B. Sheppard Consulting Launches Three New Websites

B. Sheppard Consulting is pleased to annouce the launch of three new websites – StonecrestHomesGA.com; NewDomainLiving.com and CurryCompanies.com.

Stonecrest Homes is a new residential building company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Charles Heiser, Jr. and Jim Chapman are real estate veterans in the homebuilding industry and have started construction in Lawrenceville and Cumming, Georgia.

Domain Homes is a new building company in Tampa, Florida focusing in the historic Port Tampa area. Sharon McSwain is leading the new firm and homes are now under construction.

Curry Companies is the largest real estate services firm in middle Georgia. They offer residential, commercial and rental real estate services. Curry Insurance and Premier Construction also operate under the Curry umbrella.

Atlanta Green Building Council June Event A Great Success

The Atlanta Green Building Council’s June event was a terrific success. The event held at Villa Christina welcomed nationally aclaimed speaker Sarah Susanka, author of a series of books including “The Not So Big House” and “The Not So Big Life”. Over 100 guests enjoyed the event and a book signing. The Atlanta Green Building Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Assocation brings together those in the housing industry who participate in the planning, building, remodeling, marketing and selling of high performance green homes and related products and services.

The 2009 Pinnacle Awards presented by the South Carolina Homebuilders Association has recognized Saluda River Club as a winner in five categories.

The Pinnacle Awards recognize outstanding craftsmanship in the construction of quality homes and outstanding marketing of homes and communities throughout South Carolina.

The community was awarded the overall winner for Best Brochure/Direct Mail, Best Website for a Community and Best Community Entrance/ Presentation.

Saluda River Club was a finalist in two categories: Best Color Ad Full Page and Best Product in the home category of $200,000 – $499,000 for “The Charleston” by Lady Street Builders.

House OKs extension of tax credit closing deadline

In a 409-5 vote, House lawmakers have passed a standalone bill that would extend for three month Wednesday’s deadline for closing on a home purchase in order to claim the federal homebuyer tax credit. The Senate could vote on the bill, HR 5623 as soon as tomorrow.

“I am not sure if you are considering a company to help you design or in our case, re-design a web site, but after an evaluation of 6 companies we decided on B. Sheppard Consulting of Atlanta. Not only was this the right decision for the design aspect, it was definitely the right decision for AFTER the site was up and running. Few companies provide great service “after the sale” but NOT the case with B. Sheppard. Timely response and helpful tips are the order of the day. I have no financial interest in this company, but I do have a vested interest in my retirement community. B.
