rafa was very fair-play at the end of the match by admitting that Roger was better than him and refused to justify this defeat with his marathon match against Novak Djokovic in semis the day before.

Como ya ocurrió en Montecarlo la semana pasada, Rafael Nadal gana en Barcelona su 5º título consecutivo en tierra batida al término de una bonita final contra su compatriota David Ferrer.

Rafael Nadal sigue escribiendo semana tras semana la historia del tenis y hace temblar los marcadores con sus resultados en tierra batida desde el inicio de su carrera.
